The Nampa Parks & Recreation Department provides our community with numerous parks, trails, athletic fields, a Recreation Center, golf courses and outdoor swimming pools. Our mission is to promote and enhance park facilities and maintain open spaces, as well as provide recreation and leisure opportunities for people in our community.
Nampa Parks & Recreation offers numerous events and opportunities for the community to come together and enjoy recreational opportunities. We take great pride in our events and want them to be successful, so great efforts are made to market each event. Our marketing efforts help draw large crowds, which provide great opportunities for businesses to reach the Nampa community through our sponsor and vendor opportunities. We can provide great exposure for your business, further enhancing your marketing strategies.
We greatly appreciate and value the business partnerships that we have built and maintained over the years, and we make sure to carry out everything we promise to our sponsors. We provide accuracy in branding your company as a sponsor on our marketing materials, which includes printed materials, social media, radio and television advertising and t-shirts for the events. We want your experience as a sponsor to be valuable so you will want to continue to partner with us.
We hope this comprehensive sponsor packet will provide you with detailed information about our events and the opportunities we have available. Please take some time to review each event and the exposure that is offered. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss these opportunities in detail and to answer any questions. Together we will keep Nampa as a great place to live, work and play!
Sincerely,
Kari Riley

Harward Recreation Center Benefit Luncheon is held in December at Texas Roadhouse in Nampa. All funds raised goes directly back into the community through the award of Harward Rec Center scholarships to people with an inability to pay and who utilize the facility to improve their health and/or lifestyle. Last year we successfully raised $4,500 for the Harward Recreation Center Scholarship Fund from this event. We are looking for businesses who would like to give back to the Nampa community and match either full or partial funds raised from the benefit luncheon. Contact Kari Riley at rileyk@cityofnampa.us to get involved or purchase tickets.
In-Kind donations – We are always in need of in-kind donations for our events to give away in raffle or prize baskets, race packets, etc. Please let us know if you are interested in donating product or gift certificates for a particular event.
Nampa Parks & Recreation prides itself in hosting great events and drawing large crowds to each event. Our events are a great way for businesses to market themselves to the people that attend our events.
