No pay by today - we burn down the houses Workers of the Delta Group, which got the contract to construct houses for the Mass Housing Development Programme on the north-eastern outskirts of Swakopmund, have threatened to burn down the houses if the company does not pay them by today. I assume that they have tried all available civil ways like negotiating, letters, formal requests etc. Being paid for your labour is not a favour or optional, it is the essence of having a job.
