CODE OF CONDUCT

Tenant Acknowledgement

•By accepting issuance of a Slip Permit, the Tenant acknowledges that the Tenant and Tenant’s authorized agent(s) hereby agree to comply with all applicable statues, ordinances, rules & regulations of the United States of America, City & County of Milwaukee, and McKinley Marina.

•Failure upon Tenant’s part to do so may constitute su icient cause for the revocation of the Permit and termination of Marina tenancy.

County Code of Conduct – Introduction

•Milwaukee County Parks is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for sta and park patrons who visit and enjoy our parks and all our other venues and facilities. Fulfilling this mission begins with providing our sta and visitors with experiences that are free of harassment, threats, or verbal or physical violence, or other disruptive behaviors.

•The Milwaukee County Parks Code of Conduct outlines expectations for all individuals using Milwaukee County Parks and/or its facilities. By utilizing park facilities or programming, you agree to the Milwaukee County Parks Code of Conduct and contribute to a positive experience for everyone.

Code of Conduct –

Park Property & Facilities

Tenants and their guest shall abide by the following:

•Do not damage, deface, or remove park structures, signs, equipment, or any other property belonging to Milwaukee County Parks or any of its partners.

•Use Park facilities only for their designated purposes and follow all guidelines and/or rules and regulations posted.

•Dispose of all trash and waste in designated bins or containers.

•Abide by noise restrictions, especially during Quiet Hours (10 p.m. – 6 a.m.)

Code of Conduct - Dogs

The following rules apply to Tenants as well as guests who bring dog(s) to the Marina.

• Dog(s) must be current with vaccinations and have on the collar with current license and rabies vaccination tags.

• Dog(s) MUST be registered, by filling a form at the Marina O ice, and applies to dogs of tenants and guests.

• Dog(s) must be free of communicable illness and parasites, worms, fleas, ticks, etc.

• Dogs with known aggressive behavior are PROHIBITED from the Marina.

• Dog(s), including dogs wearing electronic collars, must be under voice control and on leash, in ALL areas of the Marina, including the docks, areas around the restrooms, parking lots, park areas, etc. You are not required to have the dog(s) on leash when the dog(s) are on your vessel in the slip.

• Dog(s) are PROHIBITED from entering the restrooms. ONLY a service dog performing a task for a person with a disability may enter the restrooms.

• You must accompany the dog(s) at all times.

• You must pick up the dog(s)’s excrement and dispose of it in the dumpsters provided for your section at the Marina.

• You are responsible and liable for the behavior of your/your guest’s dog(s) at all times. Milwaukee County is NOT liable for the actions of any dog.

May 1 – Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend:

Sunday - Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm

Friday of Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day:

Sunday - Saturday: 7 am. – 8 pm

A er Labor Day – October 31:

Sunday – Saturday: 8 am – 6 pm

Winter Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4 pm

Fuel Dock Hours

May 1 – Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend:

8 am – 6 pm

Friday of Memorial Day

Weekend – Labor Day: 7 am – 8 pm
