Goodbye February, hello March (and the official beginning of Spring starting on March 20th!)

It’s that confusing time of the year when we’ll ‘spring’ our clocks forward an hour at midnight on Saturday, March 8th. This is the unpleasant one where we lose an hour of sleep on Sunday morning, so be sure to set a reminder the night before.

I seem to recall hearing something about our politicians vowing to get rid of Day Light Savings a few years back, but I’m beginning to think that’s not very high on their priority list. When I’m in charge, that will be gone on day one!

On Monday, March 17th, we’ll celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the world’s most popular holiday. This month’s issue has lots o’ fun local St. Patty’s Day events listed inside. And be sure to check out our expanded Great Eats Beat restaurant section starting on page 24 for all the great corned beef and cabbage specials!

St. Patrick’s Day also happens to be the birthday of our not-so-little leprechaun, Jake. It seems like just yesterday that his newborn baby pic ran in the magazine—22 years went by quick!

If you reside outside of the 36 communities the Neighborhood News is direct mailed to each month, we also offer a free digital subscription – just email our office to request having your email added, and you’ll receive our issue each month to read on your phone or computer. You can also read our current and previous issues online at www. NeighborhoodNewsInfo.com or on our Facebook Page (Neighborhood News-Lake Worth.)

Have a wonderful month and a Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

What is the Most Dangerous State to Fly?

The ironic truth about Alaska: People must use a plane to travel Alaska, and it's one of the most dangerous places in the world to fly.

According to AlaskaWeb.org, "More than 80 percent of Alaska's communities, including the state capital of Juneau, are not connected to highways or road systems, making travel by air or water an essential."

Surrounded by mountains, there is no land road connecting the state capital to the rest of Alaska. Most travel occurs by ferry.

Meanwhile, Alaska's air accident rate is more than two times higher than the national average. The terrain is largely the reason. The vast mountain ranges, with sweeping, icy valleys, generate their own weather systems. It can be sunny at takeoff, but the mountains might serve up an unexpected blinding snow storm within minutes into a flight.

If a plane crashes in Alaska, there is some chance, actually a good chance, no one will ever find it. One of the few multiperson flights to crash in Alaska occurred in 1950. To this day, now 75 years later, no one has ever even laid eyes on the wreckage of the Douglas C-54D Skymaster carrying 44 people, despite two searches that each covered more than 164,000 square miles.

The story of how St. Patrick's Day became a global celebration is as curious as how Patrick himself became Ireland's foremost saint. The man who would become St. Patrick was a 5th century RomanBritish Christian missionary. What we know about him comes from a single literary source called the Declaration.

In it, Patrick details being kidnapped in Roman Britain by Irish raiders when he was 16 and taken to Gaelic Ireland as a slave. During this time, he explains that God came to him and eventually guided him to the coast where a ship was waiting to take him safely home.

Once home, he followed his calling to the priesthood and eventually returned back to Ireland where he converted thousands of pagans to Christianity. Patrick died on March 17th, 461 AD, and this date became an official Christian feast day called St. Patrick's Day in the early 1600s.

Today, St. Patrick's Day is commemorated all over the world. There are huge celebrations as far as New Zealand, Argentina, and Tokyo, as well as closer to home in places like New Orleans and Louisiana. Experts say that while this has been partly influenced by the migration of the Irish around the world, the festivals often exist in places where there aren't many ethnic Irish people. St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated in more countries than any other national festival in the world.

Boom Goes the Dynamite!

It's becoming one of the best-known rites of spring. The 86th annual NCAA Basketball Championship begins March 16, at the University of Dayton's UD Arena in Ohio. The tournament takes place over three weeks at sites across the United States. The Sweet 16, the Elite Eight, and the Final Four are the semifinal games these teams battle through, hoping to make it through to the final championship game.

It is a single-elimination tournament featuring 68 college basketball teams. The tournament bracket is made up of conference tournament champions from each conference, which receive automatic bids. The remaining slots are atlarge berths. Teams are chosen by an NCAA selection committee. The selection process and tournament seedings are based on several factors, including team ranking, winloss records, and other data.

Since it was first held in 1939, the tournament has built a legacy that includes dynasty teams and dramatic underdog stories. Beginning with rounds one and two, all games are featured on national television. Friendly wagering on the event has become something of a national pastime, including countless workplace pools that attract expert fans and novices alike.

The term "March Madness" was first coined by Henry V. Porter of the Illinois High School Association in 1939. Most historians agree that the name was popularized when CBS sportscaster Brent Musburger used it while covering the 1982 NCAA tournament.

Let’s Get Physical!

According to a recent study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, physical fitness is more important than weight when it comes to heart health and longevity. Researchers analyzed data from nearly 400,000 people and found that regardless of body mass index (BMI), physically fit people had a lower risk of death from any cause.

The data also revealed that having a normal weight alone does not compensate for being physically unfit. Unfit individuals with BMIs in the normal range had a higher risk of death than physically fit individuals at any BMI, including those in the overweight or obese range.

In a statement to Health Magazine, senior study author Siddhartha Angadi, PhD, noted that being physically unfit carries significantly greater health risks than carrying a few extra pounds. Instead of viewing exercise solely as a means to burn calories and lose weight, he encourages people to engage in physical activity for its numerous health benefits, which can be enjoyed even without any changes in weight.

The study provides further evidence that the BMI scale is flawed and potentially unhelpful. According to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the use of BMI in clinical care offers few benefits. It introduces considerable risks, including decreased health care access, mistrust between patients and providers, and lower quality of care.

The first new pain relief drug to be approved in decades will soon be on the market. The drug, suzetrigine, was recently approved by the FDA in January. It is a prescription pill that is said to be as effective as opioids, but it is believed to carry little risk of addiction. Unlike opioids, suzetrigine does not create a sense of euphoria as do opioids.

The new drug works differently than opioids, too. Opioidtype medications, like Vicodin, dull the sense of pain in the brain, according to CNN. But this new drug works by preventing pain nerves from reaching the brain.

Interestingly, the drug was developed after researchers investigated a family of fire walkers in Pakistan. Member of this family lack a gene that allows pain signals to fire in their skin. They could walk over hot coals with no problem, even though they did sense heat and touch.

This is the first drug in what is expected to be a new class of pain relief drugs. It will initially be prescribed to people who have pain after surgery, but there is some hope that the drug could be used for chronic pain. The drug, which will be available by prescription under the brand name Journavx, is expected to wholesale at just over $15 per 50-mg pill (taken twice daily.)

Hottest Trend—Lava Kitchens

Move over granite, quartz, and marble -- lava stone countertops are the hottest (sometimes literally) new trend in kitchen design. Made from volcanic rock that has been cut into slabs and fired with an enamel glaze, lava stone countertops are incredibly durable and more sustainable than other materials.

Temperature resistance. Lava stone is very resistant to heat, cold, and temperature swings, and you can place hot pans directly on the surface. Granite sealant and quartz are both sensitive to excessive heat, while rapid fluctuations can crack quartz and marble.

Durability. UV rays can discolor marble, quartz, and granite countertops over time, and none of these materials are generally recommended for outdoor surfaces. The enamel finish on lava rock does not fade with UV exposure, and resists staining, chipping, and cracking. Lava is also nonporous.

Color. Lava rock's enamel finish comes in a huge array of colors, and the slight irregularities all along the surface make each countertop a unique piece.

The main downside to lava countertops: Cost. It's among the most expensive option at around $250 to $350 per square foot, while marble often comes in at about $100 per square foot. For a more budget-friendly alternative, sealed porcelain countertops range from about $50 to $120 per square foot. Many colors and patterns are available, and while it won't hold up quite like lava stone, it's still durable and heatresistant with a trendy gloss finish.

What is a Written Buyer Agreement?

Written buyer agreements became a nationwide requirement for many real estate professionals as part of The National Association of REALTORS proposed settlement of litigation related to broker commissions. A written buyer agreement is an agreement between you and your real estate professional outlining the services your real estate professional will provide you, and what they will be paid for those services.

Are these agreements negotiable? Yes. You should feel empowered to negotiate any aspect of the agreement, including the length of the agreement and the compensation, if any. Compensation between you and your real estate professional is negotiable and not set by law.

When do I need to sign an agreement? You will be asked to enter into a written buyer agreement with your real estate professional before touring a home with them, either in person or virtually. If you are visiting an open house on your own, you will not need a written buyer agreement.

Does this mean I have to pay my real estate professional out of pocket? Not necessarily. While you are responsible for paying your real estate professional as outlined in the agreement, you can still request, negotiate, and receive compensation for your real estate professional from the seller or their agent.

The Sound of Existential Crisis

Sonos isn't the first company to damage its reputation with a single big mistake, but it's certainly one of the more notable examples in recent years. The audio brand, known for its pricey smart speakers, has been in crisis during the past year, and it all started with a single bad software update.

In May 2024, Sonos released a completely revamped mobile app, promising users that the new software would offer more options, supercharge speaker performance, and allow the company to release more enhanced features in the future. But according to The Verge, the app was glitchy. Critical features were missing, and previously happy Sonos customers suddenly found that their speakers no longer performed as well.

The backlash was swift and furious, but Sonos reassured customers that it was a temporary bump in the road. But the issues weren't minor -- functions like sleep timers and the ability to edit playlists and song queues had vanished. As one user said on Sonos's online forum, "I'm going to listen through a Roku device rather than the $500-plus Sonos Five, because I cannot stand reconnecting my phone and the Five several times a week."

Finger-pointing and layoffs at Sonos ensued. The stock price tanked, and subsequent product launches failed to perform as anticipated. According to the Wall Street Journal, the premature app release was the start of a catastrophe that cost the company about $500 million. In January, the CEO who oversaw the app rollout, stepped down. But, it remains to be seen if the company can weather the crisis.

Bunions Can be Prevented

Sometimes a formation of a bunion is not your fault. They often occur because of a hereditary tendency for foot pronation. Pronation occurs when, as a person walks, the ankle rotates internally, and the forefoot rotates externally. Pronation causes an abnormal pull on the foot's tendons and bones, say doctors of Orthopaedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Medical Centers.

Narrow or poorly-fitting shoes can also play a role by pushing toes into an abnormal position and putting pressure on toe joints. High-heeled shoes are often the culprit, but even shoes that are too small or too narrow can create the problem for both men and women. People don't realize that, over time, feet grow larger as ligaments loosen and arches flatten somewhat.

Here's a test for the correct size. Stand barefoot on the floor and have someone draw an outline of your foot. Then put your shoe on the outline. If your foot is larger than the shoe, you are wearing the wrong size. Getting new shoes may relieve bunion pain, but doctors may prescribe custom-made orthotics that fit in shoes to prevent the foot from overpronating.

To relieve pain and swelling, take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen. Elevate the feet whenever possible and avoid high-impact exercise such as running. Walking, water aerobics or stationary biking are better choices. Bunions will never go away, but most people find relief through conservative treatments by seeing a podiatrist. If pain continues, a one-hour outpatient surgery might be recommended.

Of all the Christian seasons, Lent is not exactly known as festive. It is a 40-day period of personal sacrifice and penance that culminates with the much more colorful Sunday of Easter, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, on April 20 this year.

In modern Christian tradition, Christians will often donate to charities, abstain from eating meet on Fridays, and give something up for Lent. This tradition originates from early Christian practices of fasting and penance as preparation for the joyous Easter celebration.

The 40-day period of Lent, established by the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, was inspired by biblical events such as Jesus fasting in the wilderness for 40 days, as well as Moses and Elijah's 40-day fasting periods. Early Christians initially observed Lent as a time of repentance and reflection, particularly for baptism candidates who fasted before their initiation on Easter.

The practice has evolved over centuries, with strict fasting rules in the 5th to 9th centuries that gradually relaxed over time. By the Middle Ages, the idea of personal sacrifice during Lent became more common, symbolizing penance and spiritual discipline. This tradition remains rooted in the biblical and historical emphasis on fasting and self-denial as acts of devotion. In 2025, Lent runs from March 5 to April 17, and Holy Week is April 13 to April 19.

Time to Cut Back on TikTok?

On January 18 at about 10:30 p.m., TikTok officially died in the U.S., and 170 million Americans suddenly had to find something else to do with their free time. For about 14 hours, anyway. Parent company ByteDance resurrected the platform the following day, and President Trump approved a 90-day extension on Jan. 20. But if TikTok is your digital drug of choice and you found yourself struggling to make it 14 hours without a fix, it might be time to consider life with a little less TikTok -regardless of what happens when the 90-day clock runs out.

Whether many users are literally addicted to TikTok (or any social media platform) is a question among experts, but TikTok's brutally effective algorithm and features are designed to keep users scrolling. According to Statista, users spent an average of at least an hour every day on the app. So what happens when a federal ban leaves that kind of a hole in your daily routine?

You may experience some initial doldrums if TikTok goes away for good, but you might feel better with one less social media platform in your life. Perhaps your body image will improve if you spend less time watching fitness influencers, or you'll discover that the must-have objects that your favorite content creators can't live without are totally optional after all.

TikTok's potential disappearance also provides an enormous opportunity for other social media companies to capture your eyeballs. But the best opportunity may fall to you -- an extra hour a day to put down the phone and experience real life.

Discover this Nearby Hidden Gem

Florida is known for its hidden gems and beautiful beaches. I recently discovered one of these magnificent places, Peanut Island. Located in Rivera Beach, Peanut Island is a man-made, 79-acre island at the mouth of the Lake Worth Inlet. The island is known for its natural snorkeling sites and historical significance.

The island is home to John F. Kennedy’s bunker, built in 1861, as protection during the Cuban Missile Crisis. The island was chosen because Kennedy’s Palm Beach compound was just minutes across the water. Peanut Island used to offer tours, showcasing the bunker and the historic coast guard station, but the bunker was closed to the public in 2017 while it undergoes renovations.

The tropical island is also known for its snorkeling, camping, fishing, and paddle boarding. In order to reach the island, visitors must take a short water taxi/ferry from the Sailfish Marina or take their own boat there.

The water surrounding the island tends to look turquoise and crystal clear and is filled with colorful jacks, parrot fish, and other sea life. If you’ve never been to Peanut Island, it’s definitely a destination you’ll want to add to your bucket list!

Weight Loss Drugs Show Mixed Results

A massive new study has shed more light on the real potential -- and possible downsides -- of GLP-1RA drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy.

Published in the journal Nature Medicine, the study analyzed data from more than 215,000 U.S. participants with diabetes over four years. Researchers tracked associations between GLP-1RA drugs and 175 other health conditions. Researchers found that the drug was associated with decreased risk of heart attack, deep vein thrombosis, and Alzheimer’s disease. People who took GLP-1RAs were also less likely to develop substance use disorders (including alcohol and cannabis use disorders).

But researchers also found some common side effects such as low blood pressure, increased risk of arthritis, and gastrointestinal issues like abdominal pain. And according to a study published in October 2023 in the journal JAMA, some gastrointestinal issues can be serious -- researchers at the University of British Columbia found that people who took GLP-1RAs for weight loss had higher rates of bowel obstruction, pancreatitis, and gastroparesis compared to people who took a different type of weight loss drug (bupropion-naltrexone, marketed under the name Contrave).

According to Live Science, numerous clinical trials are underway to gather additional information about the potential therapeutic benefits and risks of GLP-1RAs for a number of health conditions. Results from these trials are expected to be reported starting early next year.

Jackie Robinson Debuts in Daytona

“There was never a man in the game who could put mind and muscle together quicker than Jackie Robinson.”

–Brooklyn Dodger President Branch Rickey

Jackie Robison was a Rookie of the Year (1947) and a World Series Champion (1955) while playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers. He broke the MLB’s color barrier on April 15, 1947. He put aside prejudice and showed everyone how talented he was. MLB retired his jersey, no. 42, in 1997.

Jack Roosevelt Robinson was born in 1919 in Cairo, Georgia. He would excel in four sports at high school and junior college in California. From 1942 to 1944, he served in the U.S. Army.

But before Robinson stepped onto Ebbets Field on April 15, 1947, he made history on March 17, 1946, in Daytona Beach. Robinson signed with the Montreal Royals, an affiliate of the Dodgers. That day in March, the Royals played the Dodgers. It was the first time a black player played for a minor league team against a major league team since the color line was implemented in baseball in the 1880s.

In 2013, the sports drama film, “42”, was released. Chadwick Boseman portrayed Jackie Robinson. 42 was very well – done. Rotten Tomatoes has given it an 80%. I feel it deserves a better score.

Start Small to Save BIG

With higher costs for most basics, it might be hard to imagine how you can save money for an emergency fund. Indeed, 27 percent of all U.S. adults have no emergency savings at all, according to a Bankrate 2024 report. And about 29 percent could not cover three months of living expenses with their current savings.

Financial experts recommend savings that could take care of at least six months of expenses to cover things like health emergencies, car repairs, or job loss. While six months of savings may seem like a dream, even a small amount of savings can keep you from going into credit card debt at double-digit interest rates, the kind of debt that is very difficult to escape.

So how do you do it if you are starting from scratch? The answer is start small. Make your goal one month of savings, in itself an achievement. Figure out how much you need for fixed expenses like housing, transportation, food, daycare, utilities, and communications. Next set up a separate bank account for your emergency fund and make automatic transfers to it just as if you are paying a bill.

At the same time, work on clearing high interest debt, while still building your emergency fund, according to Anthony Martin, CEO of Choice Mutual writing for Kiplinger. When you successfully save one-month of expenses, move towards three months of expenses. When you achieve this, you will be protected from unexpected expensive bills or even unemployment. Pay attention to cutting your spending on small things, like eating out, until you reach your savings goal.

Spotlight on Jane Addams: National Women's History Month

In 1889, Chicago was leaving the Gilded Age and entering an era of rapid industrial growth. Steel, railroads, shipping, and telephones begot new tycoons who created millions of new jobs which lured a million workers a year to fill them. Into this rich industrial mix, the clamorous slums were full of crime and disease. Privately funded reform movements emerged to improve these conditions.

Jane Addams (1860-1935) was such a reformer, who opened Hull House in 1889. Purchased with her inheritance, Addams immediately moved in and set up shop. At first, Hull House was a 25-room house for women, but as the project grew, it began to address problems in the poor neighborhoods.

On the political scene, Addams fought for company inspections, a woman's right to vote, and child labor laws. On the practical scene, Hull House offered adult night school, day care, kindergarten, a library, a forum for arts, and recreational facilities. In its heyday, Hull House had 13 buildings and served 2,000 people each week.

Addams denied she was a social worker. Instead, she said she was a pragmatist, looking for solutions for working people. One of her most lasting contributions was her founding of the Juvenile Protective Association in Chicago in 1901, a forerunner of the juvenile justice system. Today the group still exists, offering psychological treatment to children and families in abusive situations. She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1931 for her efforts to preserve peace and freedom.

Deepseek Emerges as AI Dark Horse

Most Americans had probably never heard of the Chinese tech startup DeepSeek at the start of 2025, but that changed in dramatic fashion a month ago. By the end of January, DeepSeek's artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, DeepSeek-R1, had surged past OpenAI's ChatGPT to become the most popular free app in Apple's App Store in the U.S.

According to Mashable, DeepSeek-R1 outperforms ChatGPT for technical tasks like coding or complex mathematical equations, and performs similarly for many other types of queries, though ChatGPT still retains an edge for conversational output. And unlike ChatGPT, with its paid service tiers and proprietary coding, DeepSeek is an open-source system that users can freely access and adapt for any purpose.

According to Scientific American, the company claims that R1 relies on reduced-capacity chips and costs just a tenth as much to run as its competitors. Chipmaker stocks promptly crashed, and industry leader Nvidia's market cap fell by $589 billion in one day -- the biggest single-day loss in history, according to Yahoo Finance. U.S. tech stocks have since stabilized, but the uncertainty remains.

But according to Inc., some tech CEOs have suggested that DeepSeek is lying about its low-tech chips. In an interview with CNBC, Scale AI CEO Alexander Wang, said he believed DeepSeek instead possessed about 50,000 Nvidia H100 chips, which cannot legally be sold to Chinese companies for national security reasons. And user information is also stored on servers located in China.

VIRGO: 8/23 - 9/22: If you don’t know where you are, you won’t know where you’re going. A financial review is in order. Be on the lookout for new opportunities and insights.

LIBRA: 9/23 - 10/21: Consider whether it is time to reassess your dreams — or time to make one come true. This is the month to align your goals with your true self and reap the rewards.

SCORPIO: 10/22 - 11/21: Your innate curiosity stirs. With Pluto influencing your sign, delve into mysteries and hidden knowledge. You will find something very interesting if you know where to look.

SAGITTARIUS: 11/22 - 12/21: It's always good to be dedicated to your work, but it's wise to focus on doing the things you enjoy. March is the perfect time to make travel plans with friends.

CAPRICORN: 12/22 - 1/19: Time to be practical. Saturn's influence sharpens your focus on the enjoyment of accomplishing small goals. Clean out that closet. Empty that kitchen drawer.

AQUARIUS: 1/20 - 2/18: Some emotional flexibility works out well for Aquarius this month. Let go of a little control and share what you think or feel. It’s a fair tradeoff for the reward.

PISCES: 2/19 - 3/20: Time to spread some positive energy. With Neptune in your sign, you'll find beauty in ordinary days. Offer your help to others and watch it come back tenfold.

Joke of the Month

The Confused Cuckoo Clock…

Lisa was invited to a girl’s night out on St. Patty’s Day. She promised her husband Tom that she would be home by midnight, as there had recently been a few crazy allnighters spent out with her wild friends.

Well, the hours quickly passed, and the chocolate margaritas went down too easily. Approaching 3am in the morning and feeling no pain, Lisa’s friends finally dropped her off at her house.

Just as she stumbled through the door, the cuckoo clock in the hallway started up and cuckooed 3 times. Realizing her husband would probably wake up, she quickly cuckooed another 9 times so her husband would think it was only 12am. She was so proud of herself for coming up with such a quick-witted solution to fool her husband.

The next morning, Tom asked Lisa what time she got home. She told him midnight… He didn’t seem to be the least bit upset, and she thought she was in the clear.

Then he said, “I think we need a new cuckoo clock.” When she asked why, he said, “Well, last night our clock cuckooed three times, then whispered ‘No!’ Then it cuckooed four more times, cleared its throat, cuckooed another three times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then tripped over the coffee table and farted.”

By The Dawn's Early Light: The Story of Our Anthem

As the sun rises on March 3, we can raise the flag to mark the 94th anniversary of Congress' adoption of "The Star Spangled Banner" as our national anthem. It was written by Francis Scott Key. He was detained on a British ship during the War of 1812. From its location in Chesapeake Bay, the ship bombarded Fort McHenry throughout that night, putting Key into a state of high anxiety. McHenry was one of the forts that successfully defended Baltimore. Key was so inspired by the battle that on the following day, he poetically described how his country's flag survived the bombarding on September 13-14. A few days later, the piece was printed anonymously under the title "Defence of Fort McHenry" by the Baltimore Patriot. Set to the tune of the English song, "To Anacreon in Heaven," it became wildly popular throughout the nation.

The first stanza of "The Star Spangled Banner" is well-known, but Key wrote four stanzas, some of which proclaim how the nation would survive the trials of future history. He predicted:

Oh! thus be it ever, when free men shall stand Between their loved homes and the war's desolation, Blest with victory and peace, may the Heaven-rescued land, Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation! Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just, And this be our motto: "In God is our trust." And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

MEET CALVIN HARRIS

This sweet pup may not have a Grammy like his namesake, but he’s a rock star at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control (PBCACC) shelter! Calvin Harris (A2216980) came to the shelter back in October last year.

He is 5 years old, 57 lbs., neutered, housebroken, dog friendly, and has a medium energy level, which means that whether you’re going on a run or just curling up on the couch, Calvin Harris is happy as long as he’s with his person!

Calvin Harris has been looking for his new home for a long time. Since PBCACC loves him so much after all this time, the shelter wants to make sure he goes home with everything he needs! As part of the Housewarming Gift Program, Calvin Harris gets to go home with a crate, a plush bed, a big bag of food, a collar and leash, as well as a few other goodies (while supplies last).

You can learn more about Calvin Harris and other adorable adoptables at PBCACC by visiting https://secure. co.palm-beach.fl.us/snap/home. For more information on PBCACC’s services, visit us online: pbcgov.org/animal, call 561-233-1200 or stop by to visit us at 7100 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach.
