With over 33 years of dedicated service at Titan Company Limited, Manohar G has made significant contributions across various roles and functions. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai, a B.Tech in Production Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, and a company-sponsored MBA from Alliance University, Bengaluru.
Began his professional journey with Titan as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1993. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in Maintenance, Planning, Costing, Operational Excellence, and Case Manufacturing.
Built and headed the greenfield project of Case Manufacturing in Coimbatore from 2012 to 2022. During this period, he also held the responsibility of heading Assembly functions in Hosur and North for 2 years.
He has been the Chief Manufacturing Officer of Watches since 2024.
He serves as a steering committee member of QCFI CBE Chapter and is the Chairman of the CII – Hosur Chapter.
Gets Engaged in Spiritual Activities and Travelling, especially at pilgrim locations.
