The role of a manual is to serve as a reference for sponsors, donors and content creators alike to represent the Louisville Urban League Sports + Learning Campus brand in the design assets and content they create. This innovative development will make a lasting community, economic, educational, and health, and well-being impact for generations to come. By updating this document LULSLC will not only document their organization‘s history but tell it‘s story. THIS ?
This living document is a framework that will create and maintain brand consitency throughout your space by providing the Sponsor and Donor perameters needed for each application now and in the future. Nothing will be left to chance, the manual will illustrate the parameters on how, where and when sponsorship and donor recognition can occur.
By creating a recognition strategy to easily communicate the expectation on how the individual or organization can design their part within the space. By clearly allocating how their brand should work within the LUL brand the recognition perameters will be defined so that the datum lines, tone and style guides remains consistent throughout the space.

These guidelines describe the visual and verbal elements that represent Louisville Urban League‘s identity. This includes our name, logo and other elements such as color, type and graphics. Sending a consistent and controlled message of who are is essential to presenting a strong, unified image of brand.
This template is meant to be general guidelines for a simplified sponsorship package. It assumes you know what your assets are worth and that you know a few things about your event attendees or other target demographic. The hybrid approach gives you the flexibility to negotiate packages without forcing people to take a booth or a speaking opportunity when all they really want are product placement opportunities.
