Author Lecture/Discussion: Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World by Haruki Murakami – 6:30-8:30pm. Writing for Wellness – Feb 3, 10, 17, 24. 1-2:30pm. An online support group that fosters expression. Led by a social work professional, writing sessions will cover positive coping skills, self-care journaling, reflection activities and more. Prenatal Yoga – Through Feb: Mon & Wed, 7:30-8:30pm; Sat, 10-11am. For mammas-to-be, post-natal, and any other women who would like to join. This is a gentle yoga class focusing on areas of the body that ask for extra attention during pregnancy. Each class is tailored for the women in the room and their specific needs and desires. This is a semi-private class (five students maximum), so that each woman can receive personalized attention and support. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13 Seasonal Scavenger Hunt – Feb 13-14. Families will receive a digital set of clues through email to independently solve nature riddles along Nature Center trails. Each family will need to work as a team as they hike along the trails to complete the hunt. Program is intended for families with children 4 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Program will be held entirely outdoors. In case of inclement weather, the program will be postponed the program to the following month. Social distancing in effect.
