According to his family, he was being treated for pharyngeal cancer prior to his death and had lost his eyesight.[5][6][7] Mandoza waited in vain for at least three hours for an ambulance at his home, as a last resort his manager used a private vehicle to transport Mandoza to hospital but he died in the car just before arriving at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital We here at 30 Something Lounge and sports bar wish to pay our respects and tribute to the King of kwaito. He inspired us with his music and the way he believed anything is possible. Mandoza was not just a music artist to us, he was inspiration. Whoever was born in that era of the greatest kwaito artist who…lets be real…inspired Gazza and the The Dogg should come and help us say goodbye to one of the greatest.
