The great news about the Twin Rivers Brewing Co., is that the craft alehouse is an extension of Adam’s Northwest Bistro and Brewery, so Adam’s divine menu of custom cuisine can be enjoyed there too! Along with the Bistro, Twin Rivers is the intersection of passion and purpose for Chef Adam Hoffman, who received his first brewing kit from his mother many years ago. Twin Rivers strives to provide compelling IPAs, stouts, saisons and more, taking deliberate care to note how the brews pair with different menu items. In addition to the exquisite menu, Twin Rivers offers live music and open mic nights most Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Chef Hoffman now operates a trifecta of gourmet eateries, having recently opened his newest dream, the Madison Grand Café.
