The business started off as an operator for the locals, transporting people between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. It evolved and today offers tour and travel packages to Dune 7, Cape Cross and transfers to the Walvis Bay International Airport. The business offers township tours focusing on exposing clients on local cultures in Swakomund's Mondesa township.

Hafeni Traditional Food Restaurant offers a variety of traditional food from mahangu porridge, evanda also known as spinach, matangaratripe, mopane worms, goat head, oshingali, traditional chicken, beef stew, as well as pork chops and refreshments. There is actually a dish for every taste. The restaurant was inaugurated in 2014. Back then it just catering for tourists, but today caters for the Swakopmund community as well. Most of Hafeni Traditional Restaurant's regulars are young people from the middle and upper class. Hafeni restaurant opens at 10:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday. In December the restaurant will be opened from 10:00 to 23:00, also for seven days of the week. The restaurant employs three full-time staff members and will be employing two more employees for the festive season. It offers top class service and is customer-orientated.
