Research Marketing The shop is on Currumbin Creek Road which local street has various shops such as gas stations and the surfboard factories are lining up. There is a print shop according to the same another. At the first meeting the client mentioned because of service was different from another print shop on the same street, it was not a threat too much. Still, when we try to acquire new customer range more than current customer by rebranding, it is necessary to expand the research area. There are about 15 shops of the similar scale as Currumbin Copy Centre when the research area is expanded from Tweed Heads to Burleigh Heads. It can be said that this is a very competitive area. Also there is stationary giant Office Works is about 15 minutes drive from the shop.

Location The shop located in small shopping centre, it is quite easy to miss. I missed once and drive back when I visit the shop at the first time. Also it wasn’t easy to pull over because the road is quite busy as connecting Gold Coast Highway and M1. The shop is bit stepped back from the road in the shopping centre, that makes more difficult to find the shop.

Regarding to changing shop name, new logo has to be simple and strong, otherwise many chance to make worse result such as current customer go. Because of the shop name consist of C word, it is the best way use C as logo to make peole remember. As client’s offer purple base colour pallete and C shape is also meaning surrounded. Local Currunbin beach is surrounded by locals and the shop surrounded these people is representing trustable long time local service shop.

Business Card / Letterhead
The business card has two different faces. The front side is very simple, only shop logo and no background. This makes people remember the logo to recognize the shop. Other side is the role of information plate. As client wish taken over all information from previous card, only different is add shop motto “No Job To Big or Small�. This motto is definiterly representing the passion of the shop.

Signage As the research said Currumbin Creek Roard is quite busy roard, the sign has be stand out well. Because the shop is in shopping centre there are many shop signs around the sign. The new signate has strong contrast to hign light the sign to avoid buried with other signs and easy to find for new customer who is driving. 180mm

As client asked, left blank space at the middle of the board to client add anything they want. According to strategy of the project, the board has to be stand out and easy recognize as people driving. The first eye catche would be the shop motto “No Job To Big or Small”.
