Born in Jerusalem, Israel. Is a Jerusalem artist who creates fanciful sculptures and figurines. Her picturesque studio located in the Jerusalem House of Quality Art Center. She was invited to show her works in the Yeshiva University, New York, USA, in the Handler Gallery, London, UK, and in various galleries in Israel. 1970 – merited the seal of Quality. Noemi’s work is influenced by the works of the famous artist Abel Pann who drew her face at the age of 14 and since she became well known as the model of female biblical images in the Abel Pann paintings.
