Originally, at the discretion of our sellers, we planned to sell this property off-market. The highest offer received during that time was $1,040,000, we knew and the sellers knew it was worth more than this with it’s spacious layout and stunning outdoor addition, so it was decided to launch to portals. Garnering an extra $70,000 in just six days was well worth it.

In order to buy a house many of our buyers need to sell their current property to be able to finance the next. These sellers wanted to both buy and sell at the same time for a seamless transition but found it difficult with agents not taking them seriously. Acting as their negotiation party free of charge, we also prepared their sales campaign in the background ready to launch to the market as soon as we secured a property for them. We secured a block of land subject-to-sale for a great price and had 6 Brett Street sold to one of our database buyers two days later without needing to launch to online portals - saving our sellers both time and money.
