have been exploring the paradigm of natural health and wellness for over two decades. It has taken me on an incredible journey, and I have literally tried every fad diet out there. I have researched any nutrition myth to hit the market, completed every aromatherapy; ayurvedic; Bach flower; deep tissue massage; reflexology; Reiki; raw food workshop I could get my hands on. My thirst for natural health and healing knowledge was (and still is) insatiable. Thinking back my life path was set years ago as I have been influenced by a long line of strong women. My grandmother was a raw foodist in the 50s, my mother a vegetarian (back when rabbit food was just plain uncool!), so I grew up with a plentitude of creative colourful veggies on my plate. However, it wasn’t really until the birth of my first child, Chloe that I had that Aha…moment and realised that the foundation of a truly healthy happy life is good ‘nutrition’. Enter – Advance Diploma of
Nutritional Medicine at ACNT Sydney and AIAS Brisbane. A few years later I completed the Advance Diploma of Naturopathy. What I learned changed my life… After graduating I established a small successful clinic and feel thankful to have had the opportunity to help people help themselves heal.
