4th VP – April Patrick: Excused
3rd VP – Eddie Murphy: In Richmond I’m happy to report I have 3 new stewards. In Livermore and Richmond, I’m pursuing conduct cases targeting the stewards with statements received. Pleasanton good in El Cerrito a LOW I’m confident I will get thrown out. Saturday at about 7:17am I received a phone call from one of my stewards who was reporting to work and management had locked all entry doors to the building! I’m currently dealing with that. I’m unaware of any company that would lock out their employees from reporting to work early.
2nd VP – Terrence Super: I filed a conduct case for carries using code 733 that is for parcel post routes only. Suisun carriers are running their routes and that will only hurt them in the long run. Do your route the right way. I would like to give props to my stewards in San Ramon and management currently disciplining for street inactivity.
1st VP – Mary Abante: My new steward in Bentwood is already settling article 8 grievances. A carrier had a vehicle breakdown and was made to wait for 2hrs before management showed up. I filed a grievance resolved to no carrier should be waiting more than 30 minutes. In another instance a 204B was observing carriers no badge no scanner customer called police made 204B leave. Carrier has been their 30+ years. EVP – Narciso Paderanga: The retro back pay is scheduled to arrive on the Aug 29 th paycheck. A CCA in Walnut Creek had an accident didn’t report it. He was sent to San Ramon had another accident didn’t report it, they stopped scheduling him to work and I’m currently working on that one Discipline was never given but it was discovered he was hired in Concord as PTF. Seatbelts, please wear them.
