Veggie Chop Burger With Burger Mayonnaise

What you need: To prepare the Chop: ● 2 finely chopped carrots ● 1 finely chopped beetroot ● 2 potatoes (peel and chop them) ● ¼ cup steamed green peas ● 2 chopped onions ● 4 chopped green chilies ● 1-inch grated ginger ● 1 tsp cumin powder ● 1 tsp red chili powder ● Salt to taste ● Oil


● 2 tbsp corn flour ● 1 tbsp water ● ½ cup breadcrumbs To prepare the burger: ● 1 tsp Red chili powder ● Salt to taste ● Cooking oil ● 2 tbsp corn flour ● 1 tbsp Water ● 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs ● 4 buns ● 4 Tbsp ​Veeba burger Mayonnaise ● 2 sliced onion roundels ● Sliced tomatoes ● Lettuce

Method: 1. Pressure cook the veggies with ¼ cup water and a pinch of salt for 3 whistles 2. Mash the vegetables and set aside 3. Take oil in a pan and saute grated ginger, onions and green chilies 4. Now add mashed veggies 5. Add salt, cumin powder and red chili powder 6. Mix well and cook 7. Turn off heat and keep aside. Once cooled, make into small balls and roll into cylindrical shape and flatten to form the tikki. 8. Mix cornflour and 1 tbsp water in another bowl
