Kill Musical & Dramatic Society present Juno and the Paycock
Juno and the Paycock by Sean O’Casey takes place in 1920s Dublin amid the Irish Civil War, focusing on the Boyle family’s struggle with poverty and political upheaval. Juno is the resilient strong pillar of the family while Jack Boyle is a self-centred man more interested in idle pursuits than supporting his family. Not even Juno can stop what is in store for the Boyle family as her life unravels against her will. O’Casey’s exploration of themes like poverty and betrayal delivers a timeless commentary on human relationships.
This compelling production is presented by Kill Musical and Dramatic Society, directed by David Dunne, promising a captivating interpretation of O’Casey’s classic work.
