Totus Consulting Group, on behalf of its client, a main operator in the fishing industry and equal opportunity employer, is looking to fill the following vacancies: QUALITY HACCP ADMINISTRATORS X2 POSITIONS QUALITY CONTROLLERS X 3 POSITIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED QUALITY HACCP ADMINISTRATORS · Diploma / Certificate in Office Administration OR Grade 12 and with formal training in HACCP, GMP, ISO, IFS and BRC. · Good Computer skills (MS Word & Excel, Power point, Outlook) · 3 - 4 years' relevant administration experience in a Quality Assurance environment. QUALITY CONTROLLERS · Grade 12 with formal training in HACCP, GMP, ISO, IFS and BRC. · 2 - 3 years' relevant experience in a fish processing plant or QA environment. MAIN KEY JOB OUTPUTS · Conduct quality control inspections in all areas of the factories · Motivate, follow up and solve quality vs production shortcomings with relevant personnel. · Manage the proper storage and filing of quality assurance documents system. · Check that the QC reports are completed correctly, review records, and initiate corrective actions. · Responsible for documentation control for all HACCP related activities and IFS systems. · Responsible for electronic documentation control of IFS system. · Enforce compliance with internal procedures to ensure that established quality and process procedures are being followed by the appropriate personnel at all times. · Attend to customer complaints, follow ups and traceability of products. · Accurately review documents for preparation of audits, assist with internal quality audits and report on the effectiveness of the QA management system. Create analytic trends of HACCP Activities. · Check that employees comply with HACCP, GMP, GHP and IFS requirements on a daily basis. · Audit the production process and record all audit failures as they arise. · Performs ad-hoc duties pertaining to the job as required by the Quality Manager.
