Greetings partners! God is so amazing to have brought us to another season of our annual Faith Conference! I am so excited about jumping in head first to the topic of faith. As many of you know, our conference theme borders Romans 10:17 annually The main ingredient of this verse is the fact that “faith does come” and we know that faith will continue to come as we feast on the Word of God However, many Christians are at a loss once faith comes. You may be asking how? The answer is simple. So many people don’t do anything with the faith that came! Think about it. We hear the Word of God week in and week out and very few Christians have the faith outcomes to show that they received faith. This is a scripturally backed deficit in the church. Hear the Word of the Lord on this fallacy:

It is a tragic truth that many believers take the medicine of the Word of God but never walk out healing Others receive the word concerning financial prosperity, but never gain a dime more than what they had the first time they heard Gospel preaching. The problem for most people in this matter is their lack of “continuous application.” James was an expert on what we should be doing with our faith that we gained from hearing the Word of God:

But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
From the verses above we understand that continuous application of the Word of God is about “doing something with the word you received.” The great Smith Wigglesworth has been quoted as saying “faith is an act.” So many Christians today are full of faith, but they never act it out therefore they don’t receive faith results. Friends, at some point you must take your teaching and apply it to your lives. When I’m genuinely in faith, I will do something to demonstrate that I believe what God told me through his word Again, “faith does come, it’s what you do with it once you get it ” Some years ago, I was given a keyboard to expand my piano ability. My parents bought me the wonderful Alesis keyboard and it was a fine machine. It could do so much in sounds and was even able to sync itself to other instruments and computers.

Now the keyboard had great potential and it was mine, but it was up to me to exercise its use in my life. If I let the keyboard collect dust, it would not have done anything for me. Well, I’m happy to say that I basically paid my living expenses throughout my college years by playing that keyboard and other instruments like it. Life is all about “application.” When James says be a doer of the word, he is inviting you and I to exercise our faith no matter what the circumstance or situation may look like. God will not let you down if you act on His word, His way. I encourage you to take the faith that’s in you and begin to exercise it daily. Believe for a close parking lot when you go to the mall. Then, believe for the “best salary” in your industry or profession. God, forbid you feel sick, believe for immediate healing by acting out that healing in faith Say what you want and act like you have it and you will soon discover that it will come to you I encourage you to go through your notebooks from church and begin to take all that rich revelation and apply it to your everyday life. You will soon discover that not only does faith come, but faith also produces!

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Some Believers are like detectives, they are always looking for evidence and proof before they are convinced that faith, confessions, and our authority as Believers work. They want “to be sure of this” and they want “to be sure of that” and every day they struggle to walk by faith and not by sight. What is “seen” has become so real to them that they have forgotten about the unseen. They have adjusted so much to the physical, natural world that we live in, and have practically become convinced that the unseen realm does not exist. The Word of God tells us to look not at the things which are seen, things that you see with your physical, natural eye, because often, what we see with our physical eye does not agree with God’s Word. What we see with our physical eye seems very real, and it is; but we must learn how to see spiritually, through the eyes of faith, so that we can use God’s Word to change what we see in the natural. The “thing” that is seen may be lack and your inability to meet obligations that you must pay, but faith gives the assurance that you will have the money when you need it. The “thing” that is seen may be sickness, but faith gives the assurance that by the stripes of Jesus you are already healed. Begin to see yourself with what you are believing God for. If you’re poor, see yourself rich. If you’re single, see yourself married. If you’re barren, see yourself with children. On July 20, 2024, the inaugural Grace Run for Life (GRFL) was held at Mallard Creek Elementary/Clarks Creek Greenway. Runners and supporters of all ages gathered to praise God for the event's success and the positive impact of the Grace House on women's lives. Pastor Gabriel Rogers led with prayer and thanked the corporate sponsors, including Help Pregnancy Center, Highlights Healthcare, The Kingdom Property Group, The Angel Gabriel Company, and Empyrean Hospice for their support. The race started at 8 am with perfect weather for running and walking. It concluded with an awards ceremony and refreshments from Rico’s Acai Food Truck. Q Shante` Martin, Angela Turner, and Brittany Black were recognized for raising the most donations Mia Whitehurst, Gabe Rogers Jr., and Caleb Branham finished top in their age groups. Pastor Rogers received the MVP award for his dedicated service, while First Lady Rogers was honored for her support. The Rogers children received the “Team Rogers” award for their family’s ministry contributions. Thank you to everyone who planned, participated, donated, and supported! Here are some tips to help ensure a smooth and spiritually enriching start to the school year.
Don’t procrastinate. Beat the crowds and get out there early. There are basic supplies that students always need for school like notebooks, loose leaf paper, 3-ring binders, backpacks, pencils, colored pencils/markers/crayons. Doing this ahead of time prevents unnecessary frustration and time wasted that comes with last minute shopping.
2. Re-establish a Routine
Summer is usually a time where we kick back, relax, stay up late, and eliminate routines. A few weeks before school starts, begin to get your child(ren) on a schedule. For example, adjust sleep schedules to ensure that everyone is getting proper rest.
3. Start each day with prayer
What better way to start the day than with prayer. As a family, pray for God’s guidance, protection, and wisdom as you go throughout the day. Lift each other up in prayer as well as teachers, classmates, and other school staff.
Encourage your child(ren) to set both spiritual and academic goals for the year. They can set goals such as maintaining good grades, playing sports, remaining active at church, and evangelizing to classmates. Setting these types of goals will help them stay focused on their academics as well as spiritual growth.
By implementing these tips, you can help ensure a successful school year. Your child will experience a time of growth academically and spiritually.

August 2023 I relocated my girls and I from Houston, Tx to Charlotte, NC after hearing the Lord tell me to move us to North Carolina. Four weeks before the move, I visited Charlotte for the first time under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. While I was there, God sent confirmation through Pastor Rogers that Charlotte was where He wanted me, and that KCC was the church He wanted me to join. The Holy Spirit used a current KCC member (Celeste) who was my manager at the time to reveal Charlotte and KCC as the plan. During my visit to KCC, Pastor Rogers told me to attend KCOH in the meantime. The following Sunday, I visited KCOH and Pastor Rogers spoke prophetically over me using Isaiah 1:19 For the first time in my life, I decided to fully give God my yes Pastor Rondy also gave me a word of knowledge regarding supernatural credit restoration The Holy Spirit led me to sow a seed into Pastor Rondy, and two weeks later that prophetic word came to pass. I had the highest credit scores I’d ever had (700+). I decided it was time to buy a house.
I moved to Charlotte just in time for the Faith Conference. During the conference, Pastor Rondy asked those of us who were saving money for a house, vacation, etc. to sow it. Obediently, I sowed my house down payment. While believing God for my house, I continuously sowed, paid my tithes, confessed my faith confession (Deuteronomy 6:11), acted in faith. I was truly walking by faith, and not by sight
I received so much favor throughout the process Honestly, more than I can even write in this written testimony Two weeks before I was scheduled to close on the house I received a mortgage loan denial due to “lack of assets”. However, my Dad already told me that “He is my shepherd, and I don’t lack anything (Psalm 23:1)”.
Therefore, in agreement with my agent, I commanded the earth to yield its harvest, told Satan to get his hands off of my house, took authority and binded the devil, said my faith confession, and acted on Romans 12:12. During this time, the Holy Spirit gave me instructions and wisdom about how I can demonstrate proof of assets, plus my bonus hit my bank account early. I went from having a lack of assets to an overflow in multiple accounts. He also gave my DP the same scripture I’d been confessing which was confirmation that He was with me. Less than 48 hours later, HE TURNED IT! My denial became an approval.
To God be the glory, on June 17, 2024 this single mom of two girls, who relocated her family to a place where she didn’t have family or a village, closed on a house. A desire and prayer point of mine for years. At the closing table, I was able to truly reflect on ALL the favor, and relish in His goodness and faithfulness. My credit wasn’t an issue; I received 100% of my earnest deposit back, the lender and builder paid my closing costs, down payment, and interest rate buy down, plus I got a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and blinds. AND, the price of my home was reduced twice, plus I had 16k in equity without even giving anyone 16k. Everything I prayed for He gave me, plus more!
The word that Pastor Rogers spoke over me came to pass. God did what He said He would do! Charlotte is my promised land Thank you, Jesus!
Diona joined KCC in February 2022. She enjoys American Sign Language and playing the flute. She was led to attend KCC after being invited on 3 separate occasions by different people. She really felt like the Lord wanted her at KCC. When she visited the church she said being welcomed with open arms and the constant encouragement in her faith walk led her to join. She sings high praises of Pastor Rogers stating “He is the best Pastor ever, he has integrity and he truly cares about the well-being and advancement of others. He wants to see us all make it to heaven!” She enjoys the preaching and teaching at KCC, because the messages are rich and based on the Word of God! She loves the discipleship program and the godly surrogates and friends she has gained since joining. She said she moved to Charlotte to attend school but since becoming a member at KCC she knows now that the main reason she ended up in Charlotte was to join KCC. She has been truly blessed by the ministry.
The "Still Fighting for Our Marriage" conference emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong, Godcentered marriage and offered valuable insights for both married couples and singles. Participants learned about the 6 Enemies of a Godly Marriage and the 6 Weapons God provides to overcome them, equipping them with practical tools to strengthen their relationships. Singles gained guidance on building a strong foundation for future relationships, while married couples received strategies to overcome challenges and grow together. As Pastor Rogers noted, knowing we're on a "hit list" should prompt a proactive response, using these principles to safeguard our marriages against adversity.
School is in session; this is the third season of Faith Summer School which started June 28th! Pastor Gabriel Rogers hosts every Friday at 7:30 am throughout the summer where he teaches the principles of Faith and how we can grow in our faith walk. 1 (28-ounce) jar pasta sauce (good quality and preferably natural)
8 ounces no-boil lasagna noodles
15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
3 cups lightly steamed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, or a mix)
8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
Optional Additions:
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (e.g., basil, oregano)
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Casserole Dish: Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of a 9"x13" casserole dish.
Layer Noodles: Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce. Typically, 3 or 4 noodles per layer should be sufficient.
Prepare Ricotta Mixture:
Place the ricotta cheese in a bowl.
Add about 1/4 cup of water to the ricotta, stirring until blended and smooth.
Layer Ingredients:
Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the noodles using a cake spatula.
Spread 1/3 of the remaining pasta sauce over the ricotta.
Spread 1/3 of the vegetables over the sauce.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
Repeat Layers:
Repeat the layering process twice, starting with noodles and ending with mozzarella cheese.
Bake:
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to become golden.
Cool and Serve:
Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
