ola's Savage is a mother of two, singer, model and actress. Nigerian, but born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Lola has showed us talent in the past years with her release of Afro R&B singles such as; Fele, Tko and Dem Say. Lola has starred in a Nigerian telenovela series called Casino that is currently airing on Nigerian Television. She loves spending time with her family and is currently focused on the job of a full-time mom.

would like to share with you my secrets about health and fitness. The body needs rest, and sleep is extremely important in any health regiment. There should be three main things: eating, exercise and sleep. All three together in the right balance make for a true healthy lifestyle. If you usually sleep less than six hours, your brain and body doesn't get enough rest. As a result the process of aging speeds up. This fact has been proved by scientists all over the world. When people look at me, they believe I'm in good shape— I have good genes. No, it's not an easy thing to stay in great shape. It's a hard work. When food is a source of energy and nutrients, sports a pleasure... it all becomes a lifestyle. Love yourself. You are what you eat and what you do. Find physical activity to enjoy. Your body and spirit in return will be grateful! Have you ever experienced the feeling of sudden energy after any kind of sport or fitness? That's it! That's what you and your body needs. While exercising you get rid of negative energy and then receive positive energy. This exchange can make you feel fresh and ready for new achievements! Also yoga, pilates, stretching, any kind of dance will help you relax after hard-working day. Spend time with your friends, make your body healthier, stronger and clean your mind from useless thoughts.

Do you go to the gym? Knowledge is one of the most valuable things nowadays. I see lots of people constantly going to the gym without any standard for success. The minimum of keeping harmless diets and not losing weight— it's all because of an absence of knowledge. The internet is full of "smart bloggers" who teach everyone how to lose weight without understanding physiology and nutrition basics. Resulting in people facing problems with health or experiencing trauma in the gym. During my training career, I saw a lot of girls who came to me after experiencing bad trainers. Ladies wanted to lose weight or change the shape of their body. But they became bulky, resulting in eating disorders and I felt sorry for them. Luckily, I can train even from a distance. I can help girls gain or lose weight, change the shape of their body to achieve the feeling confidence and attractiveness. If you don't like something about yourself, not only in your body but in any other aspect, go and change it. Nothing will happen if you continue to wait. If someone doesn't like something about you, you have to choose: follow someone's opinion or your own opinion by being yourself.

I highly recommend to be careful while searching for the source of the right information. Even better, find educated nutritionist so that you can avoid ruining your digestive tract. A highly 70% of success depends on what you eat. If you qualified trainer who knows Physiology and want to stay healthy, energetic, posses clear anatomy not to ruin your body is the answer to it smooth skin all, strong hair, good immune all. system— you must always think about your nutrition. For example; Models. Yes, they appear skinny, but some might have other skin problems. Some might not have a tight body. Truth is some possess cellulite, hormonal problems, high percentage of body fat without muscles, because they don't know how to eat clean and healthy. Calculating junk food calories will not make you look good and healthy.

e live in a world today were standards are expected to be perfect. You have to fit into the mold or you are not viewed as acceptable by these standards. “Beach life”, “Beach Body”, and “Summer Body” have all been approved by smaller women who are sexy according to standards— leaving out unique body types, especially those considered plus size. Plus size has hit the scene. A true example of being about that life as well; beach life, beach body, summer body. Hitting the scene with voluptuous curves which breaks all the standards. It’s exciting that plus size is here to stay

he Journey to fitness is a Self Discovery that entails being in tune with yourself, mind, body and spirit. Understanding what your body requires; from proper nutrition, rest and exercise are all examples of essentials to overall good health. Proper research is a must to finding out what diet works for you, whether it be... vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore, raw, keto, gluten-free etc. Listen to what makes your body feel good and what does not. Diets are temporary. A healthy lifestyle is optimal to maintaining a great internal and external body. So before you go out and spend money on the next new fad diet, be sure to consult with your physician and notice the signs your body gives. Make the best decision for you. Nutrition and working out essential parts of fitness. Finding the best program or exercise routine for you is key to making the change that is desired. You must listen to your body and stay consistent with any regiment that you see maximum results. Some may opt for strength training and high intensity workouts because they want to build lean muscle mass and curves. Others may opt for high or low intensity cardio because they want to shed and burn fat. Whichever you decide is perfectly fine. Make sure you feel good and are seeing the desired results. Everyone is at different levels and it’s okay if you are not the most advanced. But with proper research and application you can achieve your goals plus more.
