Open to all artists and artisans living AND working in the Margaret River Region from Busselton to Augusta. This includes professional, established, emerging, student and hobby artists.

5. Artist are required to be on premises for at least 80% of the event. 6. If your studio is in a commercial venue then that business will need to become a sponsor of the event. Please contact us for details. 7. It is compulsory for all artists to have third party public liability either through your own provider or through our event policy. 8. Artists may not allow any unregistered artist to display work or share their space. 9. Artists sharing a studio or participating together must each pay a separate registration fee.

This includes event based advertising, social media, PR, poster, leaflet and newsletter campaigns. See marketing results page attached to this document. • Tell your own original story so we can feature it in our marketing content. • Opportunity to sell art to continue to fund your artistic passion. In 2020 our artists sold over $1.2m worth of art. • Invitation to launch and ‘windup’ events.
COSTS AND JOINING PROCESS WHAT DOES IT COST ? • Annual Membership $120 • Event Participation Fee $500 • Compulsory Insurance $75 Fees are payable at time of registration. No entries will be accepted after 31st March 2021.
HOW DO YOU JOIN? • All artists are required to be members and re-register each year. • Please sign up online at www.mrropenstudios.com.au • Payment options are available on the website by Credit/Debit Card Direct Deposit or Cheque.
COVID-19 • Spaces must be prepared as per Covid 19 guidelines current at time. • In the event of enforced dates change due to Covid 19, timetables will be followed as per original selection of opening days, times and location. Unfortunately artists who withdraw from a rescheduled event cannot be offered a refund.
