The RDC XII CY 2021 Accomplishment Report contains the achievements of the Council and its committees for the said year. The report is divided into two volumes. Volume I contains the Council’s summary of accomplishments in the area of planning, investment programming, budgeting, project development and development advocacy. Volume II highlights the achievements of each of the Council’s sectoral, affiliate, and special committees.
