Crunchy Falafel Wrap with Garlic Mayonnaise

What you need: To prepare falafel: ● 1 cup boiled white chickpeas ● 2 finely chopped garlic cloves ● 1 tsp cumin powder ● Finely chopped parsley leaves ● Salt and pepper to taste ● Cooking oil To prepare the wrap: ● 4 tortillas ● 1 thinly sliced onion ● ½ cup lettuce


● 4 tbsp ​Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise Method: 1. Put all the ingredients for Falafel in a blender and make a coarse, thick paste. 2. Heat a paniyaram pan and add little oil (1/2 tsp) in the cavities. 3. Make the falafel batter into small balls and slightly flatten the balls 4. Place them into the pan cavities and fry until crisp and brown. 5. Fry evenly on both sides. 6. For the wrap, place tortillas and put lettuce leaves on them. 7. Put onions, hot falafel and top it with Veeba Garlic Mayonnaise. 8. Fold the tortilla into a wrap 9. Wrap in foil or butter sheet and serve.
