We are dedicated to not just challenging your mind, but elevating the whole person. At the Mount, we have something for everyone to stay active, including the latest exercise equipment in the Austin E. Knowlton Fitness Center, as well as the only indoor NCAA regulation-size track in the region. We are home to 20 NCAA D-III programs, cheer, dance, and Esports. We have a full slate of intramural teams, too. Learn more at msjlions.com.
To us, the best part about our offerings is that we make staying active possible for every student. We offer nine intramural teams that end each school year with a championship round, including basketball, cornhole, volleyball, and more. Get ready to sweat by walking and running the only indoor NCAA regulation-size track in the Cincinnati region, and work out in The Austin E. Knowlton Fitness Center with our state-of-the-art equipment ranging from treadmills to rowing machines. There's even multi-purpose exercise space for fitness classes and activities, including yoga, cross-training, and dance. Best of all, the field house is open to all members of our community.
Student-athletes are some of the most active leaders on campus. They work side-by-side with coaches, faculty, and advisors to successfully balance classroom work and team commitments. So it's not surprising MSJ athletes are consistently named to all-academic teams across conference, district, and national levels.
