Move-In Checklist To ensure a smooth move-in, please make sure that all items on this check-list are completed prior to your arrival.

Note:You will not be able to move-in until we have received valid proof of insurance, the August rent installment, SimpleBills enrollment, parking payment (if applicable) and all completed lease paperwork.

RENT PAYMENTS Rent payments are due on the FIRST day of each month. A late fee of $50 is charged if your rent payment is not received by the 5th day of the month.

We DO NOT send monthly invoices. Residents are responsible for ensuring their rent payment is re-ceived on time. Per the lease agreement, there are 12 rent installments due from August 2018 through July 2019.

Please refer to the first page of the lease agreement to determine the amount of your rent installment.

Rent can be paid by check, money order, cashier's check, online by automatic withdrawal (ACH) or online credit card payment with a convenience fee. If paying by check/money order, please be sure to:

3) Do not write an advanced date.

PLEASE NOTE: On Resident Portal, different payment options may have different convenience fees. If paying by VISA there is (1) a required verification phone call after the payment is submitted and (2) a max payment amount of $980.

False Alarms Every apartment is equipped with photo sensing smoke detectors.

When one detector spots anything that looks like smoke, it will sound a pre-alarm. When a second detector also spots smoke, the building wide alarm will sound. The two most common causes for these alarms have been shower steam and smoke from poor cooking. To help prevent false alarms, please make sure your bathroom fan is running while showering; and close bedroom doors while opening the living room window when you accidentally burn food. You should also never leave the kitchen unattended while cooking.

You are enrolled in Valet Trash service through Simple Bills.

Your trash is picked up 7 days a week at Block75! Place trash outside your apartment door between 5-7pm and it will be taken care of by your own personal valet service. It is important trash is properly bagged and left outside your door in the designated valet trash bin to avoid violations and potential fines.

Please report maintenance issues as soon as possible. Residents can submit maintenance service requests online through Resident Portal. If there is an emergency and the office is closed, call (518) 444-0544 and report the issue to our answering service.

Report lost keys immediately so we can remove the keys access rights. Please be mindful of your key at all times and keep it on a lanyard so it is more difficult to misplace. A lost key charge is $50.

Our maintenance team will conduct quarterly inspections of all units to replace air filters and perform routine maintenance.

RESIDENT RELATIONS: If you are having issues with a roommate or a neighbor, please contact one of our CA's.

OPERATIONS: CA's assist in day-to-day operations, enforce community standards, serve as emergency responders, and act as liaisons between residents and management.

Packages and flowers are delivered to the office where they are logged into our on-line package notification system called Parcel Alert. Once logged, you will receive an e-mail or text message from Parcel Alert prompting you to pick-up your package. Unpicked packages will also be displayed on the monitor next to the elevators.
