Seniors exercise parks
Welcome to the launch of the seniors exercise parks in Mount Martha and Hastings. Be guided on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. It’s a fun way to enhance your health and connect with others! Join us for morning tea. Weather dependant.

Multicultural Film Festival
Celebrate multiculturalism through the lens of short films that explore stories of cultural diversity and living in Australia, home to the world’s oldest continuous cultures and people who identify with more than 300 ancestries.

Art for everyone at MPRG
Art & Imagination
A facilitated conversation-based program for people living with early-stage dementia and their carers. Through viewing and discussing works of art, it provides social connection and intellectual stimulation in a calm, welcoming environment.

Are you looking for a career change, to increase your hours of work or just get back into the workforce?
Hear from a panel of experts, access resources and learn how to navigate working as an older person. Afternoon tea provided.

Free exhibition tour and sketching session

Grandparents playgroup at The Briars and Police Point
Grandparents and their grandchildren come together to wander bush trails, identify birds, enjoy scavenger hunts, mud cake making and more. These supported playgroups spark creativity, foster connection and strengthen bonds.
