A lifestyle pivot from Manhattan to Denver brought a young family of four to this 7,000 sq ft new build in Belcaro, leaving their existing furnishings behind. With an extensive modern and antique art collection to draw from, there was no shortage of inspiration to inform the interiors.
thoughtful Materials were thoughtfully selected to ensure a warm, welcoming and luxurious family home where art is the central theme. A custom mohair and oxidized oak bench anchors this painting by Emilio Perez.
cohesive An earthy color palette accented with jewel tones is brought to life throughout the home using layers of textures and patterns. Natural elements in this jute and leather rug ground an otherwise minimal design in the primary office.
bespoke Custom linen drapery with a botanical pattern translated from a painting softens the large format charcoal fireplace. Neutral enough not to distract from several important works of art, interesting enough to make a subtle statement on its own.

meaningful Heirloom pieces with historical significance are carefully combined with more modern elements. Small details like the rust and rose colors found in this armoire's marble insets are carried through from room to room along with emerald greens and teal blues echoed in the artwork on the walls.
