Jack Buck Grille Debuts New Menu Downtown Clubhouse Sous Chef, Amanda Haun, has freshened up the menu at the Jack Buck Grille, adding a bit of her own flair to the mix. Below are just three of the new and scrumptious dishes available. Stop by and enjoy an evening while trying the new menu!

Downtown Wines of the Quarter Dine at any of the MAC’s downtown restaurants during the month of August, and enjoy these wines by the glass or by the bottle. $11 per glass ✦ $42 per bottle

Michele Biancardi Puglia Red Wine This vineyard is located in a fascinating Italian land next to the Gargano and the sea. The grapes of the Primitivo are collected between late August and early September. After a careful selection, they undergo soft pressing and de-stemming.

Antonutti Sauvignon

Dijon Bleu Coastal Salmon Pan-seared salmon crusted with bleu and Parmesan cheeses, served on a bed of white wine risotto and roasted haricot verts, and topped with a Dijon buerre blanc.

Hailing from the northwestern Friuli region of Italy, these grapes undergo a soft pressing and fermentation with select yeasts, maturation in stainless steel tanks and bottled aging. Tasting Notes: Boasts a straw yellow color, vegetal and fruity notes on the nose and box bush and sage on the palate with a remarkable aromatic length.

Member Appreciation PRIME RIB DINNER

Spice Encrusted Scallops Pan-seared and smothered with Amanda’s homemade five-spice blend (paprika, cinnamon, onions, garlic and cumin) and served on a bed of white wine risotto and sautéed asparagus.

Dry-aged Ribeye Dry-aged for seven days, this ribeye is served with roasted fingerling potatoes and haricot verts, and topped with a red wine peppercorn demi.
