ANAND KRIPALU As Managing Director & CEO, Anand Kripalu is leading USL’s transformation journey. He was formerly President, India and South East Asia at Mondelez International, President Asia and MD of Cadbury India and worked at Hindustan Unilever for 22 years. He is on the Board of IIM, Jammu and was on the board of Marico Ltd for 10 years. He was the Chairman of CIABC (Confederation of Indian Alcoholic Beverage Companies) and has been on the Managing Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as on the National Executive Committee of FICCI.

Anand has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and

the

Indian

Institute

of

Management,

Kolkata.

He

has

completed

the

Advanced Management Programme from Wharton Business School.

RAGHAVENDRA RAVI Raghavendra Ravi (Ravi) holds a degree in Chemistry from University of Madras , a degree in Chemical

Technology

from

Management, Ahmedabad.

Bombay

and

an

MBA

from

Indian

Institute

of

He has about 39 years of experience – 15 of them in senior

positions in Industry and the other 24 years as a Management Consultant + Entrepreneur.

Ravi worked with companies like Godrej Soaps Ltd., Mumbai, Pond’s India Ltd., Chennai (Which later merged into Hindustan Lever Ltd.,), Core Parenterals Ltd., Ahmedabad and BTP India Ltd., Chennai.

He currently advises midsized companies to help them achieve growth and profitability.

Essentially he develops a long term plan for companies and helps them implement the plan.

He

travels

widely

–

both

within

India

and

abroad

–

frequently

and

is

in

touch

with

contemporary management practices. He mentors owner managers and senior professionals.

He also owns and runs a chemical unit near Chennai. He is also a partner in an Intellectual Property Management company. He teaches Business Strategy, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management at Business Schools and IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Udaipur and IIM Ranchi.

He is on the board of Indo Amines Ltd., Mumbai, Hamilton Housewares P Ltd., Mumbai

as an

external director.

N K PRASAD Mr. N.K.Prasad was former Group CEO of CAMS group at Chennai, a leading service provider to number of Mutual Funds, Life and General Insurance companies, Private equity firms, Banks and NPS.

He is a Mechanical engineer from ITBHU and followed with Post graduation in Management at IIM Kolkata.

He

is

an

experienced

CEO

with

demonstrated

track

record

of

building

CAMS

as

a

systemically important financial institution in Indian capital markets. He has worked with CAMS group for nearly sixteen years in multiple senior roles. He is skilled in business strategy, business development, service excellence and team building.

In his early career, he worked with Ponds and Hindustan Unilever group companies for nearly twenty years. His career involved developing and growing export businesses for Unilever group in the US and European markets. He had managed diverse export businesses including Foods business focused on exporting branded retail products to USA.
