Attività, giochi, compagnia, divertimento, risate, relax e benessere circondati da un panorama mozzafiato. Che dire, benvenuti nei parchi Movimënt in Alta Badia! È un mondo a sé stante, raggiungibile con gli impianti di risalita che partono dai paesi di La Villa, San Cassiano e Corvara, nel cuore dell’Alta Badia. Un’isola verde sconfinata dove fare il pieno di energia, circondati dalle Dolomiti.

Ci si lascia alle spalle il traffico e lo stress e si entra in un regno fatto di natura e libertà, spazi sconfinati, sole, aria pura, boschi e distese d’erba.

Una rete di sentieri nel verde con morbide pendenze, adatti a camminate, corse o piacevoli pedalate in sella alle mtb e alle e-bike, collega le aree del Piz Sorega, Piz La Ila, Pralongià, Col Alt e Boè.

Visto dall’alto, Movimënt è come una mappa del tesoro tutta da esplorare, contrassegnata da parchi, zone benessere, laghetti incontaminati, percorsi per le bici e molto altro. L’ideale per una parentesi di divertimento e relax in quota da vivere in famiglia, con il partner o con gli amici.

A ciascuno il suo Movimënt. Bambini e famiglie trovano un luogo dove giocare, divertirsi e scoprire tante curiosità sulla natura e i loro abitanti, come il percorso dedicato al mondo delle api. Chi cerca il contatto con la natura e il relax ha a sua disposizione specchi d’acqua dove oziare o meditare, oppure le sdraio giganti dove leggere un buon libro e ammirare la bellezza delle montagne circostanti. I più sportivi possono divertirsi pedalando sui percorsi per bici “Bike Beats” in flow country oppure praticare l’alpinismo, lo speed hiking, il fitness, il parapendio, l’arrampicata. Attività da praticare all’aria aperta e in ampi spazi naturali.

Eine Welt für sich, die über die Aufstiegsanlagen aus den Orten La Villa, San Cassiano und Corvara im Alta Badia erreichbar ist. In dieser grünen Insel mitten in den Dolomiten lässt es sich leben und Energie tanken.

Abseits von Stress und Verkehr locken hier Natur und Freiheit, Berge, Sonne, gute Luft, Wälder und weite Wiesen. Ein ausgedehntes Wegenetz an sanften Hängen im Grünen verbindet Piz Sorega, Piz La Ila, Pralongià, Col Alt und Boè und lädt zu Ausflügen, Wanderungen, Joggen oder gemütlichen Rundfahrten auf dem MTB oder E-Bike ein.

Aus der Vogelperspektive sieht Movimënt aus wie ein Schatzplan mit Parks, Wellnessbereichen, unberührten Seen, Fahrradwegen und weiteren Attraktionen, die es zu erkunden gilt - ein idealer Ort für Spaß und Entspannung in der Höhe mit Familie, Partner oder Freunden.

Jedem sein Movimënt. Kinder und Familien erwarten am Piz La Ila reichlich Gelegenheiten für Sport im Freien, am Piz Sorega ein Minigolfplatz im Bear Park und am Pralongià das Haus von Spaghettino, in dem es allerlei Geheimnisse der kleinen Wiesenbewohner und einen Themenparcours über Bienen zu entdecken gilt. Wer sich viel Natur und Entspannung wünscht, kann an ruhigen Gewässern ausruhen und meditieren, kneippen oder sich im Slacklining, Geocaching und oder Bogenschießen versuchen. Sportfans dürfen sich auf Flow-Parcours auf Erde und Sand oder Pumptracks sowie auf Bergsteigen, Speed Hiking, Nordic Walking, Fitness, Paragleiten und Klettern freuen.

A network of gently-sloping paths in the green countryside connect the areas of Piz Sorega, Piz La Ila, Pralongià, Col Alt and Boè, and are ideal for walks, runs, and all the fun of mountain bike or e-bike trips.

Seen from above, Movimënt looks just like a map of a treasure island waiting to be explored. Dotted with parks, wellness zones, pure, clean lakes, bike trails and much more, it is the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing time-out with your family, partner or friends.

Each to his own Movimënt. Children and families will find endless places to play, have fun and learn a wealth of fascinating facts about the countryside and its inhabitants, including the Bee Trail. If you want to relax and be at one with nature, you’ll find shimmering ponds where you can simply lie back and laze or meditate and giant sun-loungers to sit down with a good book or simply admire the beauty of the mountains. Sporty souls can head out on the “Bike Beats” trails in flow country, embark on a mountaineering or speed hiking tour, enjoy a good workout, or head out on a paragliding or climbing expedition. Activities to enjoy in the open air and in wide-open spaces.

Tanti giochi e strutture dedicate allo sport. Pareti da arrampicata per i più piccoli, un gigantesco pallone gonfiabile su cui saltare e fare le capriole, un’area slackline, geocaching, tiro con l’arco, percorsi a ostacoli, zona relax e noleggio E-MTB. Vicino al laghetto con la cascata - adorata dai bambini - sorge un secondo laghetto delle stesse dimensioni, dedicato al relax, alla lettura, alla ricerca dell’abbronzatura perfetta, al riposo tra un’attività e l’altra.

Silenzio, quiete, la brezza che accarezza la superficie a specchio del lago: il paradiso.

Imperdibile, nel parco Movimënt al Piz La Ila, l’area dedicata al mondo delle api: Movimënt dles ês. Un luogo unico, dove scoprire tutte le curiosità e informazioni riguardanti le api e il loro indispensabile lavoro quotidiano.

Scaricando la app di “Movimënt” potrai interagire con Milly, l’instancabile ape operaia, che ti accompagnerà in un viaggio fantastico. Adatto a bambini e adulti, in quest’area del parco si impara giocando e divertendosi.

Kletterwände für Kinder, Riesen-Hüpfburg für jede Menge Purzelbäume, Slacklines, Geocaching, Bogenschießen, Hindernislauf und Entspannungsbereich sorgen für großes Vergnügen.

In der Nähe des kleinen Sees mit dem bei Kindern beliebten Wasserfall und dem Kneippweg, entsteht ein zweiter See gleicher Größe, der ganz dem Entspannen, Lesen, der Suche nach der perfekten Bräune und der Erholung zwischen den Aktivitäten gewidmet ist.

Im Movimënt Park Piz La Ila soll man den Bereich, der der Welt der Bienen gewidmet ist und Movimënt dles ês heißt, nicht verpassen. Ein einzigartiger Ort, an dem Sie alle Kuriositäten und Informationen über Bienen und ihre unverzichtbare tägliche Arbeit entdecken können. are lots of games and facilities dedicated to sport. Climbing walls children, a giant inflatable ball to jump on and do somersaults, a slackline area, geocaching, archery, a relaxation area and much more besides.

Close to the lake with the waterfall - adored by children - and the Kneipp route, a second lake of the same size will be created, dedicated to relaxation, reading, acquiring a perfect tan and resting between one activity and another.

Silence, quiet, the breeze that caresses the mirror surface of the lake: the paradise.

Not to be missed, in the Movimënt park at Piz La Ila, is the area dedicated to the world of bees: Movimënt dles ês. A unique place where you can discover all the curiosities and information of bees and their essential daily work. By downloading the "Movimënt" app, you can interact with Milly, the tireless worker bee, who will take you on a fantastic journey. This area is suitable for children and adults and the place for learning through play and fun.

È il parco dedicato all’orso, il maestoso animale che popola le foreste. Tanti giochi dove scoprire e imparare le caratteristiche di queste simpatiche creature. Una vera e propria caverna con un gigantesco orso da svegliare. Un particolarissimo minigolf in legno dove solo i più bravi riusciranno a mettere la palla in buca. Scivoli, liane, giochi d’acqua e una zona dedicata agli amanti del fitness con 4 attrezzi dove allenare addominali, bicipiti quadricipiti e trovare la forma fisica ideale.

Der Park, in dem sich alles um einen besonders erhabenen Waldbewohner dreht: den Bären. Es erwarten Sie viele Spiele, wo Sie Interessantes über diese sympathischen Kreaturen erfahren werden. Es gibt sogar eine echte Höhle, in der ein Riesenbär darauf wartet geweckt zu werden. Die völlig einzigartige Minigolfanlage aus Holz lädt dazu ein, sich in Treffsicherheit zu üben. Außerdem sind Rutschen, Lianen und Wasserspiele vorhanden. Im Fitnessbereich kann jeder an 4 Geräten seine Bauchmuskeln, Arme und Oberschenkel trainieren und so in gute Form kommen.

Un’area dedicata alle meraviglie della natura, per scoprire le sue curiosità e caratteristiche insieme ai simpatici Spaghettino e Spaghettina. Segui le loro indicazioni lungo il sentiero dal Piz Sorega e dal Piz La Ila fino alla casa di Spaghettino al Pralongià.

An area dedicated to the wonders of nature, to discovering its curiosities and features along with the friendly characters Spaghettino and Spaghettina. Dal comodo punto panoramico posizionato ai piedi della montagna sarà possibile osservare la roccia e le sue sfumature in modo semplice e accurato, fino a riconoscere l’immagine di un personaggio leggendario e disegnarlo.

Scendendo a piedi dal Vallon, ci si può fermare al laghetto “Lech de Boè”, un bacino naturale circondato da pareti rocciose, un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel massiccio del Sella.

Accanto al Rifugio Piz Boè Alpine Lounge scopri il mini parco “DOLOMITI” con tante informazioni riguardanti la storia, le rocce e la loro conformazione unica al mondo.

Dalla zona del Vallon partono delle bellissime vie ferrate con vari gradi di difficoltà e pareti da arrampicare.

IT Una delle principali motivazioni per visitare Movimënt riguarda le mountain bike

e le e-bike, regine dell’altopiano grazie ai percorsi dedicati e disegnati solo per le due ruote. Per chi vuole divertimento assicurato, con famiglia e amici, ci sono i bike trails Bike Beats: si tratta di discese “flow”, scorrevoli, meno impegnative tecnicamente di un downhill. Si parte dalla cima del Piz Sorega accanto all’arrivo della cabinovia.

A sinistra il più tecnico e difficile Trail Cör (cuore), una serpentina emozionante e adrenalinica, mentre a destra ci si lancia lungo il Trail Ödli (occhi in ladino), facile e panoramico, adatto anche ai meno esperti. Dalla loro unione a metà pendio nasce il Trail Avëna (vene), di media difficoltà che scende fino al fondovalle nel paese di San Cassiano. Sempre a Piz Sorega parte il Trail Mans (mani), che prosegue tra curve e paraboliche sino alla seggiovia La Fraina posizionata tra Piz Sorega e Piz La Ila. Due FotoTrap sono pronte ad immortalare il passaggio di tutti i bikers, che a valle della cabinovia Piz Sorega potranno scaricare le loro immagini e acrobazie preferite.

Prima di godersi le discese sui trails, si consiglia qualche giro preparatorio sul circuito di pumptrack a monte del Piz Sorega, che può essere percorso con mountain bike, e-bike e perfino con pattini e skate.

Il nuovo tracciato Fle. Scende da Pralongià l’ultimo - per ora - dei Bike Beats: Movimënt inaugura quest’estate un tracciato che si sviluppa nei prati aperti scendendo dal Pralongià. Fle - in ladino, la parola che descrive il respiro profondo - è di difficoltà medio-semplice, lungo ca. 3,5 chilometri con dislivello pari a 300 metri, offre lunghe passerelle in legno e una vista mozzafiato verso la splendida Marmolada e il gruppo del Sella, fino alla stazione a valle della seggiovia Pralongià, oppure si può proseguire in direzione Campolongo.

und E-Bikes, die dank der speziell für Zweiräder angelegten Strecken die Königinnen der Hochebene sind. Wer mit Familie und Freunden Spaß haben will, kann sich auf die Bike Beats begeben: das sind fließende Abfahrten, die technisch weniger anspruchsvoll sind als ein Downhill. Sie beginnen auf dem Gipfel des Piz Sorega neben der Ankunftsstelle der Seilbahn. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich der technischere und schwierigere Trail Cör (Herz), eine aufregende und adrenalinfördernde Serpentine, während auf der rechten Seite der einfache und landschaftlich reizvolle Trail Ödli (Augen auf Ladinisch) liegt, der auch für weniger Geübte geeignet ist. Von ihrem Zusammenschluss auf halber Höhe des Hangs führt der mittelschwere Weg Avëna (Adern) hinunter zur Talsohle im Dorf San Cassiano.

Ebenfalls am Piz Sorega beginnt der Trail Mans (Hände), der über Kurven und Parabeln zum Sessellift La Fraina zwischen Piz Sorega und Piz La Ila führt. Zwei FotoTrap sind bereit, die Passage aller Biker zu verewigen, die stromabwärts von der Piz Sorega Seilbahn in der Lage sein werden, ihre Lieblingsbilder und Stunts herunterzuladen. One of the main motivations for visiting Movimënt concerns mountain bikes and e-bikes, protagonists of the plateau thanks to trails dedicated and designed just for two wheels. For those after guaranteed fun, with family and friends, there are the Bike Beats bike trails: these are smooth “flow trails”, which are less technically challenging than conventional downhills. You begin at the summit of Piz Sorega next to the cable car arrival station. To the left, the most technical and difficult Cör (heart) Trail, an exciting, adrenalin-filled winding route, while to the right, you launch yourself on the Ödli (“eyes” in Ladin) Trail, easy and panoramic, suitable for the less expert as well. From their joining halfway down the slope, the medium-difficulty Avëna (veins) Trail starts, descending to the valley floor in the town of San Cassiano. Again at Piz Sorega, the Mans (hands) Trail takes off, which continues along curves and berms until the La Fraina chairlift located between Piz Sorega and Piz La Ila. Michele si occupa dei trails Bike Beats dal 2018. Insieme alla sua squadra progetta e disegna i percorsi, facendo attenzione alla morfologia del territorio e agli aspetti tecnici, per poi trasformarli in realtà.

Che cosa offre agli amanti della mtb ed enduro l’area Movimënt?

Quanti percorsi ci sono e di che lunghezza? Che grado di difficoltà hanno?

M. Negli ultimi anni abbiamo creato un prodotto ad hoc per gli amanti del downhill ed enduro, I Bike Beats Trails. Si tratta di trails in country flow, scorrevoli in sabbia e terra battuta. Il park si estende lungo i pendii del Piz Sorega a San Cassiano e del Pralongià a Corvara, anche se nei prossimi anni stiamo lavorando per fare dei tratti nuovi anche in altre zone di Corvara e La Villa. I biker, quindi, trovano una vasta area collegata da trails e facile da utilizzare grazie agli impianti di risalita. Ad oggi in totale i Bike Beats offrono 5 trails principali, ognuno riconoscibile dal nome in ladino che indica una parte del corpo. I trails principali sono collegati tra loro da 3 varianti. Inoltre, due anni fa abbiamo inaugurato la Jump Line per i biker più intraprendenti. In totale ci sono oltre 15 km di trails.

Quali sono i costi per accedere alle strutture? Offrite anche un servizio di noleggio, guide e corsi?

M. Per accedere alle strutture ci sono vari tipi di tessera, la tessera adatta per una giornata sui Bike Beats è sicuramente la “Movimënt Daily Card” che da l’accesso a tutti gli impianti Movimënt tra La Villa, Corvara e San Cassiano al costo di Euro 31,00 adulti e Euro 25,00 junior. Altrimenti le tessera “Alta Badia Summer” e “Dolomiti Super Summer” danno l’accesso a tutti gli impianti dell’Alta Badia con varie formule prezzo (www.altabadia.org).

A monte e a valle del park ci sono vari noleggi e ci sono gite programmate da fare con le guide del posto vari giorni alla settimana.

Come vi siete attivati a livello di marketing per promuovere i vostri servizi?

M. Siamo molto attivi sui social, in primis Instagram e Facebook e da qualche mese siamo presenti anche su TikTok. I nostri canali Bike Beats Alta Badia sono sempre aggiornati con le novità del momento e raccontiamo l’esperienza dei nostri trail attraverso i personaggi che li vivono in prima persona, dai bikers, ai ragazzi che si occupano della costruzione e della manutenzione dei trails. Quest’anno, per la seconda estate consecutiva, inoltre, abbiamo un testimonial d’eccezione che ci aiuterà a comunicare al meglio l’experience, Marco Aurelio Fontana.

Avete in programma eventi o manifestazioni sul vostro territorio legati al mondo della mountain bike?

M. Ospitiamo una tappa della Rookies Cup e della Kids Cup, eventi dedicati ai bambini e ragazzi fino a 19 anni. Gli ultimi anni a causa della pandemia non abbiamo potuto organizzare l’evento, quest’anno finalmente ci siamo.

Il trail Cör farà da palcoscenico all’evento il 16 e 17 luglio. La nostra area inoltre è sicuramente conosciuta per essere uno dei passaggi principali della Hero.

Oltre al bike park, cosa offre il vostro territorio per tutti gli appassionati delle due ruote a pedali?

M. Il nostro territorio è molto adatto anche a pedalate meno impegnative in MTB e E-MTB, le strade sterrate che collegano i vari paesi dell’Alta Badia sia a monte che a valle sono ideali per sposarsi facilmente anche in compagnia di tutta la famiglia. Inoltre, non dimentichiamoci delle strade e dei passi dolomiti che grazie alla Maratona dles Dolomites sono diventate ambite da tutti i ciclisti su strada del mondo.

Der Park erstreckt sich entlang der Hänge des Piz Sorega in San Cassiano und des Pralongià in Corvara, aber in den nächsten Jahren werden auch neue Abschnitte in anderen Gebieten von Corvara und La Villa angelegt. Biker finden also ein weitläufiges Gebiet vor, das durch Wege verbunden und dank der Skilifte leicht zu nutzen ist. Bis heute bieten die Bike Beats insgesamt fünf Hauptstrecken an, die jeweils an ihrem ladinischen Namen erkennbar sind, der ein Körperteil bezeichnet. Die Hauptrouten sind durch 3 Varianten miteinander verbunden. Darüber hinaus haben wir vor zwei Jahren die Jump Line für die abenteuerlicheren Biker eröffnet. Insgesamt gibt es über 15 km Wege.

What does the Movimënt area offer MTB and enduro lovers? How many trails are there and how long are they? What difficulty level are they?

M. In recent years, we have created an ad-hoc product for lovers of downhill and enduro: the Bike Beats Trails. These are flow country trails, which are smooth and made of sand and dirt. The park extends along the slopes of Piz Sorega in San Cassiano and of Pralongià in Corvara, though in the next few years we are working on making new sections in the other areas of Corvara and La Villa as well. The bikers, then, find a vast area connected by trails that is easy to use thanks to the ski lifts. Today, Bike Beats offer 5 main trails in total, each distinguished by the Ladin name that indicates a body part. The main trails are connected to each other by 3 variants. In addition, two years ago we inaugurated the Jump Line for more intrepid bikers. In total, the are more than 15 km of trails.

Unsere Bike Beats Alta Badia-Kanäle sind immer auf dem neuesten Stand und wir berichten über die Erfahrung unserer Strecken durch die Menschen, die sie aus erster Hand erleben, von den Bikern bis zu den Leuten, die die Strecken bauen und pflegen. In diesem Jahr haben wir zum zweiten Mal in Folge ein außergewöhnliches Testimonial, das uns helfen wird, die Erfahrung besser zu vermitteln: Marco Aurelio Fontana.

Planen Sie in Ihrer Region Veranstaltungen oder Shows zum Thema Mountainbiking?

M. Wir richten eine Etappe des Rookies Cup und des Kids Cup aus, Veranstaltungen für Kinder und Jugendliche bis 19 Jahre. In den letzten Jahren konnten wir die Veranstaltung wegen der Pandemie nicht organisieren, dieses Jahr sind wir endlich soweit. Der TrailCör wird am 16. und 17. Juli Schauplatz der Veranstaltung sein. Unser Gebiet ist sicherlich auch dafür bekannt, dass es eine der Hauptbühnen von Hero ist.

Was bietet Ihr Gebiet neben dem Bikepark noch für alle Zweiradfans?

M. Unser Gebiet eignet sich auch sehr gut für weniger anspruchsvolle MTB- und E-MTB-Touren. Die Schotterstraßen, die die verschiedenen Dörfer in Alta Badia sowohl bergauf als auch bergab miteinander verbinden, sind ideal für leichte Radtouren mit der ganzen Familie. Nicht zu vergessen die Dolomitenstraßen und -pässe, die dank der Maratona dles Dolomites bei allen Rennradfahrern der Welt beliebt sind.

M. How did you get going in terms of marketing to promote your services?

M. We are very active on social media, Instagram and Facebook especially, and we’ve also been on TikTok for a few months. Our Bike Beats Alta Badia channels are always updated with the news of the moment and we describe the experience of our trails through people who experience them in first-person, from the bikers to the guys who take care of their construction and maintenance. This year, for the second consecutive summer, we also have an exceptional ambassador who will help us best communicate the experience: Marco Aurelio Fontana.

Do you have any events planned in your area linked to the mountain biking world?

M. We are hosting a Rookies Cup and Kids Cup stage; these events are dedicated to children and kids up to 19 years old. Due to the pandemic, we haven’t been able to organise the event in the last couple of years.

This year, finally, we’re there. The Cör trail will be the stage for the event on 16 and 17 July. Our area is also definitely known for being one of the main HERO stages.

As well as the bike park, what does your region offer for all those two-wheel enthusiasts?

M. Our region is very well suited for less challenging MTB and E-MTB bike rides as well. The unpaved roads that connect the various towns of Alta Badia, both in the mountains and valleys, are ideal for easily moving around with the whole family too. In addition, let’s not forget the Dolomite roads and passes that, thanks to the Maratona dles Dolomites, are coveted by all road cyclists throughout the world.

Le giovani promesse del downhill si contenderanno il podio cavalcando la propria bicicletta sui trails di Movimënt, chiudendo la manifestazione con una grande festa.

Com’è avvenuto il tuo ingresso nel mondo dell’arrampicata?

A. La mia fortuna è essere nato ai piedi delle Pale di San Martino e avere trascorso le mie estati, da bambino, nel maso dei nonni, a contatto con la natura. Mi arrampicavo ovunque, anche sugli alberi. A 14 anni ho scoperto con entusiasmo che si trattava di un vero e proprio sport – anche se all’epoca non era diffuso come oggi – e ho iniziato a praticarlo con gli amici.

In famiglia ero l’unico scalatore, mio padre scolpisce il legno, mia mamma dipinge: ho provato a seguire le loro orme, ma con il tempo ho capito che il mio talento era un altro, e che lo spirito artistico si può coltivare in mille forme. All’inizio non avrei mai immaginato di poter trasformare la mia passione in un vero lavoro. Entrando nel Gruppo Sportivo Esercito e diventando un professionista ho scoperto di poter vivere facendo ciò che preferisco al mondo.

Cosa pensi dei percorsi in Alta Badia? Cosa consiglieresti?

A. La roccia è sempre Dolomia, molto bella e simile a quella che trovo dalle mie parti, mi fa sentire a casa. Le arrampicate qui sono adatte a tutti i livelli, dal professionista all’amatore. Non presentano difficoltà tecniche estreme, anche perché il vero interesse è un altro: siamo in un territorio perfetto per allenare la capacità di lettura della parete. Consiglio di affidarsi a un capocordata esperto e concentrato, sono scalate che richiedono attenzione ma regalano belle emozioni.

In zona, nel Vallon, ho apprezzato molto la Saxophon, sulla cima Piz Da Lech. Un percorso dallo spiccato carattere alpinistico, una classica scalata dolomitica che si affronta piacevolmente, a patto di saperla leggere e capire. Quest’inverno, inoltre, sono salito sopra Corvara con il Gruppo Sportivo Esercito per provare due vie di ghiaccio, la Spada di Damocle e Brivido Sottile, una bella esperienza.

Quali sono state le maggiori sfide che hai affrontato?

A. Con l’aumentare delle mie capacità ho affrontato sfide via via più complesse. Tra le più significative ci sono Eternit, nella falesia Baule, l’anno scorso, o la Silbergeier, nel Rätikon, in Svizzera. Ho anche aperto varie vie, come Cani morti plus, la linea più difficile sulle Pale di San Martino, o Energia Cosmica nella falesia di Bilico, a cui sono particolarmente legato: si trova in un ambiente eccezionale, un enorme masso in mezzo a un ghiaione, e il nome che ho scelto racconta l’emozione che ho provato in un luogo del genere.

Cosa si prova a vivere queste avventure?

A. In montagna si sperimentano tante emozioni intense, non tutte “facili” da vivere. Ad esempio c’è quella che chiamo paura buona: non è angoscia o terrore, ma rispetto della parete, capacità di valutare i rischi per evitare di trovarsi in situazioni difficili. Il mio approccio comunque è cambiato nel tempo. Come ogni scalatore, a 20 anni cercavo la prestazione atletica a tutti i costi, volevo superare i miei limiti. Dieci anni dopo questo aspetto è ancora importante, ma ora vedo il quadro più ampio: ciò che conta è l’esperienza che si vive in montagna, specialmente se si è in compagnia di persone valide, con cui c’è un legame importante. Si creano ricordi che poi restano per sempre. In montagna si può imparare ad essere felici, il contatto ravvicinato con la natura, senza mediazioni, aiuta a stare bene con sé stessi.

Come ci si prepara, dal punto di vista deil'abbigliamento e dei materiali?

A. Negli ultimi dieci-quindici anni ho constatato una grande evoluzione tecnica in questo ambito: abbiamo capi che uniscono la massima resistenza all’abrasione alla totale libertà di movimento. Ma soprattutto abbiamo risolto il dilemma dello scalatore, che al momento di partire immancabilmente si chiedeva “La prendo la giacca?”. Ora usiamo indumenti che da un lato sono super leggeri e comprimibili in spazi molto ridotti, e dall’altro sono anche caldi, o dotati di un guscio esterno antipioggia. Il vantaggio è consistente, in termini di logistica e sicurezza.

Con uno zaino leggero ci spostiamo più veloce, quindi accorciamo i tempi e riduciamo la nostra esposizione ai rischi; d’altra parte meglio attrezzati per affrontare gli imprevisti meteo, che in montagna non sono rari. La mia collaborazione con Karpos è un’ulteriore garanzia di sicurezza e qualità: coltivo un contatto diretto con loro, sviluppiamo idee su prodotti nuovi, cresciamo insieme. Inoltre il bello di avere uno sponsor è che posso sempre scegliere il capo ideale in base alla situazione e ai miei obiettivi.

Wie ist dein Eintritt in die Welt des Kletterns erfolgt?

A. Mein Glück war es, zu Füßen der Pale di San Martino geboren zu sein und meine Sommer als Kind auf dem Hof meiner Großeltern verbracht zu haben, im Kontakt mit der Natur. Ich bin überall hinaufgeklettert, auch auf Bäume. Mit 14 Jahren habe ich mit Begeisterung entdeckt, dass es sich dabei um eine richtige Sportart handelt, auch wenn sie damals noch nicht so verbreitet war wie heute, und ich habe begonnen, diesen Sport mit meinen Freunden auszuüben. In meiner Familie war ich der einzige Kletterer; mein Vater schnitzt Holz, meine Mutter malt. Ich habe versucht, in ihre Fußstapfen zu treten, doch mit der Zeit habe ich verstanden, dass mein Talent irgendwo anders liegt und dass man eine künstlerische Ader auf tausend Arten verfolgen kann. Am Anfang hätte ich mir nie vorstellen können, meine Leidenschaft zu einer richtigen Berufstätigkeit zu machen. Nachdem ich der Sportgruppe des Heeres beigetreten und zu einem Profi geworden bin, habe ich entdeckt, dass ich von meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigung leben kann.

Was hältst du von den Strecken in Alta Badia? War würdest du empfehlen?

A. Der Fels ist immer der Dolomit, sehr schön und jenem sehr ähnlich, den es bei mir zuhause gibt. Da fühle ich mich daheim. Die Kletterrouten hier eignen sich für jedes Niveau: vom Profi bis zum Amateur. Sie weisen keine extremen technischen Schwierigkeiten auf, auch weil das eigentliche Interesse hier ein anderes ist: wir befinden uns in einer perfekten Gegend, um die Kletterwand verstehen zu lernen. Ich empfehle allen, sich an einen erfahrenen, konzentrierten Seilschaftsführer zu wenden. Es sind Klettertouren, die Aufmerksamkeit erfordern, aber wunderbare Gefühle bescheren. Hier in der Gegend, im Vallon, habe ich die Saxophon auf dem Gipfel Piz Da Lech sehr geschätzt. Eine ausgesprochen alpinistische Strecke, eine klassische Dolomiten-Kletterroute, die angenehm zu bewältigen ist, sofern man sie lesen und verstehen kann. Diesen Winter habe ich mit der Heeresgruppe oberhalb von Corvara zwei Eiskletterrouten ausprobiert: Spada di Damocle und Brivido Sottile. Eine tolle Erfahrung.

Was sind die größten Herausforderungen, die du gemeistert hast?

A. Mit zunehmendem Können habe ich immer komplexere Herausforderungen bewältigt. Die wichtigsten waren Eternit am Steilhang Baule, letztes Jahr; oder der Silbergeier im Rätikon, in der Schweiz.

Ich habe auch verschiedene Routen eröffnet, wie Cani Morti Plus, die schwierigste Linie auf den Pale di San Martino, oder Energia Cosmica am Kletterhang Bilico, die ich besonders mag: sie befindet sich in einer außergewöhnlichen Umgebung – ein enormer Fels inmitten einer Geröllhalde, und der Name, den ich ihr gegeben habe, erzählt vom Gefühl, das mich an einem derartigen Ort übermannt hat.

Was empfindet man bei solchen Abenteuern?

A. Im Gebirge empfindet man viele intensive Gefühle, die nicht alle „leicht“ sind. Zum Beispiel gibt es eines, das ich als „positive Angst“ bezeichne: das ist nicht Furcht oder Schrecken, sondern Respekt vor der Felswand; die Fähigkeit, die Risiken einzuschätzen, um zu vermeiden, in schwierige Situationen zu geraten. Mein Zugang hat sich mit der Zeit aber verändert.

Wie jeder Kletterer suchte ich mit 20 Jahren die sportliche Leistung – koste es, was es wolle. Ich wollte meine Grenzen überschreiten. Zehn Jahre später ist dieser Aspekt immer noch wichtig, doch jetzt sehe ich ein umfangreicheres Bild: was zählt, ist die Erfahrung, die man im Gebirge sammelt, insbesondere in Begleitung tüchtiger Menschen, mit denen einen etwas verbindet.

Wie bereitet man sich vor, was Material und Bekleidung anbelangt?

A. In den letzten zehn bis fünfzehn Jahren habe ich in dieser Hinsicht eine große technische Entwicklung festgestellt: es gibt Kleidungsstücke, die die maximale Abriebfestigkeit mit der vollständigen Bewegungsfreiheit vereinen. Aber vor allem haben wir das Dilemma des Kletterers gelöst, der sich – bevor er das Haus verlässt – fragt: „Soll ich eine Jacke mitnehmen?“ Jetzt verwenden wir Materialien, die einerseits superleicht und auf äußerst kleinen Raum komprimierbar sind, aber andererseits auch warm oder mit einem äußeren Regenschutz versehen. Der Vorteil ist beträchtlich, sowohl in logistischer als auch in sicherheitstechnischer Hinsicht. Mit einem leichten Rucksack bewegen wir uns schneller fort, verkürzen die Zeit und reduzieren die Risikoaussetzung; andererseits sind wir besser ausgerüstet, um einen unvorhergesehenen Wetterumschwung zu meistern, der im Gebirge nicht selten vorkommt. Meine Zusammenarbeit mit Karpos ist eine weitere Sicherheits- und Qualitätsgarantie: wir haben einen direkten Kontakt miteinander, wir entwickelt gemeinsam Ideen für neue Produkte und werden zusammen groß. Das Schöne daran, einen Sponsor zu haben, ist es außerdem, dass ich immer das ideale Kleidungsstück wählen kann – je nach Situation und nach meinen Zielsetzungen.

How did you start climbing?

A. I was lucky enough to be born at the foot of Pale di San Martino and to spend my childhood summers at my grandparents’ mountain farm, surrounded by nature. I climbed everywhere, even the trees. When I was 14, I was thrilled to find out that climbing was an actual sport – even if it was not as widespread as it is today – and I started climbing with friends.

I was the only climber in the family: my dad carves wood and my mum paints. I tried following in their footsteps but as time went by, I realised that my talents lie elsewhere and that an artistic spirit can be cultivated in many ways. In the beginning, I never imagined that I could turn my passion into an actual job. By joining the Army Sports Group and becoming a professional, I discovered I could live by doing what I like doing best.

What do you think of the routes in Alta Badia? Which would you recommend?

A. It is still Dolomite rock, which is beautiful and remarkably similar to the rock I find locally, so it makes me feel at home. The climbs here are good for all levels, from amateur to professional. There are no extreme technical difficulties, also because what we are interested in here is something else: we’re in the perfect area to train skills in actually reading the rockface. I recommend going with an expert lead climber, someone with focus. These are climbs that require attention, but they are also exciting to do.

In the area, Vallon, I really enjoyed the Saxophon, at the top of Piz Da Lech.

It is a route that has a real mountaineering feel to it; a classic Dolomite climb that is a pleasure, as long as you can interpret and understand it.

This winter, I also climbed up above Corvara with the Army Sports Group to try out a couple of ice routes, the Spada di Damocle and Brivido Sottile, a great experience.

What have been your major challenges?

A. As I my skills have improved, the challenges have become more and more complex. The most important have included Eternit, on the Baule crag, last year, or the Silbergeier, on Rätikon, in Switzerland. I have also opened a few routes myself, like the Cani morti plus, the most difficult line on Pale di San Martino, or Energia Cosmica on the Bilico crag, a route I am particularly fond of: it is in an exceptional setting, an enormous rock in the middle of a scree, and the name I chose [Cosmic Energy] reflects the thrill of the place.

What is this type of adventure like?

A. There are so many intense emotions to experience in the mountains, and not all of them are “easy.” For example, there’s what we call the good fear, which is not anxiety or terror, but respect for the wall, ability to judge the risk and avoid getting into tricky situations. My approach, however, has changed over time. Like all climbers, when I was 20, I aimed for athletic performance at all costs, I wanted to push past my limits. Ten years on, this is still important, but now I can see the bigger picture, and what counts is the mountain experience, especially when with good people, the ones you have a strong bond with. You make memories and they stay with you forever. In the mountains you can learn to be happy; close, hands-on contact with nature helps you feel good with yourself.

What type of equipment do you need, in terms of gear and clothing?

A. Over the last ten-fifteen years, I have seen large-scale technical developments in this field. We have clothing now that combines maximum abrasion resistance with total freedom of movement. But above all, we have solved the climber’s dilemma, because every time, before setting out they would invariably ask: “Do I need a jacket?” Now we have clothing that on one hand is super light and ultra-compact, while on the other, it is also warm or has a rainproof shell. There are consistent advantages in terms of logistics and safety. It is easier to move quickly with a light backpack and this cuts times and exposure to risks. We are also better equipped to deal with unforeseen weather, which is no rare thing in the mountains. My partnership with Karpos is a further guarantee of safety and quality: I have direct contact with them and together, we develop ideas for new products, growing together. Another great thing about having a sponsor is that I can always choose the ideal clothing item to suit the situation and my aims.

E. Il lavoro dell’apicoltore consiste nell’allevare api al fine di produrre principalmente il miele. Ovviamente gli apicoltori professionisti e più preparati non si fermano al solo miele, ma “raccolgono” anche il polline, la cera, la propoli e la pappa reale.

Was genau ist die Aufgabe eines Imkers?

E. Die Aufgabe des Imkers besteht darin, Bienen zu züchten, um hauptsächlich Honig zu produzieren. Professionelle und besser ausgebildete Imker beschränken sich natürlich nicht nur auf den Honig, sondern "sammeln" auch Pollen, Wachs, Propolis und Gelée Royale.

È un lavoro che occupa tutto l’anno?

E. Il lavoro si concentra principalmente in primavera ed estate, anche se diversi lavori vengono effettuati durante la stagione fredda. Per esempio il principale trattamento antivarroa viene fatto in assenza di covata cioè durante la stagione fredda (generalmente fine novembre).

E. Die Arbeit konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf das Frühjahr und den Sommer, obwohl auch in der kalten Jahreszeit einige Arbeiten durchgeführt werden. E. Difficile dire quanto miele produce una singola ape, ma per produrre 1 kg di miele le api devono volare per ca. 140.000 km (ca. 3,5 volte il giro della terra) e ci vogliono ca. 2.700.000 fiori.

E quanti fiori deve impollinare?

E. In 1 giorno una popolazione d’api può impollinare ca. 225.000 fiori. In un’arnia (con una popolazione totale di ca. 40-50.000 api) abbiamo ca.

15.000 api bottinatrici che volano su 15 fiori ciascuna.

A che altitudine può vivere un’ape?

E. Le api mellifere prevalentemente presenti in Alto Adige sono della specie Carnica che riescono a sopravvivere anche a temperature molto basse e ad altezze sui 2000 m. La prerogativa è che ci sia una vasta flora presente.

E qual è la durata della sua vita?

E. Qui bisogna distinguere fra le così dette api estive che vivono solamente ca 35-40 giorni, mentre quelle “invernali” vivono anche 6-7 mesi. Queste api nascono da agosto a ottobre e vivono fino alla primavera prossima quando poi nascono nuovamente quelle estive.

Come funziona il mondo delle api, che ruolo ha l’ape regina nella comunità?

E. L’ape regina è l’unica “femmina” fertile all’interno della colonia e quindi il suo ruolo principale è la deposizione delle uova, che possono essere o meno fecondate. Da quelle fecondate nascono le api operaie (ed eventualmente una nuova regina), mentre da quelle non fecondate nascono i fuchi. La vita media di un’ape regina è di 4-5 anni.

Una delle curiosità più strane riguardante le api e il loro mondo?

E. Verso fine agosto i fuchi vengono scacciati dall’alveare, letteralmente sbattuti fuori. In quella che possiamo definire la battaglia dei fuchi. Una guerra persa in partenza. Loro poveri paciocconi e senza pungiglione contro femmine dure e determinate. I fuchi ormai diventati inutili (servono solamente per fecondare nuove regine) vengono scacciati e muoiono di freddo o divorati da uccelli.

Wie viel Honig produziert eine Biene in einem Sommer?

E. Es ist schwer zu sagen, wie viel Honig eine einzelne Biene produziert, aber um 1 kg Honig zu produzieren, müssen die Bienen ca. 140.000 km fliegen (ca. 3,5 mal um die Erde) und es werden ca. 2.700.000 Blüten benötigt.

Und wie viele Blüten muss sie bestäuben?

E. An einem Tag kann ein Bienenvolk ca. 225.000 Blüten bestäuben. In einem Bienenstock (mit einer Gesamtbevölkerung von ca. 40-50.000 Bienen) fliegen ca. 15.000 Sammlerbienen auf jeweils 15 Blüten.

In welcher Höhe kann eine Biene leben?

E. Die in Südtirol vorherrschenden Honigbienen gehören zur Gattung Carnica, die auch bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen und in Höhenlagen von etwa 2000 Metern überleben können. Voraussetzung ist, dass eine umfangreiche Flora vorhanden ist.

Und wie lange ist ihre Lebensdauer?

E. Dabei ist zu unterscheiden zwischen den so genannten Sommerbienen, die nur etwa 35-40 Tage leben, und den "Winterbienen", die bis zu 6-7 Monate leben. Diese Bienen werden von August bis Oktober geboren und leben bis zum nächsten Frühjahr, wenn die Sommerbienen wieder geboren werden.

Wie funktioniert die Bienenwelt, welche Rolle spielt die Bienenkönigin in der Gemeinschaft?

E. Die Bienenkönigin ist das einzige fruchtbare „Weibchen“ im Bienenvolk und ihre Hauptaufgabe ist daher das Legen von Eiern, die befruchtet oder unbefruchtet sein können. Aus den befruchteten werden die Arbeitsbienen (und schließlich eine neue Königin) geboren, während aus den unbefruchteten die Drohnen hervorgehen. Die durchschnittliche Lebensspanne einer Bienenkönigin beträgt 4-5 Jahre.

Eine der seltsamsten Kuriositäten über Bienen und ihre Welt?

E. Gegen Ende August werden die Drohnen aus dem Bienenstock gejagt, buchstäblich hinausgeworfen. Man kann es als Kampf der Drohnen bezeichnen. Ein Krieg, der von Anfang an verloren war. Sie sind arme, stachellose Pazifisten gegen harte, entschlossene Weibchen. Die nutzlos gewordenen Drohnen (sie dienen nur der Befruchtung neuer Königinnen) werden vertrieben und sterben an der Kälte oder werden von Vögeln gefressen.

What, precisely, is the work of a bee keeper?

E. A bee keeper’s work consists of raising bees in order to produce, mainly, honey. Obviously, professional and more expert bee keepers don’t stop at just honey, but also “gather” pollen, wax, propolis, and royal jelly.

Does the work take up the whole year?

E. The work is mainly concentrated in the spring and summer, even if various jobs are carried out during the cold season. For example, the main varroa control treatment is done in the absence of a brood, i.e. during the cold season (generally at the end of November).

How much honey does a bee produce in the summer?

E. It’s difficult to say how much honey a single bee produces, but to produce 1 kg of honey, the bees need to fly about 140,000 km (about 3.5 times around the earth) and you need about 2,700,000 flowers.

And how many flowers must it pollinate?

E. In one day, a bee population can pollinate about 225,000 flowers. In one apiary (with a total population of about 40-50,000 bees) we have about 15,000 worker bees who fly over 15 flowers each.

How high up can a bee live?

E. The honey bees that are mainly present in Alto Adige are of the Carniolan species that can survive even at very low temperatures and heights around 2,000 m. It’s imperative that there is extensive flora present.

How does the bee world function, what role does the queen bee have in the community?

What is one of the strangest things about bees and their world?

E. Towards the end of August, the drones are chased out of the hive, literally beaten out. In what we might call the battle of the drones. It’s a war that’s lost from the start. Poor chubby fellows with no sting against hard, determined females. The drones, who are now useless (they’re only useful for fertilising new queens), are chased out and die of cold or are eaten by birds.

Imparare divertendosi La Tombola della Dolomiti é un’attività ludica-motoria per avvicinare i bambini in maniera curiosa e attenta all'ambiente naturale dolomitico, abituandoli ad osservare i piccoli dettagli in un prato, lungo un sentiero, in un bosco.

I partecipanti, divisi in squadre o singolarmente, si sfidano esplorando il bosco alla ricerca di oggetti naturali raffigurati sulla scheda che è stata loro consegnata dall'animatore. Ciascun gruppo o bambino avrà a disposizione una busta personalizzata per conservare gli oggetti trovati.

I bambini dovranno cercare tutti gli oggetti naturali elencati nella lista per fare cinquina o tombola prima degli altri.

L’obiettivo di questa attività è esplorare l'ambiente naturale, riconoscendo i suoi caratteri fondamentali e imparare a rispettarlo giocando.

Dove? Ogni giovedì durante la kids hour al Movimënt Park Piz Sorega.

Lernen und Spaß haben Die Tombola della Dolomiti ist eine spielerisch-motorische Aktivität, um den Kindern die natürliche Umgebung der Dolomiten auf neugierige und aufmerksame Weise näher zu bringen und sie daran zu gewöhnen, die kleinen Details auf einer Wiese, entlang eines Weges, in einem Wald zu beobachten. Die Teilnehmer, die in Teams oder einzeln aufgeteilt sind, fordern sich gegenseitig heraus, indem sie den Wald auf der Suche nach natürlichen Objekten erkunden, die auf der Karte abgebildet sind, die ihnen der Spielleiter gegeben hat. Jede Gruppe bzw. jedes Kind erhält eine persönliche Tasche zur Aufbewahrung der gefundenen Gegenstände.

Die Kinder müssen alle auf der Liste aufgeführten natürlichen Gegenstände suchen, um Fünf oder ein Bingo vor den anderen zu bilden. Ziel dieser Aktivität ist es, die natürliche Umwelt zu erkunden, ihre grundlegenden Merkmale zu erkennen und spielerisch zu lernen, sie zu respektieren.

Wo: Jeden Donnerstag während der Kinderstunde im Movimënt Park Piz Sorega.

Learn by having fun Dolomites Bingo is a physical-recreational activity to introduce kids, in a curious and careful way, to the natural environment of the Dolomites, habituating them to observe the small details of a field, along a trail, or in a wood.

The participants, divided into teams or individually, compete exploring the woods on the hunt for natural objects pictured on the chart given to them by the facilitator. Each group or child will have a customised envelope for keeping the objects found.

The children will have to look for all the natural objects listed to make five or bingo before the others.

The aim of this activity is to explore the natural environment, recognising its essential features and learning to respect it by playing.

Where? Every Thursday during the kids hour at the Movimënt Park Piz Sorega.

Una settimana di giochi e attività.

Ogni settimana, per tutta l’estate, ci si può iscrivere al programma di sport e attività di gruppo in compagnia del team Movimënt, che inizia la mattina a partire dalle 10.30.

Il lunedì e il giovedì (dal 27 giugno al 31 agosto) sono dedicati al geocaching, divertente caccia al tesoro con il gps, che di tappa in tappa, attraverso una serie di giochi, porta da Piz La Ila fino a Piz Sorega.

Chi desidera imparare a seguire un percorso con cartina e bussola può provare l’orienteering a Piz Sorega - in versione easy, il martedì (dal 28 giugno al 6 settembre), oppure di media difficoltà, il venerdì (dal 1° luglio al 2 settembre) - e camminare lungo tracciati studiati appositamente per incuriosire tutta la famiglia.

Il divertimento in mountain bike non può mancare e grazie alle nuovissime E-MTB con pedalata assistita l’emozione di un tour sull’altipiano, tra i prati verdi e i boschi, è ancora più forte. Movimënt organizza tre e-mtb tour settimanali con partenza da La Villa, due easy - il martedì e la domenica (dal 26 giugno al 18 settembre) - e uno medium, il giovedì (dal 30 giugno al 15 settembre): pedalando lungo i sentieri, nel verde, ci si diverte e si migliorano equilibrio e resistenza.

Infine, ogni giovedì, dal 7 luglio al 15 settembre, l’appuntamento è con “Movimënt dles Ês”, il mondo delle api: in compagnia di un accompagnatore i bambini seguono un percorso nel parco Movimënt Piz La Ila, che rivela a poco a poco tante curiosità su questi importantissimi insetti attraverso giochi a tema, alveari osservabili dall’interno e piccole sfide.

Per i più piccoli: kids hour e passeggini fuoristrada Mentre i genitori si godono un giro in e-bike in una qualsiasi area del parco oppure si rilassano al sole, i bambini si divertono in piena sicurezza. È la “kids hour”: ogni martedì, giovedì e domenica, dalle 13.30 alle 16.00 al Piz Sorega, i piccoli si scatenano insieme al team di accompagnatori di Movimënt, che propone attività, giochi e laboratori gratuiti.

Movimënt ha pensato anche ai genitori che desiderano esplorare i sentieri dell’altipiano con bimbi molto piccoli al seguito: si utilizzano degli speciali passeggini fuoristrada, dotati di tre ruote più grandi delle classiche, facilitano la spinta su qualsiasi strada e permettono di affrontare ogni sterrato e saliscendi senza problemi. Eine Woche voller Spiele und Aktivitäten.

Während des gesamten Sommers können Sie sich jede Woche für das Sport- und Gruppenprogramm in Begleitung des Movimënt-Teams anmelden, das vormittags ab 10.30 Uhr beginnt.

Montags und donnerstags (vom 27. Juni bis 31. August) ist Geocaching angesagt, eine unterhaltsame Schatzsuche mit GPS, die durch eine Reihe von Spielen Etappe für Etappe vom Piz La Ila zum Piz Sorega führt.

Wer lernen will, wie man mit Karte und Kompass eine Route abläuft, kann am Piz Sorega den Orientierungslauf ausprobieren - in einer leichten Version dienstags (28. Juni bis 6. September) oder in einer mittelschweren Version freitags (1. Juli bis 2. September) - und dabei auf speziell angelegten Strecken für die ganze Familie laufen.

Das Mountainbike-Vergnügen kommt nicht zu kurz, und dank der brandneuen E-MTBs mit Tretunterstützung ist der Nervenkitzel bei einer Tour auf der Hochebene zwischen grünen Wiesen und Wäldern noch größer. Movimënt organisiert drei wöchentliche E-MTB-Touren ab La Villa, zwei leichte - dienstags und sonntags (vom 26. Juni bis zum 18.

September) - und eine mittelschwere, donnerstags (vom 30. Juni bis zum 15. September): Auf den Wegen im Grünen in die Pedale treten, macht Spaß und verbessert das Gleichgewicht und die Ausdauer.

Jeden Donnerstag, vom 7. Juli bis 15. September, steht schließlich „Movimënt dles Ês“, die Welt der Bienen, auf dem Programm: In Begleitung eines Führers folgen die Kinder einem Pfad durch den Park Movimënt Piz La Ila, der nach und nach mit thematischen Spielen, Bienenstöcken, die von innen betrachtet werden können, und kleinen Herausforderungen viele Kuriositäten über diese sehr wichtigen Insekten enthüllt.

Für die Kleinen: Kinderstunde und Geländebuggys Während die Eltern eine Fahrt mit dem E-Bike in einem beliebigen Bereich des Parks genießen oder sich in der Sonne entspannen, haben die Kinder in völliger Sicherheit Spaß. „Kids hour“: Jeden Dienstag, Donnerstag und Sonntag von 13.30 bis 16.00 Uhr können sich die Kleinen im Piz Sorega zusammen mit dem Movimënt-Begleitteam austoben, das kostenlose Aktivitäten, Spiele und Workshops anbietet.

Movimënt hat auch an die Eltern gedacht, die mit sehr kleinen Kindern im Schlepptau das Hochland erkunden wollen: Es werden spezielle geländegängige Buggys eingesetzt, die mit drei Rädern ausgestattet sind, die größer sind als die klassischen, und das Schieben auf jeder Straße erleichtern und es ermöglichen, jede Schotterpiste und jede Berg- und Talfahrt ohne Probleme zu bewältigen. Sie sind speziell für Bergrouten konzipiert und können am Piz La Ila, Piz Sorega und Col Alt gemietet werden.

A week of games and activities.

Every week, for the whole summer, you can enrol in the group sports and activities programme in company with the Movimënt team, which starts in the morning beginning from 10:30 a.m.

Every Monday and Thursday (from 27 June to 31 August) are dedicated to geocaching, a fun treasure hunt with GPS, which, stage by stage, through a series of games, leads from Piz La Ila to Piz Sorega.

People who wish to learn how to follow a route with a map and compass can try orienteering in Piz Sorega - in an easy version, every Tuesday (from 28 June to 6 September), or a medium difficulty version, every Friday (from 1 July to 2 September) - and walk along paths specially devised to engage the whole family.

Finally, every Thursday, from 7 July to 15 September, the appointment is with “Movimënt dles Ês”, the world of bees. In company with a guide, children follow a trail in the Movimënt Piz La Ila park, which reveals, bit by bit, heaps of interesting facts about these incredibly important insects, through special games, beehives that can be seen from the inside, and little challenges.

For the littlest ones: kids hour and off-road strollers While parents enjoy an e-bike ride in any of the park areas, or relax in the sun, children have fun in complete safety. It’s “kids hour”: every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, from 1:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in Piz Sorega, little ones run wild together with a team of Movimënt guides, who offer free activities, games, and workshops.

Movimënt has also thought about those parents who wish to explore the plateau walks with very small children in tow: special off-road strollers are used, equipped with three bigger-than-usual wheels, facilitating pushing on any road and making it possible to cope with every unpaved road and up-and-down without problems. Andrea Casta, il violinista globetrotter.

Andrea ha debuttato nel cast di “Domenica In” nel 2002, è stato tra i protagonisti del primo tour italiano del musical “Fame – Saranno Famosi”, dopo il quale ha inaugurato l’attività internazionale; ha presentato programmi tv su Raidue, Raisat e Sky. Nel 2012 ha pubblicato il suo primo album solista ROOM 80, 12 hit degli anni 80 riarrangiate e prodotte da Sergio Cossu (ex Matia Bazar) seguite da un fortunato tour. La vittoria come Best Performer 2018 ai Dance Music Awards, il premio italiano per la musica dance, ha confermato che Andrea sia percepito, da pubblico e addetti ai lavori, come uno dei nuovi protagonisti del live entertainment.

Abbiamo incontrato Andrea aspettando il suo concerto al levar del sole.

Un concerto all’alba nel cuore dell’Alta Badia, quali sensazioni si provano a suonare in un luogo così, in un orario “particolare” per un concerto?

A. L’Alta Badia è una delle mie località dolomitiche preferite perché è come uno “scrigno” di bellezza che si apre man mano che si sale: offre punti panoramici unici e modi alternativi di vivere la montagna in ogni periodo dell’anno. Non sono nuovo ad esperienze come i concerti all’alba, e proprio quando nasce il giorno la musica nel silenzio dei 2100 metri di al Piz La Ila riesce a coinvolgere emotivamente noi che suoniamo e gli spettatori. Sono certo che sarà un momento da ricordare.

Cosa ci possiamo aspettare da questo evento? Puoi darci qualche anticipazione?

A. Nonostante il pubblico mi conosca soprattutto per l’energia della musica dance e il modo in cui collaboro con i dj, in questo concerto tirerò fuori la parte più intima e acustica in compagnia della chitarra di Davide Gobello, un musicista straordinario e sensibile. Il repertorio sarà molto ampio, dalla canzone italiana alla tendenza internazionale rivisitata per l’occasione. Sarà un concerto per tutti, dalle famiglie ai ragazzi a tutto il pubblico internazionale.

Sappiamo che hai l’Alta Badia nel cuore, cosa ti piace di più di questa valle? La frequenti sia d’estate che d’inverno?

A. Sono stato prima atleta e poi maestro di sci e le piste della Badia d’inverno sono tra le mie preferite. La carriera da violinista mi ha poi portato all’onore di aprire molti eventi internazionali tra i quali la classica gara di coppa del mondo della Gran Risa. Tutto questo ha cementato negli anni il rapporto con tutta la località e in particolar modo con la famiglia Craffonara del Moritzino: loro hanno creduto artisticamente in me tanti anni fa e adesso è un piacere richiamare insieme tanto pubblico da tutto il mondo a godere delle bellezze naturali e della fantastica ospitalità di tutta la Alta Badia.

Im Jahr 2012 veröffentlichte er sein erstes Soloalbum ROOM 80, 12 Hits aus den 80er Jahren neu arrangiert und produziert von Sergio Cossu (ex Matia Bazar), gefolgt von einer erfolgreichen Tournee. Der Gewinn des Best Performer 2018 bei den Dance Music Awards, den italienischen Tanzmusikpreisen, bestätigte, dass Andrea von der Öffentlichkeit und Brancheninsidern als einer der neuen Stars der Live-Unterhaltung wahrgenommen wird.

Wir trafen uns mit Andrea, während wir auf sein Konzert bei Sonnenaufgang warteten.

Ein Konzert in der Morgendämmerung im Herzen von Alta Badia, was ist das für ein Eindruck, an einem solchen Ort zu spielen, zu einer "besonderen" Zeit für ein Konzert?

A. Alta Badia ist einer meiner Lieblingsorte in den Dolomiten, weil er wie eine „Schatztruhe“ ist, die sich beim Aufstieg öffnet: Er bietet einzigartige Aussichtspunkte und alternative Möglichkeiten, die Berge das ganze Jahr über zu erleben. Konzerte in der Morgendämmerung sind mir nicht fremd, und gerade dann, wenn der Tag anbricht, gelingt es der Musik in der Stille des 2100 Meter hohen Piz La Ila, uns Spieler und die Zuschauer emotional zu berühren. Ich bin sicher, es wird ein unvergesslicher Moment sein.

Was können wir von dieser Veranstaltung erwarten? Können Sie uns einige Hinweise geben?

A. Obwohl das Publikum mich vor allem aufgrund der Energie der Tanzmusik und die Art und Weise, wie ich mit DJs arbeite, kennt, werde ich in diesem Konzert die vertraulichere und akustische Seite in Begleitung der Gitarre von Davide Gobello, einem außergewöhnlichen und sensiblen Musiker, zum Ausdruck bringen. Das Repertoire ist sehr breit gefächert und reicht von italienischen Liedern bis hin zu internationalen Trends, die zu diesem Anlass neu interpretiert werden. Es wird ein Konzert für alle sein, von Familien über Jugendliche bis hin zu einem internationalen Publikum.

Wir wissen, dass Sie Alta Badia in Ihr Herz geschlossen haben. Was gefällt Ihnen an diesem Tal am meisten? Sind Sie im Sommer und im Winter häufig dort?

A. Ich war zuerst Sportler und dann Skilehrer, und die Pisten in Alta Badia gehören im Winter zu meinen Favoriten. Meine Karriere als Geiger führte mich dann zu der Ehre, viele internationale Veranstaltungen zu eröffnen, darunter das klassische Weltcuprennen Gran Risa. All dies hat im Laufe der Jahre meine Beziehung zum gesamten Resort und vor allem zur Familie Craffonara in Moritzino gefestigt, die schon vor vielen Jahren an mich als Künstler geglaubt hat, und jetzt ist es mir eine Freude, so viele Menschen aus aller Welt zusammenzubringen, um die natürliche Schönheit und die fantastische Gastfreundschaft der gesamten Region Alta Badia zu genießen.

We met Andrea while waiting for his concert at dawn.

A concert at dawn in the heart of Alta Badia, how do you feel playing in a place like this, at an “unusual” time for a concert?

A. Alta Badia is one of my favourite towns in the Dolomites because it’s like a jewellery box of beauties that opens wider and wider as you go higher: it offers unique views and alternative ways of living in the mountain throughout the year. I’m not new to experiences like dawn concerts, and right when the day is born, music in the silence of 2,100 metres of Piz La Ila can emotionally involves we who play and the audience. I'm sure it will be a moment to remember.

What can we expect from this event? Can you give us any clues?

A. Although the public mainly knows me for the energy of dance music and the world in which I collaborate with DJs, in this concert, I’ll put out the most intimate, acoustic part in company with the guitar of Davide Gobello, an extraordinary, sensitive musician. It will be a wide repertory, from Italian songs to international trends, revisited for the occasion. It will be a concert for everyone, from families to kids to the whole international public.

We know that the Alta Badia is close to your heart, what do you like most about this valley? Do you come here in both summer and winter?

A. I was a ski athlete and then ski instructor and the Alta Badia slopes in winter are some of my favourites. My career as a violinist brought me the honour of opening many international events, including the classic Gran Risa world cup. All this has consolidated, over the years, my relationship with the whole area and, particularly, with the Craffonara family of Moritzino. They believed in me, artistically, many years ago and now it’s a pleasure to gather so many people from all over the world to enjoy the natural beauty and fantastic hospitality of the whole Alta Badia.

Charing Golf Tour 2022 by Sprinklr 5, 6 e 7 agosto 2022 ALTA BADIA - dove nove anni fa tutto ha avuto inizio.

L’Alta Badia è il cuore del Circuito Charing Golf Tour 2022 by Sprinklr, è il luogo dove ebbe inizio tutto e che possiamo chiamare “Casa”.

Immersi nell’incantevole atmosfera delle Dolomiti trascorrerete giornate indimenticabili tra gare di golf 9 buche sul campo Alta Badia e 9 buche non convenzionali; infatti 9 buche saranno ricavate su terreni naturali trasformati per l’occasione, come avveniva alle origini di questo sport.

Quattro delle nove buche saranno, anche per quest’anno, costruite in prossimità di altrettanti rifugi: Moritzino, I Tablà, Bioch e Punta Trieste.

Il trasferimento da una buca/rifugio all’altra avverrà con l’utilizzo di e-bike unendo l’evento golfistico con il mondo della bicicletta, in piena sintonia con l’Experience Movimënt molto attiva sull’altipiano dell’Alta Badia.

Le altre cinque buche completeranno il percorso golfistico sui terreni preparati per l’occasione che dall’hotel Lujanta accompagneranno il turista e il golfista verso la spettacolare cascata del Pisciadu.

L’Alta Badia Golf club sarà animato da un villaggio commerciale con free Food&Beverage, Golf Clinic con Costantino Rocca, Area Bimbi SNAG (attrezzatura adatta al divertimento e avvicinamento dei bimbi verso il gioco), Battesimo della Buca e proposte per conoscere il territorio.

Cene nell’esclusiva location della terrazza panoramica della Coppa del Mondo ai piedi della Gran Risa e domenica sera l’attesissima Cena di Gala con chef stellati.

Charing Golf Tour 2022 by Sprinklr 5., 6. und 7. August 2022 ALTA BADIA - wo vor neun Jahren alles begann.

Alta Badia ist das Herzstück der Charing Golf Tour 2022 by Sprinklr, der Ort, an dem alles begann und den wir "Heimat" nennen können.

Inmitten der bezaubernden Atmosphäre der Dolomiten verbringen Sie unvergessliche Tage mit 9-Loch-Golf-Wettspielen auf dem Golfplatz von Alta Badia und unkonventionellen 9-Loch-Golfplätzen; 9 Löcher werden nämlich auf natürlichem Gelände angelegt, das zu diesem Anlass umgestaltet wird, wie es in den Ursprüngen des Sports der Fall war.

Vier der neun Löcher werden auch in diesem Jahr wieder in der Nähe von ebenso vielen Berghütten gebaut: Moritzino, I Tablà, Bioch und Punta Trieste. Der Transfer von einem Loch/einer Hütte zur nächsten erfolgt mit dem E-Bike, wodurch das Golfevent mit der Welt des Radfahrens verbunden wird, in voller Harmonie mit der Movimënt Experience, die auf der Hochebene von Alta Badia sehr aktiv ist. Die anderen fünf Löcher vervollständigen den Golfplatz auf dem für diesen Anlass vorbereiteten Gelände, das vom Hotel Lujanta aus Touristen und Golfspieler in Richtung des spektakulären Pisciadu-Wasserfalls führen wird. Der Alta Badia Golf Club wird durch ein Shopping Village mit kostenloser Verpflegung, eine Golf Clinic mit Costantino Rocca, einen SNAG-Kinderbereich (geeignete Ausrüstung zur Unterhaltung und Einführung der Kinder in das Spiel), eine Lochtaufe und Angebote zum Kennenlernen der Gegend belebt.

The Alta Badia is the heart of the Charing Golf Tour 2022 by Sprinklr; it is where it all started and we can call it “home”.

Immersed in the captivating atmosphere of the Dolomites, you will pass unforgettable days between 9-hole golf competitions on the Alta Badia course and unconventional 9 holes; in fact, 9 holes will be made in the natural ground, transformed, for the occasion, as happened at the beginning of this sport.

Four of the nine holes will be, for this year as well, constructed near as many refuges: Moritzino, I Tablà, Bioch and Punta Trieste.

The transfer from one hole/refuge to the other will take place using e-bikes, uniting the golfing event with the cycling world, in full harmony with the very active Movimënt experience on the Alta Badia plateau. The other five holes will complete the golf course on terrain prepared for the occasion that, from the Lujanta hotel, will accompany the tourist and golf player to the spectacular Pisciadu falls.

Alta Badia Golf club will come to life with a commercial village with free Food&Beverage, a Golf Clinic with Costantino Rocca, the SNAG kids’ area (equipment adapted for fun and introducing kids to the game), the Baptism of the Hole, and suggestions for getting to know the region.

Dinners in the exclusive location of the World Cup panoramic terrace and Sunday evening the highly anticipated Gala Dinner with Michelin-starred chefs.

All this in order to have fun while doing good. The proceeds of the initiative will be given to Serafico di Assisi, an institute that hosts children and kids with serious disabilities and that has a project to construct the first hospital and emergency clinic for people with disabilities.

Si segue il sentiero evidente n. 638 la partenza è di fronte la stazione a monte della cabinovia. Tempo per la salita ad un passo tranquillo circa 20 minuti. Difficoltà facile per tutti.

Meno di 100mt di dislivello in salita.

Ein paar Vorschläge 1. Eine leichte Wanderung von der Bergstation der Kabinenbahn zum kleinen Gletschersee „Boèsee“. Folgen Sie dem Weg Nr. 638. Il Vallon è una splendida conca glaciale contornata da bellissime pareti di Dolomia Cassiana spesso salite da alpinisti, qui ci sono oltre alle vie alpinistiche due ferrate, la prima porta lo stesso nome della zona Vallon ed è un’alternativa alla salita della Cresta Sternta al Piz Boè, la seconda più ripetuta e famosa è la ferrata del Piz Da Lech che sale all’omonima cima. Seguire lo stesso sentiero del percorso precedente che porta al Lago Boè n. 638 per poi attraversare la pista da sci e seguire l’evidente traccia che risale il costone fino al rifugio, per la discesa è possibile lo stesso sentiero o la seggiovia del Vallon. Ci sono anche altre discese che conducono a valle dal rifugio Vallon prima di decidere per queste meglio informarsi sulle varie possibilità. Il tempo necessario per la salita è di circa 1 ora e 40. Difficoltà facile, dal Lago Boè non è possibile salire con i passeggini. Circa 400mt di dislivello in salita.

2. Aufstieg zur Hütte Franz Kostner in Vallon. Das Vallon ist ein herrliches Gletscherbecken, umgeben von wunderschönen Wänden des DolomiaCassiana-Gesteins, die oft von Bergsteigern bestiegen werden. Hier gibt es neben den Wanderrouten auch zwei Klettersteige. Der erste Klettersteig trägt den gleichen Namen wie das Vallon-Gebiet und ist eine Alternative zum Aufstieg der Cresta Sternta zur Boèspitze. Der zweitbekannteste Klettersteig liegt am Piz Da Lech und führt zum gleichnamigen Gipfel.

Folgen Sie dem gleichen Weg mit der Nr. 638, der zum Boèsee führt. Überqueren Sie anschließend die Skipiste und folgen Sie dem Weg, der den Grat entlang hinauf zur Hütte führt. Für den Abstieg können Sie den gleichen Weg oder die Sesselbahn Vallon benutzen. Von der Vallon-Hütte führen auch andere Wege hinunter ins Tal. INGREDIENTI: 1 mountain-bike, 1 caschetto e protezioni varie, 1 paio di scarpe da arrampicata, 1 zainetto, 1 borraccia d’acqua, abbigliamento sportivo q.b.

ZUTATEN: 1 Mountain-Bike, 1 Helm und Schutzausrüstung unterschiedlicher Art, 1 Paar Kletterschuhe, 1 Rucksack, 1 Wasserflasche, Sportbekleidung nach Belieben.

INGREDIENTS: 1 mountain bike, 1 helmet and various protections, 1 pair of climbing shoes, 1 bag, 1 water flask, Sportswear as required.

PREPARAZIONE: Prima di tutto è fondamentale iniziare la giornata con un’abbondante colazione in modo da avere la giusta carica di energie.

Armatevi degli strumenti necessari, come uno zainetto con tutti gli essenziali per passare una giornata all’aperto. Aggiungete all’interno una borraccia e delle barrette energetiche.

VORBEREITUNG: Zunächst einmal ist es wichtig, den Tag mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück zu beginnen, um die richtige Menge an Energie zu haben. Wichtig sind natürlich auch alle notwendigen Hilfsmittel, wie z. B. einen Rucksack mit allem, was man für einen Tag im Freien braucht. Packen Sie eine Wasserflasche und Energieriegel hinein.

PREPARATION: Firstly, you need to start the day with a hearty breakfast to give you enough energy. Bring the necessary tools, such as a backpack with all the essentials for a day in the open air. Add a water bottle and energy bars to the contents.

SVOLGIMENTO 01 La mattina per iniziare è necessario salire in cima con la cabinovia Piz Sorega o la seggiovia Pralongià per circa 5/7 minuti. Montate in sella alla vostra mountain-bike e partite all’avventura lungo i trails del parco Bike Beats al Piz Sorega o al Pralongià. Saltate, scendete per circa 60-90 minuti e una volta raggiunta la giusta dose di trails preparatevi per una nuova avventura. È molto importante che eseguiate questa operazione in totale sicurezza, il casco e il cellulare sono obbligatori.

02 Lasciate riposare il corpo per circa 45 minuti e riacquistata la giusta dose di energie partite alla scoperta del Dolomiti Park Climbing Vallon.

Impastate le vostre mani ben bene nella magnesite e iniziate l’arrampicata per circa tre ore fino a raggiungere la cima Piz da Lech.

03 La giornata è quasi terminata, l’ultima operazione prevede 30 minuti di riposo nella Relax Area al Piz la Ila. Aggiungete un pizzico del percorso Kneipp e la giornata è completa!

VORGEHENSWEISE 01 Morgens zum Start fährt man mit der Gondel Piz Sorega oder dem Sessellift Pralongià in ca. 5/7 Minuten nach oben. Dann schwingt man sich auf den Sattel des Mountainbikes und schon beginnt das Abenteuer auf den Trails des Bike Beats Parks am Piz Sorega oder Pralongià.

In ca. 60-90 Minuten geht es hinunter und wenn man dann die richtige Menge an Trails abgefahren hat, kann man sich schon auf das nächste Abenteuer vorbereiten. Die Sicherheit hat dabei natürlich stets Vorrang: Helm und Mobiltelefon sind Pflicht.

02 Danach sollte man ca. 45 Minuten ausruhen und die richtige Menge an Energie tanken, um den Dolomiti Park Climbing Vallon entdecken zu können.

Die Hände reibt man sich hier gut mit Magnesit ein und schon beginnt der etwa dreistündige Aufstieg bis zum Piz da Lech.

03 Der Tag ist fast zu Ende, die letzte Etappe sieht 30 Minuten Ruhe im Entspannungsbereich am Piz la Ila vor. Dazu noch eine kleine Kneippkur und schon ist der Tag einfach perfekt!

PROCEDURE 01 In the morning, ride to the top on the Piz Sorega gondola or the Pralongià chairlift for about 5-7 minutes. Then, get on your mountain bike and set off on an adventure along the trails of the Bike Beats park at Piz Sorega or Pralongià.

PREPARAZIONE: Per creare una giornata amata dai bambini gli ingredienti essenziali da preparare sono sicuramente l’entusiasmo e la scoperta, mescolarli tra loro e abbiamo la base perfetta per iniziare l’avventura! A questo aggiungiamo una buonissima prima colazione e uno zaino, che andremo a riempire con tutti gli elementi necessari: uno spuntino, un cappellino, una borraccia e la crema solare. Prima di partire è importante controllare di aver allacciato bene le scarpe e che il fiocco ricordi proprio le orecchie di un coniglietto.

VORBEREITUNG: Für einen unvergesslichen Tag für Kinder sind die wesentlichen Zutaten, die man vorbereiten muss, definitiv Enthusiasmus und Entdeckungsfreude. Vor der Abfahrt ist es wichtig zu überprüfen, ob die Schuhe richtig gebunden sind und ob die Schleife der Schnürsenkel den Ohren eines Hasen ähnelt.

PREPARATION: The essential ingredients to a day that children love are enthusiasm and discovery. Mix them together, and we have the perfect base from which to start the adventure! To this, we add a hearty breakfast and a backpack, which we fill with all the necessary items: a snack, a hat, a water bottle and sun cream. Before setting off, make sure your shoes are tied correctly and that the bow looks just like a bunny's ears.

SVOLGIMENTO 01 Per preparare il Baby Day mettete tutta la famiglia (cani inclusi) all’interno della cabinovia Piz Sorega e salite per 7 minuti fino a monte.

Montate in sella alla biciclettina o al monopattino, aggiungete un casco ben allacciato e preparatevi a girare, saltare e divertirvi sul Pump Truck.

Terminato il giro, prendete mamma e papà e andate alla scoperta per una decina di minuti all’interno della grotta dell’orso.

02 Lasciate riposare i genitori e ricaricate le energie mentre vi sfidate a una partita di Minigolf. Se non siete amanti del minigolf, vi consigliamo di aggiungere un pizzico di miele alla vostra giornata. Partendo dal parco Piz Sorega provate a scoprire tutte le attività del percorso Movimënt dles ês.

Nel frattempo, mentre percorrete il parco tematico, fermatevi per qualche momento ad osservare le arnie disposte lungo il percorso e ammirate le piccole api al lavoro.

03 Terminate le avventure precedenti, dirigetevi con una breve passeggiata fino allo Spaghettino Park Pralongià. Concludete la giornata seguendo le avventure del vermicello rosa per almeno un’oretta.

VORGEHENSWEISE 01 Zur Vorbereitung auf den Baby Day setzt sich die ganze Familie (inklusive Hund) in die Piz Sorega-Gondel und fährt 7 Minuten lang den Berg hinauf.

Oben angekommen geht es weiter mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Roller, natürlich mit Helm und schon beginnt das Abenteuer mit Fahren, Springen und Spaß haben auf dem Pump Truck. Wenn die Tour vorbei ist, geht es mit Mama und Papa etwa zehn Minuten in die Bärenhöhle auf Erkundungstour.

02 Lasst eure Eltern ausruhen und Energie tanken, während ihr Spaß bei einer Partie Minigolf habt. Wenn ihr keine Lust auf Minigolf habt, empfehlen wir den Tag mit etwas Honig zu ergänzen. Ausgehend vom Park Piz Sorega kann man alle Aktivitäten des Movimënt dles ês-Pfades entdecken. Beim Gang durch den Freizeitpark könnt ihr kurz inne halten, um die Bienenstöcke am Wegesrand zu betrachten und die kleinen Bienen bei ihrer Arbeit beobachten.

PROCEDURE 01 To prepare for Baby Day, put the whole family (including dogs) in the Piz Sorega gondola and ride up the mountain for 7 minutes. Then, get on your bike or scooter, strap on a helmet and get ready to ride, jump and have fun on the Pump Truck. At the end of the tour, take Mum and Dad and explore the bear cave for about ten minutes.

02 Let your parents rest and recharge their batteries while you play a game of mini golf. If you are not a fan of mini golf, we recommend adding a dash of honey to your day. Starting from the Piz Sorega park, try discovering all the activities on the Movimënt dles ês trail. Meanwhile, as you walk through the theme park, stop for a few moments to look at the beehives along the route and admire the little bees at work.

03 After the previous adventures, take a short walk to Spaghettino Park Pralongià. Finally, round off the day by following the adventures of the pink worm for at least an hour.

L‘ALTA BADIA SEMPRE PIÙ GREEN Uno degli obiettivi primari dell’Alta Badia è ricevere la certificazione GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) e creare di conseguenza una strategia per ridurre e possibilmente azzerare le emissioni nei prossimi 10 anni. Un traguardo che può essere raggiunto insieme, grazie a piccoli ma importanti e necessari accorgimenti e alla volontà reciproca di rendere questo territorio unico.

Essere più green e fare qualcosa di positivo per la natura, è una filosofia che sempre più persone condividono e praticano. In Alta Badia, ci si sta adoperando per migliorare giorno per giorno, coinvolgendo gli operatori turistici, le istituzioni, gli abitanti del luogo e anche i numerosi ospiti che visitano la valle nel cuore delle Dolomiti Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO, ad ottenere un obiettivo reciproco: salvaguardare ciò che la natura ci dona senza rinunciare alla gioia di vivere emozioni indimenticabili.

C’è la consapevolezza che ognuno debba fare la propria parte. Da qui nasce il progetto Alta Badia Climate Positive, che mira, nella sua prima fase, al calcolo dell’impatto complessivo del territorio in termini di CO2.

Questo dato, pietra miliare dell’iniziativa, permetterà di comprendere lo status quo e di intraprendere una strategia mirata di riduzione e compensazione dell’emissione di anidride carbonica, la principale fonte d’inquinamento del nostro pianeta. Per la realizzazione di questo progetto sono stati coinvolti gli associati di tutte le categorie turistiche, per riuscire ad ottenere un campione di almeno 150 moduli per 40 tipologie diverse di operatori turistici e non. Al fine di avere un calcolo statisticamente valido e veritiero, ad ogni operatore sono stati richiesti vari dati, tra i quali il consumo di energia, il metodo di approvvigionamento e le abitudini quotidiane. Su questo calcolo si baseranno tutte le strategie future, legate alla sostenibilità.

Cosa fare in concreto per aiutare il territorio e trascorrere vacanze e giornate indimenticabili? Raggiungere le Dolomiti riducendo le emissioni ad esempio. Oppure usare la bici, limitare l’uso dell’acqua - qui ogni fonte è potabile e di ottima qualità -, ridurre la produzione di rifiuti e praticare la raccolta differenziata.

Stop, ma con gusto!: in Alta Badia anche l’auto va in vacanza L’iniziativa Stop, ma con gusto! rappresenta un incentivo per gli ospiti dell’Alta Badia a non utilizzare la propria autovettura durante il loro soggiorno. I turisti che consegnano le chiavi della macchina al ricevimento della struttura ospitante e aderente all’iniziativa, e non la spostano per almeno due giorni (per un soggiorno di tre notti), oppure per quattro giorni (per un soggiorno di 6 notti), verrà consegnata una card che darà loro la possibilità di usufruire di alcune riduzioni di prezzo sull’utilizzo dei taxi, sulla partecipazione ad escursioni ed eventi organizzati dagli Uffici turistici dell’Alta Badia, nonché sull’accesso al Lago Biotopo di Corvara e al Parco Avventura di Colfosco. I partecipanti all’iniziativa riceveranno inoltre una sorpresa nel momento della riconsegna delle chiavi.

Meno auto circolano sulle strade delle Dolomiti, maggiore è il contributo che può essere dato alla tutela dell’ambiente.

Ein Vorhaben, das dank kleiner, aber bedeutender und notwendiger Maßnahmen sowie dem gemeinsamen Bestreben, dieses Gebiet einzigartig zu machen, erreicht werden kann.

Umweltfreundlichkeit und einen positiven Beitrag für die Natur zu leisten, ist Teil einer Philosophie, die zunehmend von zahlreichen Menschen geteilt und praktiziert wird. Unter Einbindung von Reiseveranstaltern, Institutionen, Einheimischen und zahlreichen Gästen, im Herzen des Dolomiten UNESCO Welterbes, wird in Alta Badia Tag für Tag daran gearbeitet, ein gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen: Bewahren, was uns die Natur schenkt. Und das, ohne auf etwas wichtiges zu verzichten: Die Freude an unvergesslichen, emotionsreichen Erlebnissen. Das Bewusstsein, dass jeder seinen Beitrag dafür leisten muss, ist groß. So entstand das Projekt „Alta Badia Climate Positive“, das in der ersten Phase darauf abzielt, die Gesamtauswirkungen zu berechnen, die das CO2 auf dieses Gebiet hat. Mit Hilfe dieser Daten, die den Grundstein für die Initiative bilden, wird es möglich sein, die Ausgangssituation zu ermitteln und eine gezielte Strategie zu entwickeln, um den CO2-Ausstoß – Hauptquelle der globalen Umweltverschmutzung – zu verringern und zu kompensieren. Für die Umsetzung dieses Projektes wurden Mitglieder aller Tourismuskategorien einbezogen, um eine Stichprobe von mindestens 150 Formularen für 40 verschiedene Arten von Tourismusbetrieben und anderen relevanten Kategorien zu erhalten. Um sich auf eine statistisch gültige und realistische Berechnung basieren zu können, wurde jeder Beteiligte um unterschiedliche Daten gebeten (z.B. Daten zum Energieverbrauch, zur Art der Energieversorgung und täglichen Gewohnheiten). Diese Berechnung wird zur Grundlage für die Entwicklung aller künftigen Strategien in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit.

Was kann konkret unternommen werden, um das Gebiet zu unterstützen und unvergessliche Tage und Ferien zu erleben? Eine Möglichkeit ist es, die Dolomiten zu erreichen, indem man die Emissionen reduziert. Andere Alternativen bestünden darin, das Fahrrad zu nutzen, den Wasserverbrauch einzuschränken – Alta Badia bietet immerhin unzählige Trinkwasserquellen von hervorragender Qualität – oder auch die Müllproduktion zu reduzieren und eine sorgfältige Abfalltrennung zu verfolgen.

Stopp, aber mit Genuss!: In Alta Badia gönnt sich auch das Auto einen Urlaub Die Initiative „Stopp, aber mit Genuss!“ soll Urlaubsgäste in Alta Badia dazu anregen, während ihres Aufenthalts auf das Auto zu verzichten.

Die Idee: Touristen, die bei ihrer Ankunft den Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption des Unterkunftsbetriebes abgeben und das Auto bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von drei Nächten zwei Tage lang geparkt lassen (bzw. vier Tage, bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von sechs Nächten), erhalten eine Vorteilskarte, die interessante Preisnachlässe auf verschiedene Dienstleistungen bietet. Darunter auf die Nutzung von Taxis, die Teilnahme an von den Tourismusbüros in Alta Badia organisierten Ausflügen und Veranstaltungen oder auch auf den Eintritt zum Biotopsee in Corvara und dem Hochseilgarten in Colfosco. Um die Initiative abzurunden, erhalten die Teilnehmer bei der Schlüsselübergabe zum Zeitpunkt der Abreise außerdem noch eine genussvolle Überraschung. Je weniger Autos die Straßen der Dolomiten befahren, desto größer unser aller Beitrag zum Umweltschutz.

The awareness that everyone has to contribute to this is great. As a result, the "Alta Badia Climate Positive" project has been launched, which in its first stage aims to calculate the overall impact that CO2 has on the area.

Based on this data, the cornerstone of the initiative, it will be possible to identify the existing situation and develop a targeted strategy to reduce and offset CO2 emissions – the main source of global pollution. For the implementation of this project, members of all tourism categories were involved in order to obtain a sample of at least 150 forms for 40 different types of tour operators and other relevant categories. Each participant was asked to provide different data (e.g. data on energy consumption, type of energy supply and daily habits) in order to obtain a statistically valid and realistic calculation which becomes the basis for the development of all future sustainability strategies.

What can specifically be done to support the area and experience unforgettable moments and holidays? One way is to reach the Dolomites by reducing emissions. Others include using bicycles, limiting water consumption – after all, Alta Badia offers countless sources of drinking water of excellent quality – or reducing waste production and following a careful waste separation policy.

Stop, yet with pleasure!: In Alta Badia even your car enjoys a holiday The campaign “Stop, yet with pleasure!” aims to encourage holiday guests in Alta Badia to explore the area without using their car. The idea: tourists who hand in the car key at the reception of their accommodation facility upon arrival and leave the car parked for two days during a minimum stay of three nights (or four days, for a minimum stay of six nights) receive a benefit card that offers interesting discounts on various services, such as: the use of taxis, the participation in excursions and events organised by the tourist offices in Alta Badia or the access to the biotope lake in Corvara and the Adventure Park in Colfosco. To complete the initiative, the participants will also receive a delightful surprise when the keys are handed over at the time of departure. The less cars drive on the roads of the Dolomites, the greater our contribution to the protection of the environment.

SAUS DL ALTONN – I SAPORI DELL’AUTUNNO Frumento, carne di manzo e di maiale, miele e formaggi locali sono solo alcuni dei prodotti, che insieme ai loro produttori e ad alcuni chef stellati saranno i protagonisti della proposta enogastronomica, che si svolgerà in Alta Badia dal 18 settembre al 02 ottobre 2022.

Le settimane di fine estate, con i loro colori, incredibilmente intensi e limpidi, rappresentano un momento unico per vivere le Dolomiti, che faranno da cornice a Saus dl Altonn, i Sapori dell’autunno. L’iniziativa, in programma dal 18 settembre al 2 ottobre vuole esaltare questo meraviglioso periodo dell’anno, grazie a proposte culinarie a base di prodotti genuini del territorio e a diverse attività, dedicate alla natura circostante.

Nelle ultime due settimane di settembre, cinque rifugi dell’Alta Badia saranno abbinati ciascuno ad un produttore ed al relativo prodotto d’eccellenza del territorio.

Ogni rifugio presenterà un menu dedicato al prodotto protagonista, creato in collaborazione con uno chef stellato che a sua volta vive e lavora in una località montana. Tra il 18 settembre e il 2 ottobre saranno cinque gli appuntamenti da non perdere, durante i quali sarà possibile degustare i piatti creati direttamente dagli chef stellati, in azione presso i vari rifugi. Sarà inoltre possibile acquistare i prodotti ed incontrare i fautori di questi tesori del territorio, anche loro presenti, insieme agli chef stellati, presso i rifugi partecipanti. I produttori illustreranno le qualità e le particolarità dei loro prodotti, mentre gli Chef stellati sveleranno qualche segreto in merito all’impiego di questi in cucina.

Le baite sono raggiungibili a piedi, in bicicletta, oppure comodamente con gli impianti di risalita, aperti fino al 2 ottobre.

Die Wochen zum Sommerende mit ihren unglaublich intensiven und klaren Farben stellen einen einzigartigen Augenblick dar, um die Dolomiten zu erleben. Die Veranstaltung, welche vom 18. September bis zum 2.

Oktober stattfinden wird, will dank der guten Küche, der authentischen Produkte des Gebiets und der verschiedenen Aktivitäten, die der umgebenden Natur gewidmet sind, diese wunderschöne Jahreszeit zur Geltung kommen lassen.

Während der letzten beiden Septemberwochen stehen mit fünf Berghütten von Alta Badia fünf Erzeuger und somit fünf besondere Produkte des Gebiets in Verbindung.

Jede Berghütte präsentiert ein Menü, das mit einem bestimmten, ihr zu diesem Anlass zugewiesenen Produkt und mit der Zusammenarbeit eines Michelin Sterne Koches, zubereitet wird. Außerdem gibt es fünf Termine zwischen dem 18. September und dem 2. Oktober an denen die Produkthersteller und die Sterneköche bei der, ihnen zugewiesenen Hütte, teilnehmen werden. Die Produzenten erläutern die Eigenschaften und Besonderheiten ihrer Produkte und die Sterneköche enthüllen auch ein paar Geheimnisse zu ihrer Anwendung in der Küche.

Die Hütten sind bequem mit den Liftanlagen erreichbar, die bis zum 2. Oktober geöffnet sind.

SAUS DL ALTONN – FLAVOURS OF AUTUMN Wheat, meat, and local cheeses are just some of the products that, together with their producers and five Michelin starred chefs, will be the stars of the food and wine offering dedicated to the start of autumn from September 18 to October 2.

The weeks that bring summer to a close, with their incredibly intense and clear colours, represent a unique opportunity to experience the Dolomites a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The peace and quiet of these mountains with the autumn colours, typical of that period, will be providing the perfect backdrop to "Saus dl Altonn”, meaning “Flavours of autumn” in Ladin, that will be held from September 18 to October 2.

The aim of this event is to pay tribute to this wonderful time of year through great cuisine, genuine local products and a range of activities dedicated to the surrounding nature.

During the last two weeks of September, five mountain huts in Alta Badia will be linked to five producers of topquality local products and five Italian Michelin starred Chefs. Each mountain hut will present a menu based on the specific product that has been assigned to it specially for the occasion. Every day, it will also be possible to buy certain products and meet the people who make these local treasures, as they will be making an appearance at their assigned huts. The producers will be able to explain the qualities and unique characteristics of their products and the Michelin starred Chefs will reveal a few secrets about how to cook with them.

The mountain huts can be easily reached by walking, cycling or with the cable cars, which are open until October 2.

Gli impianti Movimënt ha pensato a tutto. Gli amici a 4 zampe meritano un’esperienza adatta alle loro esigenze, oltre che a quelle dei proprietari. Il viaggio è comodo e veloce, i cani utilizzano gratuitamente gli impianti, e possono, a scelta, salire su una cabina riservata chiedendo al personale addetto.

Oakley hat in Zusammenarbeit mit Movimënt Alta Badia mehr als 195.000 Radfahrer zur Strava-Oakley-Challenge herausgefordert.

Zu gewinnen gab es ein Wochenende in Alta Badia mit einigen der besten von Oakley gesponserten Athleten.

Drei Sportlerinnen erkunden Movimënt Drei junge Frauen, drei italienische Sportlerinnen, die die italienische Flagge in die Welt tragen. Jede von ihnen verfolgt ihr Ziel mit Ehrgeiz, Leidenschaft und Hartnäckigkeit. Wenn es um Liebe zum Sport geht, kennt Movimënt keine Grenzen. FEDERICA CONSTANTINI

Federica, chi sei e quale è la tua storia?

F. Mi chiamo Federica Constantini e ho la fortuna di vivere grazie alle mie due passioni, la cucina e lo sport: sono Fitness Coach, attraverso la mia Federica Library, e Food Blogger su Dolci Senza Burro.

Lo sport caratterizza la mia vita da sempre, da quando a 4 anni sono salita per la prima volta sui pattini da ghiaccio. È stato amore a prima vista: in breve tempo ho iniziato la carriera agonistica, ho gareggiato in Nazionale per 10 anni, ho partecipato a numerose competizioni di Coppa del Mondo, finché non sono passata all’insegnamento, dove sono rimasta per altri 15 anni. Ho avuto la soddisfazione di vedere alcune mie atlete in Nazionale, sia in Italia sia in Svizzera, prima di decidere di appendere i pattini al chiodo un anno fa. Da quel momento ho virato i miei insegnamenti su un pubblico più eterogeneo, aprendo la Federica Fitness Library, la mia piattaforma di fitness online.

Come sono nati Dolci Senza Burro e la Federica Fitness Library?

F. Dolci Senza Burro è il mio blog culinario, nato ben 9 anni fa, a partire da un corso che avevo svolto su come trasformare la propria passione in un business online. Facendo una ricerca di mercato, mi sono accorta che non esisteva un sito dedicato solo a questo argomento: da sportiva e da amante della buona cucina, ho accettato la sfida e ho provato a colmare il buco. Oggi mi diletto a cucinare dolci adatti a tutti, dagli sportivi ai vegani, stando attenta anche alle varie intolleranze.

La Federica Fitness Library è nata invece a febbraio 2021, quando ho deciso di divulgare il mio sapere da insegnante ad un pubblico più ampio: ho proposto ai miei followers di seguire un programma, per tutti, basato sul motto Allenati con il sorriso. Sono stati felici di seguirmi, e ad oggi è nata una community di più di 3 mila iscritti. Sono entusiasta di come ne sia scaturita una piattaforma di benessere per tutti.

F. Mein Name ist Federica Constantini und ich habe das Glück, von meinen beiden Leidenschaften, dem Kochen und dem Sport, leben zu können: Ich bin Fitness-Coach mit meiner Federica Library und Food-Bloggerin bei Dolci Senza Burro.

Sport hat mein Leben schon immer geprägt, seit ich im Alter von 4 Jahren zum ersten Mal auf Schlittschuhen unterwegs war. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick: In kurzer Zeit begann ich meine Wettkampfkarriere, trat 10 Jahre lang in der Nationalmannschaft an und nahm an zahlreichen Weltcup-Wettbewerben teil, bis ich in den Schuldienst wechselte, wo ich weitere 15 Jahre blieb. Ich hatte die Freude, einige meiner Athleten in der Nationalmannschaft zu sehen, sowohl in Italien als auch in der Schweiz, bevor ich mich vor einem Jahr entschloss, meine Schlittschuhe an den Nagel zu hängen. Seitdem wende ich mich mit meinem Unterricht an ein breiteres Publikum und eröffnete die Federica Fitness Library, meine Online-Fitness-Plattform.

Wie kam es zu Dolci Senza Burro und der Federica Fitness Library?

F. Dolci Senza Burro (Süßigkeiten ohne Butter) ist mein kulinarischer Blog, der vor neun Jahren aus einem Kurs entstand, den ich besucht hatte, um meine Leidenschaft in ein Online-Geschäft zu verwandeln. Bei einer Marktrecherche stellte ich fest, dass es keine Website gab, die sich ausschließlich diesem Thema widmete: Als Sportlerin und Liebhaberin von gutem Essen nahm ich die Herausforderung an und versuchte, diese Lücke zu füllen. Heute beschäftige ich mich mit der Zubereitung von Desserts, die für alle geeignet sind, von Sportlern bis zu Veganern, wobei ich auch auf verschiedene Unverträglichkeiten achte.

Andererseits wurde die Federica Fitness Library im Februar 2021 geboren, als ich beschloss, mein Wissen als Lehrerin an ein breiteres Publikum weiterzugeben: Ich schlug meinen Anhängern vor, ein Programm für alle zu absolvieren, das auf dem Motto Trainieren mit einem Lächeln basiert. Sie folgten mir gerne, und bis heute ist eine Gemeinschaft von mehr als 3.000 Mitgliedern entstanden. Ich freue mich, dass daraus eine WellnessPlattform für alle entstanden ist.

Federica, who are you and what’s your background?

F. My name is Federica Constantini and I'm lucky to make a living from my two passions: cooking and sport.

I'm a Fitness Coach, through my Federica Library, and a Food Blogger on Dolci Senza Burro (Butterless Treats).

Sport has always defined my life, since, at 4 years old, I put ice skates on for the first time. It was love at first sight: shortly afterwards, I began my competition career. I competed for Italy for 10 years, I participated in numerous World Cup competitions, until I went on to teach, which I did for another 15 years. I had the satisfaction of seeing some of my athletes in the national team, both in Italy and in Switzerland, before deciding to hang up my skates a year ago. From that moment, I targeted my lessons to a more heterogeneous public, opening the Federica Fitness Library, my online fitness platform.

How were Dolci Senza Burro and the Federica Fitness Library born?

F. Dolci Senza Burro is my cooking blog, launched a good 9 years ago, beginning from a course that I had taken on how to transform your passion into an online business. Doing some market research, I realised that there was no site dedicated just to this issue: as a sports person and lover of good cooking, I accepted the challenge and tried to fill the gap. Today, I have fun cooking sweets suitable for everyone, from sports people to vegans, being careful about various intolerances as well.

The Federica Fitness Library, in contrast, was conceived in February 2021, when I decided to share my knowledge as a teacher to a wider public: I offered my followers the chance to following a programme, for everyone, based on my motto: Train with a smile. They were happy to follow me, and, today, there is a community of more than 3,000 enrolled members. I’m excited about how a well-being platform for everyone sprung up.

Quale è il tuo legame con la montagna?

F. Il mio legame con la montagna è piuttosto stretto: mia madre è siciliana, mentre mio padre è di qui vicino, Cortina. Qui ho vissuto fino ai 13 anni, e ho ricordi stupendi di quando ero piccola. Ora abito in Sardegna, ma ogni volta che posso, torno a godere delle mie montagne.

Inoltre, a causa della mia attività sportiva ho vissuto in moltissimi posti diversi, perlopiù montani: due fra tutti, Merano e Cavalese, dove mi sono allenata per anni.

Quali attività ti piace fare in quota?

F. Ovviamente, amo pattinare: non ho abbandonato del tutto questa mia passione, e quando trovo una pista mi diverto a volteggiare come una volta.

Ma quando vado in montagna, adoro soprattutto sciare, specialmente se le piste sono state innevate da poco. Nei momenti di relax, tra un’attività adrenalinica ed un allenamento, mi piace anche passeggiare sui sentieri innevati, li trovo magici.

L'Alta Badia è una terra nota per la sua proposta gastronomica. Hai un piatto preferito, un aneddoto o qualcosa che ami cucinare che hai appreso nelle nostre zone?

F. Beh, adoro il Kaiserschmarren! Per me è un dono d’infanzia dolcissimo, in tutti i sensi: ricordo quando da piccola mia nonna mi preparava ogni domenica questa frittata dolce, nel mio caso arricchita da deliziose mele.

Ogni volta che torno in Alta Badia mi piace mangiare nuovamente questi piatti pensando a lei.

Was verbindet Sie mit den Bergen?

F. Meine Verbindung zu den Bergen ist sehr eng: Meine Mutter ist Sizilianerin, mein Vater stammt aus dem nahe gelegenen Cortina. Ich habe hier gelebt, bis ich 13 Jahre alt war, und ich habe wunderbare Erinnerungen an meine Kindheit. Jetzt lebe ich in Sardinien, aber wann immer ich kann, kehre ich zurück, um meine Berge zu genießen.

Außerdem habe ich aufgrund meiner sportlichen Tätigkeit an vielen verschiedenen Orten gelebt, vor allem in den Bergen: zwei davon, Meran und Cavalese, wo ich jahrelang trainiert habe.

Welche Aktivitäten machen Sie gerne in der Höhe?

F. Natürlich liebe ich Schlittschuhlaufen: Ich habe diese Leidenschaft noch nicht ganz aufgegeben, und wenn ich eine Eisbahn finde, genieße ich das Schlittschuhlaufen wie früher. In den Momenten der Entspannung, zwischen Adrenalin und Training, gehe ich auch gerne auf den verschneiten Wegen spazieren, ich finde sie magisch.

Alta Badia ist ein Land, das für sein gastronomisches Angebot bekannt ist. Haben Sie ein Lieblingsgericht, eine Anekdote oder etwas, das Sie gerne kochen und das Sie in unserer Region gelernt haben?

F. Also, ich liebe Kaiserschmarren! Für mich ist es ein süßes Kindheitsgeschenk, in jeder Hinsicht: Ich erinnere mich daran, wie meine Großmutter, als ich ein Kind war, jeden Sonntag dieses süße Omelett für mich zubereitete, in meinem Fall angereichert mit köstlichen Äpfeln. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Alta Badia zurückkehre, esse ich diese Gerichte gerne noch einmal in Gedanken an sie.

What is your connection to the mountain?

F. My connection to the mountain is pretty strong: my mother is Sicilian, but my dad is from near here: Cortina. I lived here until I was 13 years old, and I have wonderful memories of when I was little. Now I live in Sardinia, but I come back to enjoy my mountains every chance I get.

In addition, thanks to my sports career, I’ve lived in a lot of different places, mainly mountainous ones: in two of these - Merano and Cavalese - I trained for years.

Which high-altitude activities do you like to do?

F. I love skating, obviously: I didn't completely give up my passion, and when I find a rink, I have fun whirling about like I used to. But when I go into the mountains, I love skiing above all, especially if the slopes have fresh snow on them. To relax, between a high-adrenalin activity and training, I like to walk on trails covered in snow, I find them magical.

The Alta Badia is a land known for its gastronomic offering. Do you have a favourite dish, an anecdote, or something you love to cook that you learned in our area?

F. Well, I love Kaiserschmarren! For me, it is a very sweet, in all senses, childhood gift: I remember when, as a little girl, my grandmother prepared this fried treat every Sunday, in my case enriched with delicious apples.

Every time I return to Alta Badia, I like to eat these dishes again, thinking about her.

Overground, mobilità green utilizzando gli impianti di risalita.

Da pochi anni e con un continuo sviluppo della rete di impianti, l‘Alta Badia ha deciso di investire sul concetto di "mobilità alternativa“, collegando gran parte dei paesi attraverso gli impianti di risalita. Questi, alimentati da energia elettrica "green" - proveniente da fonti rinnovabili - e con motori a potenza limitata di ultima generazione, per il risparmio energetico, riescono a trasportare una moltitudine di persone verso i punti di partenza principali degli itinerari hike e bike in quota, rispettando l’ambiente circostante.

La rete di seggiovie e cabinovie che collega i paesi di San Cassiano, La Villa, Corvara e Colfosco permette, con brevi tratti a piedi o in bicicletta, di spostarsi in modo facile e veloce tra le varie località utilizzando solo gli impianti. Questo consente di arrivare comodamente in Alta Badia utilizzando la propria autovettura e, durante la vacanza, di spostarsi in valle senza traffico e stress.

Ad esempio i paesi di Corvara e Colfosco sono collegati dalla cabinovia Borest, mentre gli altri impianti di arroccamento, che collegano i paesi con l’altipiano, consentono di raggiunge velocemente e in modalità ecologica sia La Villa, che San Cassiano.

Una volta preso l‘impianto di arroccamento, con 1 o massimo 2 impianti e brevi tratti di strada sterrata ( dai 5-20 min. ) si raggiungono le stazioni di monte delle cabinovie, che portano nuovamente nei centri paese a fondo valle.

Overground - Green Mobility durch Nutzung der Aufstiegsanlagen.

Seit einigen Jahren hat Alta Badia durch eine ständige Entwicklung des Anlagennetzes beschlossen, in die Idee der „alternativen Mobilität“ zu investieren, indem ein Großteil der Dörfer durch die Aufstiegsanlagen verbunden wurde. Diese Anlagen werden durch eine „grüne“ Energie gespeist, die aus erneuerbaren Quellen stammt und sind mit Motoren der letzten Generation ausgestattet, deren Leistung begrenzt ist, um Strom zu sparen. Sie transportieren eine Vielzahl an Menschen zu den wesentlichen Ausgangspunkten der Hike-and-Bike-Strecken im Gebirge und sorgen gleichzeitig für den Schutz unserer Umwelt.

Das Netz aus Sesselliften und Kabinenbahnen, die die Dörfer San Cassiano, La Villa, Corvara und Colfosco verbinden, ermöglicht es, sich auf kurze Strecken zu begeben, die zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zurückgelegt werden können und durch Nutzung der Anlagen kann man sich auf einfache und rasche Weise zwischen den einzelnen Ortschaften bewegen.

Dadurch kann man mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug nach Alta Badia kommen und sich während des Urlaubs im Tal ohne Verkehr und Stress fortbewegen.

Die Dörfer Corvara und Colfosco sind zum Beispiel durch die Kabinenbahn Borest verbunden, während es die anderen Verbindungsanlagen der Dörfer ermöglichen, schnell und umweltfreundlich sowohl nach La Villa als auch nach San Cassiano zu gelangen.

Auf dem Rückweg kann man von den Bergstationen aus mit 1 oder max.

2 Anlagen und kurzen Schotterwegen (5 – 20 Min.) wieder die Dorfzentren im Tal erreichen.

Overground, green mobility using the lifts.

For a few years now and with the continued development of the lift network, Alta Badia has decided to invest in the concept of “alternative mobility” connecting most of the towns and villages with lifts. These are powered with "green" electricity - from renewable sources – and with nextgeneration, limited power motors to save energy. These lifts are able to carry many people up to the main starting points for hiking and biking itineraries at altitude, while respecting the surrounding environment.

The network of chair and gondola lifts that links the towns of San Cassiano, La Villa, Corvara and Colfosco makes it possible, with short sections on foot or by bike, to move quickly and easily among the different areas, using just the lifts. That way, you can travel to Alta Badia using your own vehicle and then, during your holiday, move through the valley using the lifts, stress free and without dealing with traffic.

For example, the towns of Corvara and Colfosco are linked by the Borest gondola lift, while the other ropeways that link the villages of the plateau will take you to both La Villa and San Cassiano, in a quick, eco-friendly manner.

After taking the ropeway, with one or at most, two lifts and some short sections of gravel road (5-20 min.), you can arrive at the upstream stations of the gondola lifts that will take you back down to the towns in the valley.

Da più di un secolo Kettmeir costituisce un punto fermo del comparto vitivinicolo dell’Alto Adige e nel corso degli anni, con i suoi 60 fedeli conferitori, ha sviluppato solidi accordi di filiera basati sull’onore e sulla fiducia reciproca che hanno permesso l’avvio di politiche autentiche di sostenibilità ambientale e, soprattutto, il mantenimento di una vitivinicultura eroica di alta collina e montagna che altrimenti sarebbe andata perduta negli anni della forte industrializzazione.

Kettmeir condivide con i propri conferitori le scelte delle varietà da coltivare e le tecniche da utilizzare in vigneto oltre a garantire loro prospettive sicure sui Masi - le tipiche residenze locali comprendenti la casa in cui vivere e il terreno circostante - da sempre il centro dell’esistenza e la principale fonte di sostentamento degli agricoltori altoatesini.

L’uva lavorata dai viticoltori e conferita alla cantina proviene da poco più di 55 ettari di terreno, tutti condotti secondo il protocollo dell’Agenda 2030 del Consorzio Vini Alto Adige. Kettmeir esige che i conferitori seguano stretti protocolli di lotta integrata che prevede pratiche come la confusione sessuale, l’utilizzo accorto dell’acqua di irrigazione e la progressiva riduzione del diserbante chimico che dovrebbe essere totalmente abbandonato entro il 2023.

L’attenzione in materia di sostenibilità è presente anche in cantina: nell’ottica di un crescente utilizzo di energie rinnovabili, nel 2019 Kettmeir ha investito su un avanzato impianto geotermico per rendere ancora più performanti, dal punto di vista produttivo, le sue strutture. Durante i mesi caldi il sottosuolo tende a immagazzinare il calore che viene speso successivamente durante i mesi più freddi per riscaldare gli ambienti.

Kettmeir teilt mit seinen Lieferanten die Auswahl der anzubauenden Sorten und die im Weinberg anzuwendenden Techniken um ihnen eine sichere Perspektive auf den Bauernhöfen zu garantieren - den landestypischen Wohnsitzen, die aus dem Wohnhaus und dem umliegenden Land und seit jeher der Lebensmittelpunkt und die Haupteinnahmequelle der Südtiroler Bauern darstellen.

Gemäß dem Protokoll der Agenda 2030 des Südtiroler Weinkonsortiums werden 55 Hektar Land bewirtschaftet, auf denen die Weinbauer Trauben verarbeiteten und an die Weinkellerei liefern.

Kettmeir fordert, dass die Landwirte strenge Protokolle des integrierten Pflanzenschutzes befolgen, zu denen Praktiken wie die sexuelle Verwirrung, der vernünftige Einsatz von Bewässerungswasser und die schrittweise Reduzierung chemischer Herbizide gehören, die bis 2023 vollständig abgeschafft werden sollen.

Der Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit ist auch in der Kellerei präsent: Mit Blick auf die zunehmende Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien investierte Kettmeir 2019 in eine moderne Geothermieanlage, um seine Anlagen noch produktiver zu machen. In den warmen Monaten neigt der Untergrund dazu, Wärme zu speichern, die dann in den kälteren Monaten zur Beheizung der Räume verwendet wird.

For more than a century, Kettmeir has been an integral part of the South Tyrolean wine industry.

Over the years, it has concluded solid agreements with its 60 loyal suppliers, based on honour and mutual trust.

This has enabled the initiation of a genuine policy of environmental sustainability and, above all, the preservation of a heroic viticulture on high hills and mountains that would have been lost in the years of heavy industrialisation.

Kettmeir shares with its suppliers the choice of varieties to be cultivated and the techniques to be used in the vineyard in order to guarantee them a secure perspective on the farms - the typical residences of the land, consisting of the home and the surrounding land and which have always been the centre of life and the main source of income for South Tyrolean farmers.

According to the Agenda 2030 protocol of the South Tyrolean Wine Consortium, 55 hectares of land are cultivated on which the winegrowers process grapes and deliver them to the winery.

Kettmeir requires that farmers follow strict Integrated Pest Management protocols, which include practices such as sexual confusion, the judicious use of irrigation water and the gradual reduction of chemical herbicides, which are to be completely phased out by 2023.

The focus on sustainability is also present in the winery: with an eye on the increasing use of renewable energy, Kettmeir invested in a modern geothermal system in 2019 to make its facilities even more productive. In the warm months, the subsoil tends to store heat, which is then used to heat the rooms in the colder months.
