Magazines "The Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in the U.S." list, and a professional factory off-road race team to name a few. He is an experienced land developer having completed multiple commercial and residential construction and development projects. A talented and competitive motorcyclist, he has earned multiple regional off-road racing titles including 250A and Overall A in the Rocky Mountain Enduro Circuit and was a top-level AA class competitor. Jon became a licensed Realtor in 2008 and has earned many Top Producing Agent awards as well as being named Realtor of the Year 2015 (Realtors of Central Colorado; North). He brings a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a love and knowledge of Colorado real estate to each transaction. Jon currently resides in the central mountain town of Salida.
