Dear Members,
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and an amazing end to their year. As we close the books to another successful year here at Regatta Bay, I am even more excited for what is to come in 2025.
You will see in the following pages, an upcoming events calendar featuring annual traditions alongside some new and exciting events that are sure to be a hit! Thank you to our Advisory Board of Governors for providing input throughout the year, which helps us elevate events and improve member programming
With the New Year, we’ve welcomed some changes in department leadership here at Regatta Bay designed to continuously improve Member and Guest experiences, so I would like to take this opportunity to share them with you and congratulate the following Regatta Bay employees on their respective promotions within our organization.
First, Madison Williams has been promoted to our Head Golf Professional. Her leadership of our golf operation has been impressive over the past year, and I look forward to working closely with her to ensure a first-class golf experience for our members and guests.
Second, our Food and Beverage operation is now under the leadership of chef Mike Stikeleather in the back of house, and Amanda Wendt in the front of house. I am excited to work together with these two fantastic leaders on ways to improve dining experiences at the club.
Lastly, we have a new Director of Operations, John Zeidner John’s experience developing high performance teams and meaningful relationships with members and associates at the club makes him a terrific addition to our leadership team
I am excited to work alongside this talented team to continue to improve member experiences here at Regatta Bay Be on the lookout for more details on changes and improvements to our member services at the club and wish everyone a safe and prosperous 2025!

Dear Members,
It’s been my absolute pleasure to serve our members, guests and our leadership and associates here at Regatta Bay and I’m truly grateful and excited for this opportunity to contribute to the continuing growth and success of our club in a new role in 2025!
My mission as Director of Operations is to be an effective connector and facilitator to all of our business operations - the course, clubhouse, Pro Shop and the restaurant - with the singular goal of supporting and empowering our amazing teams to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences each and every day!
As I see it, it all starts with listening and learning. In my first 2 years working in a wide range of roles around the club, I’ve come to know many of you and always enjoy our conversations about the great game of golf, our fantastic course and our dedicated team. The more we learn from you, the more we can effectively guide the growth of our operation in alignment with the wants and needs of our members.
Your ABOG leaders continue to be a fantastic voice and advocate for our membership but there’s nothing better than direct and regular conversations with each of you. That said, I encourage you all to reach out anytime whether its in-person here on property or via email, call or text. I welcome the chance to connect!
As we listen and learn from you, we will introduce changes and new offerings inspired by your feedback. Some things already underway for 2025 include a reimagined Sunday Brunch, weekly drink specials, updated hours of operation, new Pro Shop merchandise, and a fantastic new spring golf event! Stay tuned for more on all of these.

The entire Regatta Bay Ownership and Staff would like to acknowledge and express its gratitude towards Barbara Marquis for her outstanding support and encouragement towards not only fellow members, but our staff as well.
It’s members like Mrs. Marquis that set the exemplimentary example of an ambassador of the game. She can regularly be found playing with our Ladies Golf Association, or joining her husband in the afternoons to walk the course.
We would also like to extend a thank you to Mrs. Marquis for her continued communication to the Golf Professional staff, her doing so has created a stronger relationship between our staff and the Ladies’ Golf Association. The combination of these things are what has helped make our LGA and their events so successful!
It’s small acts like this that contribute to making a good facility become a great one!
