1. Once superstructure has been erected (Including stairwell) the hollow-core elements will be able to be inserted upon the LB walls. HC 02 2. First: the hollow decks closest to the stairwell (in all compartments) will be inserted & fixed, to allow a starting platform to work from. 1. Suitable formwork & Concrete Prop-systems to be used if necessary. 3. Followed by Flat B, inserting the decking from the internals to the external wall element. To allow a working platform to be formed & joined to the super-structural elements. 4. Flat F & adjacent flat B; will then be laid & formed into the existing party wall at same time. Given time to set before moving onto the next adjacent compartmentalised section of flats. 5. Finally Flat C will be placed to allow the stairwell’s opening. 6. Once all decking components have been inserted. 1. Floor build-up will commence, with the exception of the floor’s timber finish & ceiling’s plasterboard on the underside. 2. Allowing other contractor’s to work on this level for: 1. Electrics/Services. 2. Pre-fabricated wall panels. 3. Door/Window & wall façade insertion.
