TARRANT COUNTY CONSTABLE PRECINCT 4 It is the mission of the Tarrant County Constable, Precinct 4’s office to serve the citizens of our community in a professional and respectful manner while executing our duties. As the Constable of Precinct 4, it is our duty to work closely with the Justice Courts and to execute both civil and criminal processes issued by local, state, and other jurisdictions in a fair and impartial manner. The men and women of the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office are dedicated to serving our community and will work closely with other agencies to ensure that all orders are completed diligently. Public safety will always be our most important responsibility, all while helping to promote a safe community for the citizens of Tarrant County. Located in Northwest Tarrant County, in the City of Lake Worth, Texas, Precinct 4 has an estimated population of 250,000 residents. Precinct 4 includes some or all of Lake Worth, Azle, Pelican Bay, Lakeside, Haslet, Saginaw, Blue Mound, Westworth Village, Westover Hills, Sansom Park, River Oaks, White Settlement, and Fort Worth. Our deputies have an average of 20 years of experience. They all come from large established departments and diverse backgrounds, ranging from fugitive warrants, narcotics, patrol supervisors, and theft detectives. This makes our office a well-balanced department. Most of our deputies are Master Peace Officers including Chief Deputy Fred Rogers and Constable Joe D. Johnson. We currently have a staff of seven full-time deputies, three part-time deputies,
