Nathan’s Market Wrap-up

Well the market has certainly changed after the pause in interest rate hikes.

Instantly we saw buyers back and placing strong offers. This actually created a purple patch in the marketplace with competition driving prices up once more. Now that we have seen a shock rise to now a 3.85% cash rate, will this change?

Stock remains low across the Northern Gold Coast so potentially we may see little to no change to this market, but with predictions rates are at or very close not to the peak I don’t see any major corrections.
