The Health Plan Alliance is an invaluable resource to a provider sponsored health plan such as CCHP. Unlike any other industry group, where you just pay your dues to get in;
HPA’s selective membership criteria really fosters a different type of engagement. Likeminded health plans are free to collaborate/commiserate, and create strategies to help their own organizations remain competitive in and increasingly complicated environment. Just the focused workgroups on vetting out of potential vendor partners alone pays off in reduced cost of procurement. Provider Sponsored Health Plans are different and the Health Plan Alliance just gets it.
Required for organizations interested in additional 2025 sponsorship opportunities. Included with all 2025 Preferred Business Sponsor packages. The magic of the Alliance lies in the trusted partnerships between health plan leaders, Alliance sponsors, and Alliance staff. This unique offering grants your organization exclusive, year-round access to valuable market intelligence from the Alliance leadership that can inform your roadmap and business development approach and a listing in our online vendor directory Alliance members’ first stop when they are shopping for a vendor.
As a thank-you to organizations sponsoring multiple events, we offer enhanced benefits based on your level of investment designed to keep your company top of mind throughout the year. These valuable perks provide ongoing visibility and recognition to maximize your impact across our community.
*Billed as a single annual payment. For enrollments after the start of the year, the amount is prorated based on the month of enrollment. Expires on 12/31/2025.

Some call them conferences. We call them meetings.
Our meetings are more like a company retreat than a conference. Our meetings bring individuals together for collaboration, ideation and shared learning. Alliance members work together because they all strive for the same thing—to deliver exceptional service, drive transformational care, and champion health and wellbeing in our communities. Together, our members can get there faster and more cost-effectively.
The best part about being a meeting sponsor is that you’ll have a seat in the room, allowing you to hear what’s top of mind for provider-sponsored and independent health plans and build relationships by imparting your expertise.
What is the difference between a Leadership Forum, Value Visit, and Fly-In?
Alliance Leadership Forums and Value Visits are threeday multi-disciplinary meetings. We encourage every Alliance member organization to send delegates to ALL these meetings. Fly-Ins are designed to have individuals out of the office for about 36 hours. These powerful
events focus tightly on timely issues and optimize learning and networking in a deep-dive format.
I don’t see any events that align with my business. Does that mean there aren’t any in-person events planned for my target audience?
Absolutely not! Our hope is at least one of the Leadership Forums or Value Visits will be meaningful for every operational area. Additionally, many of our Fly-Ins and Value Calls will “fill the gaps” and will dive deep into specific areas. Fly-Ins are developed on a rolling basis to ensure we can tackle the timeliest issues the network is facing.
Why are so many of the meetings in Irving, Texas?
We strive to make travel as convenient as possible for Alliance members. DFW and Love Field airports are both easy to travel to/from, and Dallas/Fort Worth area hotel rates are favorable. Our goal is to keep direct and indirect costs for members down. To that end, most FlyIns are hosted in our Learning Lab in Irving, TX.
Cognizant is proud to be a preferred business sponsor of the Health Plan Alliance. Over the years we have worked collaboratively with the Health Plan Alliance leadership and team to provide valuable information and content to the member organizations. We have also learned from the member organizations to improve the overall value of our offerings to the healthcare industry. Cognizant looks forward to continuing our support and sponsorship of this valued relationship and future programs and initiatives.

Clinical Excellence & Reducing the Cost of Care (Sample: Agenda at a Glance)
We’re a small organization both geographically, as well as in numbers. Over the years that we’ve been a part of the Alliance, we’re able to reach out the Alliance staff and we’re always able to find answers or solutions from other health plans’ experiences. What we experience on a very micro geographical level, the Alliance experiences at a national level and brings that to bear back on our particular situation where we happen to be — in north Georgia.
Collaborate with a group of Alliance members over a one-and-a-half-day work session focused on a specific challenge. As a Fly-In sponsor, your organization’s thought leaders will enjoy quality time to collaborate and network with meeting attendees.
All Fly-Ins are hosted in our Learning Lab in Irving, TX.

• Attendee list and one-time email use of the list post-event
• Media kit with guidelines and files for promoting your participation on your website, social media or newswire
• Recognition at the meeting, logo on signage and event page, acknowledgment on event materials
