Automobiles et motos, camions et blindés sont vendus en l’ état, avec leur carte grise ou non et devront être certainement révisés aux soins des acheteurs. Un certificat de vente publique sera fourni à l’acheteur par la Maison d’enchères Rois & Vauprès.
LIVRAISON & STOCKAGE
L’ enlèvement des lots devra être réalisé avant le samedi 5 juillet 2025 après règlement intégral. Les frais de stockage sont offerts jusqu’ au samedi 5 juillet 2025 inclus. Les lots n’ ayant pas été retirés par les acheteurs avant le samedi 5 juillet 2025 seront rapatriés dans un lieu de stockage sécurisé aux frais de l’ acheteur. Des frais de stockage seront appliqués comme suivant : Pièces & accessoires 10€ HT / jour et pour les véhicules 75€ HT / jour.

DELIVERY & STORAGE
Removal of lots must be completed by Saturday, July 5, 2025 after full payment. Storage fees are offered until Saturday, July 5, 2025 inclusive. Lots not picked up by buyers before July 5,2025 will be returned to secure storage at the buyer’s expense. Storage fees will be applied as follows : Parts & accessories 10€ HT / day and for vehicles 75€ HT / day.

WEAPONS ON SALE
The weapons offered in the auction are neutralised to the new European standards by the Saint Etienne Proof House in 2024-2025, at the buyer’s expense.

Les motos DKW 250 cm3 et 350 cm3 furent de toutes les batailles et tous les fronts de la Heer. Robuste et fiable, la 350 NZ reste une moto moderne pour son époque.
Stockée et provenant d’une importante collection privée, cette 350 NZ est en cours de restauration complète. Le projet a été mené en alliant pièces d’origine et production actuelle.
Les parties cadre, cycle, freinage ont été conditionnés, un faisceau électrique neuf reste à câbler. Le moteur avec son carter en aluminium et cylindre en fonte de deuxième production, sa boite de vitesse d’origine devront être révisés.
Sa fourche, réservoir de carburant, cadre, commande de boite de vitesses, logos de la marque « Auto-Union » sont d’origines. Un lot de pièces est fourni avec la moto dont le tube d’échappement.
Modèle emblématique des armées du Reich, cette Dkw NZ 350 reste est une rare opportunité d’acquérir une moto de collection abordable, loin des cotations de ses consœurs BMW et Zundapp.
DKW 250 cm3 and 350 cm3 motorcycles were in every battle and on every front for the Heer. Robust and reliable, the 350 NZ remains a modern motorcycle for its time.
Stored in an important private collection, this 350 NZ is currently undergoing a complete restoration. The project combines original parts and current production.
The frame, cycle and brakes have been conditioned, with a new wiring harness still to be wired. The engine, with its second-production aluminum crankcase and cast-iron cylinder, and its original gearbox will have to be overhauled.
The forks, fuel tank, frame, gearbox controls and “Auto-Union” brand logos are original. A set of parts is supplied with the bike, including the exhaust pipe.
An emblematic model of the Reich’s armies, this Dkw NZ 350 remains is a rare opportunity to acquire an affordable collector’s motorcycle, far from the quotations of its BMW and Zundapp counterparts.

Basée sur le châssis de la KdF Wagen, parrain de la future Coccinelle, la Volkswagen Typ 82 Kübelwagen entre en service dès 1940.
Bien qu’elle ne possède que deux roues motrices, elle s’avère très à l’aise sur les mauvais terrains en raison de son importante garde au sol, de la répartition de son poids essentiellement sur les roues motrices à l’arrière, mais surtout grâce à son pont autobloquant et son système de réduction des rapports de transmission qui lui donnent un couple important.
Son moteur, disposé à l’arrière et refroidi par air, quatre cylindres à plat, est accolé à une boîte de vitesse à quatre rapports lui permettant une bonne vitesse de croisière pour son époque.
Dénicher une Kubelwagen à restaurer est rare, et peu d’exemplaires en état et fonctionnels sont proposés à la vente.
Cette Kubelwagen a été retrouvée à l’état d’épave par un collectionneur averti. Comme beaucoup de projets de restauration, l’état avancé de sa carrosserie ne permettait plus de réaliser sa remise en état.
Based on the chassis of the KdF Wagen, godfather of the future Beetle, the Volkswagen Typ 82 Kübelwagen entered service in 1940.
Although it only had two-wheel drive, it proved to be very comfortable on rough terrain, thanks to its high ground clearance, the distribution of its weight mainly on the rear drive wheels, and above all its self-locking axle and gear reduction system, which gave it a lot of torque.
The rear-mounted, air-cooled, four-cylinder flat engine is mated to a fourspeed gearbox, giving it good cruising speed for its time.
Finding a Kubelwagen to restore is rare, and few examples in working condition are offered for sale.
This Kubelwagen was found as a wreck by a discerning collector. Like many restoration projects, the advanced state of its bodywork meant that it could no longer be restored.

Le travail a été réalisé en récupérant le plus grand nombre de pièces d’origine pour les reconditionner, et en faisant appel à des productions de pièces contemporaines dans les standards d’origine.
La restauration a été réalisée très soigneusement, dont les ajustements des éléments de carrosserie, en respectant l’ensemble des standards de la production Volkswagen de l’époque.
Son moteur porte le numéro #6-014112 frappé d’origine sur le pied moulé support de dynamo. Il s’agit d’une production industrielle de 1943. Parfaitement fonctionnel, il a été dernièrement reconditionné avec un remplacement des chemises, pistons et segments neufs, réalisé sur facture qui pourra être fournie à son acquéreur.
Dans le compartiment moteur, des accessoires sont présents dont son cric de levage, la burette et un bidon d’huile, la manivelle de démarrage et une pompe à air. Une plaquette neuve vissée sur la carrosserie indique son numéro de production, et une fabrication ABA pour Ambi-Budd PressWerk à Berlin – Johannisthal.
Le tableau de bord avec son compteur unique, ses interrupteurs et le rhéostat d’éclairage en bakélite, les deux portes fusibles, sont typiques des productions de la marque. Le bâchage en toile beige et la sellerie sont des productions actuelles de qualité. Les pneumatiques sont neufs.
Sur sa carrosserie, le phare blackout type Notek est à sa place réglementaire. Un jerrycan d’origine de 1942 est dans son support.
Bâchée ou non, la Kubelwagen a une allure d’automobile intemporelle, conçue et fabriquée par une marque dont la réussite sera mondiale. La type 82 est à collectionner maintenant, les exemplaires étant rares.
The work was carried out by recovering as many original parts as possible for reconditioning, and using contemporary parts produced to original standards.
The restoration was carried out with the utmost care, including adjustments to the body components, in compliance with all Volkswagen production standards of the time.
Its engine bears the number #6-014112 originally stamped on the dynamo support cast foot. This is an industrial production model from 1943. Perfectly functional, it has recently been reconditioned, with new liners, pistons and rings, as per invoice, which can be supplied to the purchaser.
In the engine compartment, a number of accessories are present, including a lifting jack, oil can and canister, starting crank and air pump. A new plate screwed to the bodywork indicates its production number, and ABA manufacture for Ambi-Budd PressWerk in Berlin - Johannisthal.
The dashboard, with its single speedometer, switches and bakelite rheostat, and the two fuse doors, are typical of the brand’s productions. The beige canvas tarpaulin and upholstery are of current production quality. The tires are new.

Covered or not, the Kubelwagen looks like a timeless automobile, designed and built by a brand whose success would be worldwide. The Type 82 is now a collector’s item, as examples are rare.

Dépassant le symbole de l’automobile militaire, la jeep est devenue par le temps l’emblème de la liberté retrouvée et l’ambassadrice de l’US Army durant la seconde guerre mondiale.
Véritable automobile de collection et de loisirs, ses capacités de mobilités et d’usages, sur route et tout terrain, son dynamisme reste surprenant, voir incroyable, malgré sa date production. Il y a désormais plus de quatre-vingt ans.
Les exemplaires Ford et Willys, non modifiés ou transformés, restent désormais rares à découvrir ou en très mauvais état.
Produit par Willys en janvier 1945 puis vendue par les stocks de l’armée française et reconditionnée dans ses ateliers, cette jeep a malgré tout conservé un grand nombre de détails d’origine de sa production.
More than a symbol of the military automobile, the jeep has become the emblem of rediscovered freedom and the ambassador of the US Army during the Second World War.
A true collector’s and leisure automobile, its mobility and versatility, on and off-road, and its dynamism remain surprising, even incredible, despite its production date. Over eighty years ago.
Ford and Willys examples, unmodified or transformed, are now rare to find, or in very poor condition.
Produced by Willys in January 1945, then sold from French army stocks and reconditioned in its workshops, this jeep has nevertheless retained many of its original production details.

Châssis et carrosserie, sa caisse, sièges et ailes, volant sont de fabrication Willys. Les jantes sont du modèle boulonné, US Army, plus communément appelé « combat ».
Les pneumatiques sont de type military de fabrication Goodyear -Usa.
Le moteur est de fonderie Wilson-Usa , W moulé sur bas du bloc, son numéro de fabrication est difficilement lisible.
Certaines périphéries du moteur sont d’origine dont le filtre à air avec sa plaquette d’instruction.
Comme de nombreuses fins de production de jeep en 1945, la culasse est du modèle renforcé et estampillée Willys. Le carburateur Carter -Usa a été remplacé par un modèle Solex, souvenir de son passage dans les ateliers de l’armée Française, ainsi que ses manomètres et compteur de type O.S.
Le circuit électrique est resté en 6 volts, comme à l’origine, avec la dynamo, régulateur, et démarreur Auto-Lite.
Fonctionnelle, démarrant et roulant bien, stockée par son propriétaire actuel, malheureusement décédé dernièrement, qui l’avait conservée et entretenue précieusement pendant plus d’une trentaine d’années, la jeep nécessitera une révision, dont le remplacement du flexible d’échappement.
En très bel état mécanique et carrosserie et difficile à trouver, cette Jeep Jeep Willys reste une rare occasion d’acquérir un mythe de l’automobile de collection militaire.
Chassis and body, body, seats and fenders, steering wheel are all Willys. Wheels are US Army bolt-on type, more commonly known as “combat”.
Tires are Goodyear-Usa military type.
The engine is made by Wilson-Usa foundry, with a W molded into the bottom of the block.
Some of the engine’s peripherals are original, including the air filter with its instruction plate.
Like many late-production jeeps in 1945, the cylinder head is of the reinforced type and stamped Willys. The Carter-Usa carburetor has been replaced by a Solex model, a souvenir of its time in the workshops of the French army, along with its O.S.-type gauges and counter.
The electrical system remains the original 6-volt, with dynamo, regulator and Auto-Lite starter.
Functional, starting and running well, stored by its current owner, sadly deceased recently, who had kept and maintained it preciously for more than thirty years, the jeep will require an overhaul, including replacement of the exhaust hose.
In very good mechanical and body condition, and hard to find, this Willys Jeep is a rare opportunity to acquire a mythical piece of military motoring.

A standard GMC model, the cckw 353 for long chassis remains an iconic Us Army model.
Produced in 1943 by the General Motors Company, this example of GMC was reused by the French Army after the war. Kept in mint condition, its owner acquired it at an army clearance sale in the 1990s.
It is in very good mechanical and bodywork condition, running smoothly and functionally, with an efficient braking system.
Type B2, it is fitted with the original Braden-Usa winch.
The cab, engine compartment and rear body remain in their original configuration. The tires are military profile.
A complete Us quality tarpaulin has just been fitted. It is fitted with the M36 anti-aircraft carriage and ring, with cradle and reproduction .50 cal machine gun and ammunition boxes.

De toute la production des Dodge de série WC « Weapons Carrier », le Command Car reste l’un des modèles les plus illustre et évidemment recherché par les collectionneurs.
Conçu par la Chrysler-Dodge Company comme automobile militaire de reconnaissance tout terrain, il fut employé réellement à un usage secondaire dont le transport et la parade d’officiers, politiciens, présidents et célébrités internationales lui assurant une notoriété publique indémodable.
Silhouette atypique, le Command Car reste également la première berline tout terrain de l’histoire de l’automobile contemporaine, un mélange de robustesse militaire alliée à un confort de limousine.
Produit en 1942, ce dodge WC 56 a été par la suite employé par l’armée Française puis utilisé dans une scierie. Après de bons et loyaux services et d’utilités, son propriétaire collectionneur le sauvera afin de le reconditionner. Fatigué par son emploi intensif, la carrosserie a été restaurée et son plancher arrière réparé.
Of all the Dodge WC “Weapons Carrier” series produced, the Command Car remains one of the most illustrious and obviously sought-after by collectors.
Conceived by the Chrysler-Dodge Company as an all-terrain military reconnaissance vehicle, it was actually used for secondary purposes, including transport and parades for officers, politicians, presidents and international celebrities, giving it a timeless public reputation.
An atypical silhouette, the Command Car also remains the first offroad sedan in the history of contemporary motoring, a blend of military ruggedness and limousine comfort.
Produced in 1942, this Dodge WC 56 was subsequently employed by the French army, then used in a sawmill. After many years of loyal service and use, its collector owner rescued it for reconditioning. Tired from intensive use, the body was restored and the rear floor repaired.
Il conserve de nombreux détails d’origine dont la goulotte de remplissage de réservoir de petit diamètre, type 1942. Sur le tableau de bord, le manomètre de pression d’huile, l’ampèremètre et la jauge à essence sont également d’origine.
Le moteur est celui conforme à sa production, type T214, 6 cylindres en ligne. Le carburateur est du modèle Carter. Lors de son emploi dans le civil, il a été équipé d’un alternateur en 12 volts et d’une pompe à essence électrique pour fiabiliser son fonctionnement journalier et ses équipements contemporains ont été conservés. Les pneumatiques sont de production Michelin à profil route.
À l’arrière, un ensemble radio Us Signal Corps BC-659 a été fixé, accessoire souvent utilisé pour la liaison et communication des unités de commandements de l’US Army.
En bel état général et fonctionnel, ce Dodge Command Car est une opportunité d’acquisition d’un mythe des automobiles tactiques de l’Armée Américaine.
It retains many original details, including the small-diameter 1942-type fuel filler neck. On the dashboard, the oil pressure gauge, ammeter and fuel gauge are also original.
The engine is the production T214 type, 6 cylinders in line. The carburetor is a Carter model. During its civilian life, it was fitted with a 12-volt alternator and an electric fuel pump to ensure reliable daily operation, and its contemporary equipment has been retained. The tires are Michelin roadprofile production.
At the rear, an Us Signal Corps BC-659 radio set has been fitted, an accessory often used for liaison and communication between Us Army command units.
In good condition and functional, this Dodge Command Car is an opportunity to acquire one of the mythical tactical automobiles of the US Army.

Fer de lance des unités de l’US Army sur tous les théâtres d’opérations pendant la Seconde Guerre Mondiale, le Half-Track sera décliné en plusieurs modèles, du transport de troupe à la défense anti-aérienne, il reste un succès incontestable de conception technique, fiabilité et longévité, certaines armées ayant encore des exemplaires en service.
Cet exemplaire de M3 est le modèle standard utilisé pour le transport de 12 gi’s , on remarquera, comme à l’origine, le rajout des racks latéraux permettant le stockage complémentaire de matériel. L’ensemble des équipements présent sur les photos sera vendu avec le Half-Track.
Provenant des stocks de l’armée Française, ce M3 avait été remis dans sa configuration Us Army. Les pneumatiques military US sont neufs et son train de chenille ayant roulé mais pouvant encore être largement utilisé sur route.
Le compartiment intérieur est également complet avec l’ensemble des sièges et coussins en toile, coffres. Un support «M25 pedestal» d’origine a été monté au milieu du poste de combat du M3, à son emplacement d’origine. Il reçoit un cradle et une mitrailleuse de cal.50 US, reproduction inerte en acier.
Spearheading US Army units in all theaters of operation during the Second World War, the Half-Track was produced in several models, from troop transport to anti-aircraft defense, and remains an undisputed success in terms of technical design, reliability and longevity, with some armies still having examples in service.
This M3 is the standard model used to transport 12 gi’s, with the addition of side racks for additional equipment storage. All the equipment shown in the photos will be sold with the Half-Track.
Originating from French army stocks, this M3 had been restored to its Us Army configuration. The US Army tires are new, and the undercarriage has been rolled but can still be used extensively on the road.
The interior compartment is also complete, with all seats, canvas cushions and trunks. An original “M25 pedestal” has been mounted in the middle of the M3’s battle station, in its original position. It holds a cradle and a US cal.50 machine gun, an inert steel reproduction.

Sur le tableau de bord trône les deux imposants compteurs d’origine et l’ensemble des plaques d’instructions et production restées aux standards de l’armée française.
Le puissant moteur White 160 AX est d’origine ainsi que l’ensemble de ses périphéries. Une plaque indique un reconditionnement total en 1955 avec un alésage en cote standard.
Les deux réservoirs d’essence sont en très bon état, pour son stockage, le circuit de carburant est connecté sur un jerrycan. Le bâchage supérieur en très bel état de production française et tous les arceaux sont fournis avec (non visible sur les photos).
Fonctionnel et en état collection, accessoirisé, cet Half-Track M3 est une réelle opportunité, au vu de la rareté des blindés et la difficulté de leur restauration.
The dashboard boasts the two imposing original meters and all the instruction and production plates, which have been kept to French army standards.
The powerful White 160 AX engine and all its peripherals are original. A plate indicates total reconditioning in 1955, with standard bore dimensions.
The two fuel tanks are in very good condition, and the fuel circuit is connected to a jerry can for storage. The top tarpaulin is in very good French-production condition, and all the hoops are supplied with it (not visible in the photos).
Functional and in collector’s condition, accessorized, this HalfTrack M3 is a real opportunity, given the rarity of armored vehicles and the difficulty of restoring them.

Succédant aux BSA, peu performantes, la Norton représente le renouveau des motos britanniques. Référence WD pour « war department », la Norton 16H sera engagée sur les théâtres de l’Armée Britannique et de la Royal Air Force dans le monde. Son cadre rectiligne est assez contemporain, la Norton reste une moto solide, fiable et polyvalente.
Cet exemplaire est en très bel état collection et resté au plus proche de sa conformité d’origine. Son propriétaire l’utilise régulièrement en manifestation et commémoration.
Elle est fonctionnelle et roulante, le son atypique de son monocylindre de 490cm3 restant reconnaissable aisément. On remarquera les détails d’équipements d’origine dont le compteur additionnel de vitesse de fabrication Smiths, l’ampèremètre dans le cuvelage de phare avant, peint en blackout et le petit feu arrière militaire…

Succeeding the under-performing BSA, the Norton represented the revival of British motorcycles. A WD reference for “war department”, the Norton 16H was used in British Army and Royal Air Force theaters around the world.
Its rectilinear frame is quite contemporary, but the Norton remains a solid, reliable and versatile motorcycle.
This model is in very good collector’s condition, as close as possible to its original conformity. Its owner uses it regularly for events and commemorations. It’s functional and easy to ride, with the atypical sound of its 490cm3 single-cylinder engine easily recognizable.
Note the original equipment details, including the additional Smiths-built speedometer, the blackout-painted ammeter in the headlight housing, and the small military taillight...
In its collectible, rideable and usable condition, this 16h Norton is a must-have and collector’s item, without waiting for its price to join those of other iconic Us Army motorcycles...

En dotation dans « US Army Corps of Engineers », la remorque fabriquée par Converto Manufacturing Corporation en Pennsylvanie aux Usa fut produite à très peu d’exemplaires. Destinée à être aérotransportable, elle est également en service dans les unités Us Airborne.
Trouver une remorque Converto reste exceptionnel. Beaucoup d’exemplaires ayant été détruits ou utilisés jusqu’au bout dans des travaux publics aprèsguerre. Cet exemplaire est resté dans l’état de sa découverte et en très bon état. Le timon et ses chaînes, sa caisse et son système de basculement, la poignée et tringlerie de commande de porte arrière sont d’origine et fonctionnels.
Certainement manquante lors de sa découverte, sa plaque de production est une reproduction à l’identique de celle d’origine. Le système d’éclairage a été supprimé. Attelée, en dehors de son utilité fonctionnelle, l’ensemble Jeep et remorque est homogène.
Rare en collection, cette Converto est une pièce exceptionnelle pour les collectionneurs de jeep ou amateur de thématique Airborne.
Used in the US Army Corps of Engineers, this trailer, manufactured by Converto Manufacturing Corporation in Pennsylvania, USA, was produced in very limited numbers. Designed to be air-transportable, it is also in service with Us Airborne units.
Finding a Converto trailer remains exceptional. Many were destroyed or used to the last in post-war public works. This example remains in the condition in which it was found, and in very good condition. The drawbar and chains, body and tilting system, rear door handle and linkage are all original and functional.
Certainly missing when first discovered, its production plate is an identical reproduction of the original one. The lighting system has been removed. Coupled, apart from its functional purpose, the Jeep and trailer combination is homogeneous.
A rarity in the collection, this Converto is an exceptional piece for jeep collectors and Airborne enthusiasts alike.

Produit durant l’année 1943 par la compagnie Westfalische-Anhaltische Sprengstoff et classifié comme canon anti-char, le Raketenwerfer tirait une puissante roquette spécifique de type RPzB.Gr.4312 d’un calibre de 8,8cm.
Modèle atypique de canon, il fut utilisé sur de nombreux champs de batailles dont l’été 1944 en Normandie par les unités parachutistes « Fallschirmjäger ».
D’un emploi simple, léger et démontable, facilement transportable, il se révéla terriblement efficace contre les blindés sur de courtes portées. Il fut surnommé Püppchen, « petite poupée » en raison de sa faible dimension.
Fabriqué à peu d’exemplaire le Raketenwerfer reste très rare en collection.
Cet exemplaire avait été retrouvé sur le champ de bataille et abimé. Il a été restauré dont principalement son châssis qui a dû être reconstruit.
Sa culasse d’origine comporte la frappe « PW 4375 » en deux endroits et les poinçons du « waffen armement », son mécanisme est complet et fonctionnel. Les systèmes de verrouillage, rotation et élévation sont fonctionnelles. La règle de tire et mire directe sont présentes et d’origine.
Une lampe de signalisation et une bâche ainsi qu’une pelle et un manche goupillon complète le Püppchen.
Une caisse bois avec marquage peint en blanc et une roquette sont également présent.

Produced in 1943 by the Westfalische-Anhaltische Sprengstoff company and classified as an anti-tank gun, the Raketenwerfer fired a powerful 8.8cm RPzB. Gr.4312 rocket.
An atypical gun model, it was used on many battlefields, including in Normandy in the summer of 1944 by “Fallschirmjäger” parachute units.
Simple to use, light and easy to dismantle and transport, it proved terribly effective against armored vehicles over short ranges. Its small size earned it the nickname Püppchen, or “little doll”.
Manufactured in very limited numbers, the Raketenwerfer is still very rare in collections.
This model was found damaged on the battlefield. It has been restored, mainly to its frame, which had to be rebuilt. The original breech is stamped “PW 4375” in two places, and the mechanism is complete and functional.
The locking, rotation and elevation systems are functional. The slide rule and direct sight are present and original.
A signal lamp and a tarpaulin, as well as a shovel and pin handle complete the Püppchen. A wooden case with white painted markings and a rocket are also present.

1. Catalogue de vente
Les lots sont vendus, à titre volontaire par ROIS & VAUPRES ENCHERES, Maison de ventes aux enchères située à SaintPair-sur-Mer et la SARL Military Classic Auction, située à Grandcamp-Maisy.
Conformément à la loi, les indications portées au catalogue engagent la responsabilité de la société de vente et de ses experts, lesquels garantissent l’authenticité des lots mis en vente, sous réserve des rectificatifs annoncés au moment de la présentation de l’objet et portés au procès-verbal de la vente. Les attributions ont été établies compte tenu des connaissances scientifiques à la date de la vente.
Les acquéreurs potentiels sont invités à examiner les biens pouvant les intéresser avant la vente aux enchères au sein des locaux du Military Classic Center (14). L’équipe de Military Classic Auction se tient à disposition pour leur fournir tous renseignements sur l’état des lots.

2. Déroulement de la vente
Le commissaire-priseur dirigera la vente de façon discrétionnaire tout en respectant les usages établis ; elle se réserve le droit de refuser toute enchère, d’organiser les enchères de la façon la plus appropriée, de déplacer certains lots lors de la vente, de retirer tout lot de la vente, de réunir ou de séparer des lots, de désigner l’ adjudicataire, de poursuivre la vente ou de l’annuler, ou encore de remettre le lot en vente. L’ adjudicataire sera la personne qui aura porté l’ enchère la plus élevée pourvu qu’elle soit égale ou supérieure au prix de réserve.
Le coup de marteau matérialisera la fin des enchères et le prononcé du mot « Adjugé » ou tout autre équivalent entraînera la formation du contrat de vente entre le vendeur et le dernier enchérisseur retenu. En sus du montant de l’adjudication, l’ acheteur devra acquitter par lot, les commissions (frais de vente) qui seront indiquées pour chaque vente. Le paiement du lot aura lieu au comptant, pour l’ intégralité du prix, des frais et des taxes.
L’Hôtel des ventes sera autorisé à reproduire sur le procès-verbal de vente et sur le bordereau d’ adjudication les renseignements qu’aura fourni l’ adjudicataire. Toute fausse indication engagera la responsabilité de l’adjudicataire, qui devra communiquer les renseignements nécessaires demandés.
Dès l’adjudication prononcée, L’ adjudicataire devient propriétaire de son lot.

In accordance with the law, the information given in the catalogue is under the responsibility of the auction company and its experts, who guarantee the authenticity of the lots offered for sale, subject to the corrections announced at the time of the presentation of the object and recorded in the sales report. Potential buyers are invited to examine the items that may interest them before the auction at the Military Classic Center (Normandy - France). The Military Classic Auction team is available to provide information on the condition of the lots.

2. Conduct of the sale
The auctioneer will conduct the sale in a discretionary manner while respecting the established practices; she reserves the right to refuse any bid, to organize the bidding in the most appropriate manner, to move certain lots during the sale, to withdraw any lot from the sale, to combine or separate lots, to designate the successful bidder, to continue the sale or to cancel it, or to reoffer the lot for sale.
The successful bidder will be the person who has made the highest bid, provided it is equal to or higher than the reserve price.
The blow of the hammer will materialize the end of the bidding and the pronouncement of the word «Adjudicated» or any other equivalent will lead to the formation of the sale contract between the seller and the last retained bidder. In addition to the amount of the auction, the buyer will have to pay, per lot, the commissions (selling expenses) which will be indicated for each sale. À défaut de paiement par l’ adjudicataire, après mise en demeure restée infructueuse, l’ Hôtel des ventes pourra, selon son choix,
• Poursuivre l’ adjudicataire pour le paiement de son achat,
• Et/ou remettre le bien en vente sur folle enchère de l’ adjudicataire défaillant,
• Annuler la vente de plein droit, Sans préjudice de dommages intérêts dus par l’ adjudicataire défaillant. En outre, l’ Hôtel des ventes se réserve de réclamer à l’ adjudicataire défaillant, à son choix : Des intérêts au taux légal majoré de cinq points, La facturation de frais de garde et de stockage, Le remboursement des coûts supplémentaires engendrés par sa défaillance, Le paiement de la différence entre le prix d’ adjudication initial et le prix d’ adjudication sur folle enchère s’il est inférieur, ainsi que les coûts générés par les nouvelles enchères.

Tout lot qui aura été laissé à l’Etude ou à Military Classic Center par un déposant et dont la vente n’ a pu être conclue (et ce qu’elle qu’ en soit la raison : absence d’ enchères, prix de réserve par trop élevé et absence d’ accord avec son propriétaire, etc.) devra être récupéré par son dépositaire dans le mois suivant la demande de l’ Hôtel des ventes ou sa date de passage en vente. Dans l’hypothèse où le lot ne serait pas récupéré dans les délais impartis il sera revendu pour le compte de l’ Hôtel des ventes.
3. Incidents de vente
Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l’ adjudicataire. En cas de contestation au moment des adjudications, c’est-à-dire s’il est établi que deux ou plusieurs enchérisseurs ont simultanément porté une enchère équivalente, soit à haute voix, soit par signe, soit par internet et réclament en même temps cet objet, après le prononcé du mot « adjugé », ledit objet sera immédiatement remis en vente au prix proposé par les enchérisseurs et tout le public présent sera admis à enchérir à nouveau.
4. Conditions de règlement
4.1 Clients résidant en France
La vente est faite expressément au comptant. Le prix d’adjudication et les frais acheteurs sont TTC. La vente est conduite en euros.
L’ adjudicataire paiera à l’ Hôtel des ventes, le prix principal de son enchère, augmenté des frais. Les frais diffèrent selon que la vente est judiciaire ou volontaire et que l’ acquisition est faite en salle ou par internet. Pour les lots volontaires, les frais sont de 24% TTC (20 % HT), quelle que soit la nature du lot.
Le paiement par carte bancaire par téléphone est possible.
Conformément à l’article L.321-14 du code du commerce, un bien adjugé ne peut être délivré à l’ acheteur que lorsque la société en a perçu le prix ou lorsque toute garantie lui a été donnée sur le paiement du prix par l’ acquéreur.

Purchases that have not been collected within fifteen days of the sale (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) may be invoiced additionally to the owner, who will have to pay the cost, for both buyers and sellers.
Any lot which has been left at the Auction House or at Military Classic Center by a depositor and whose sale could not be concluded (for whatever reason: absence of bids, reserve price too high and absence of agreement with the owner, etc.) must be recovered by the depositor within one month of the request of the Auction House or the date of the sale. If the lot is not recovered within the time allowed, it will be resold on behalf of the Auction house.
3. Incidents of sale
The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder.
In the event of a dispute at the time of the auction, i.e. if it is established that two or more bidders have simultaneously made an equivalent bid, either aloud, by sign or by internet, and claim the item at the same time, after the word «adjugé» has been pronounced, the said item will be immediately reoffered for sale at the price proposed by the bidders, and all members of the public who are present will be allowed to bid again.
4. Terms of payment
4.1 Customers residing in France
The sale is expressly made in cash.
The auction price and the buyer’s expenses are inclusive of tax. The sale is conducted in euros.
The successful bidder will pay the main price of his bid, plus expenses, to the Hôtel des ventes. The costs differ according to whether the sale is judicial or voluntary and whether the acquisition is made in the auction room or by internet. For voluntary lots, the fees are 24% including VAT (20% excluding VAT), whatever the nature of the lot.
Payment by credit card over the telephone is possible.
In accordance with article L.321-14 of the French Commercial Code, an auctioned item can only be delivered to the buyer when the company has received the price or when any guarantee has been given on the payment of the price by the buyer.

L’ Hôtel des ventes décline toute responsabilité sur les conséquences juridiques et fiscales d’ une fausse déclaration de l’acquéreur.
L’ adjudicataire pourra s’acquitter du paiement de son lot de la façon suivante :
> En espèces : (article L.112-6 ; article L.112-8 et article L.112-8 al 2 du code monétaire et financier)
- Jusqu’à 1 000 €
- Ou jusqu’à 15 000 € pour les particuliers qui ont leur domicile fiscal à l’étranger (sur présentation de passeport)
> Par chèque ou virement bancaire.
> Par carte de crédit (sauf American Express)
En cas de remise d’un chèque ordinaire, seul l’ encaissement du chèque vaudra règlement.
L’ Hôtel des ventes sera autorisé à reproduire sur le procès-verbal de vente et sur le bordereau d’ adjudication les renseignements fournis par l’adjudicataire. Toute fausse indication engagera la responsabilité de celui-ci, qui devra communiquer les renseignements nécessaires dès l’ adjudication du lot prononcée.
4.2. Clients non-résidents français
Les clients hors métropole devront s’acquitter de leur achat par règlement SWIFT avant toute délivrance de l’ objet.
En cas de paiement par chèque non certifié :
> Le lot adjugé ne pourra être délivré à l’ adjudicataire que lorsque le paiement effectif du bordereau aura été perçu par
l’ Hôtel des ventes.
> Deux pièces d’ identité valables lui seront demandées. Il est conseillé aux acheteurs d’obtenir de leur banque une lettre accréditive pour la valeur avoisinant le montant de leurs achats.
5. Ordres d’achat
L’ Hôtel des ventes se charge d’ exécuter gratuitement les ordres d’achat qui lui sont confiés, en particulier par les acquéreurs potentiels ne pouvant assister à la vente.
Les ordres d’achat doivent être impérativement formulés par écrit et accompagnés d’un relevé d’ identité bancaire, ainsi qu’une copie recto verso d’une pièce d’ identité.
Toute enchère confirmée vaut acceptation du prix et de la description des biens mis en vente, entraînant ainsi la formation d’un contrat de vente conclu à distance.
Les ordres d’ achat sont une facilité offerte à nos clients. L’ Hôtel des ventes ne peut être considéré comme responsable pour avoir manqué d’exécuter un ordre par erreur et ce quelle qu’en soit la cause origine. Si l’ Hôtel des ventes reçoit plusieurs ordres d’ achat pour des montants d’ enchères identiques, c’est l’ ordre le plus ancien qui sera préféré.
6. Enchères par téléphone
Les enchères par téléphone sont possibles uniquement pour les lots dont l’ estimation est supérieure à 200€. Tout client souhaitant enchérir par téléphone doit en faire la demande par écrit au plus tard 24 heures avant la vente. Cet écrit devra être accompagné d’un relevé d’ identité bancaire et d’une copie de pièce d’ identité de l’ acquéreur potentiel.
L’ Hôtel des ventes décline toute responsabilité en cas de mauvais fonctionnement ou de non-obtention de la ligne téléphonique.

4.2 Non-French resident customers
Customers from outside France must pay by SWIFT payment before delivery of the item.
In case of payment by uncertified cheque :
> The lot awarded will not be delivered to the successful bidder until the actual payment of the slip has been received by the Auction house.
> Two valid pieces of identification will be requested.
Buyers are advised to obtain a letter of credit from their bank for the value of their purchases.
5. Purchase orders
The Auction house will execute, free of charge, the purchase orders entrusted to it, by potential buyers who cannot attend the sale.
The purchase orders must imperatively be formulated in writing and accompanied by a bank statement, as well as a copy of both sides of an identity document.
All confirmed bids are deemed to be of an acceptance of the price and description of the goods offered for sale, thus leading to the formation of a contract of sale concluded at a distance.
The purchase orders are to facilitate biddind to our customers. The Auction house cannot be considered as responsible for having failed to carry out an order by error and this whatever the cause.
If the Auction house receives several purchase orders for identical amounts of bids, the oldest order will be preferred.
6. Telephone bidding
Telephone bidding is only possible for lots with an estimate of more than 200€. Any customer wishing to bid by telephone must make a written request at least 24 hours before the sale. This written request must be accompanied by a bank statement and a copy of the potential buyer’s identity card.
The Auction house declines all responsibility in case of malfunction or non-obtainment of the telephone line.

L’ Hôtel des ventes n’a pas connaissance du montant maximum de vos ordres secrets déposés via interencheres.com. Vos enchères sont formées automatiquement et progressivement dans la limite que vous avez fixée.
L’ exécution de l’ ordre s’adapte au feu des enchères en fonction des enchères en cours. Le pas d’enchères est défini par les intervalles suivants : jusqu’à 19€ : 5€, de 20€ à 199€ : 10€, de 200€ à 499€ : 50€, de 500€ à 999€ : 100€, de 1 000€ à 4 999€ : 200€, de 5 000€ à 9 999€ : 500€, de 10 000€ à 19999€ : 1 000€, de 20 000€ à 49 999€ : 2 000€, de 50 000€ à 99 999€ : 5 000€, 100 000€ et plus : 10000€.

If you are a successful bidder online, you authorize the Auction house, if it so wishes, to use your credit card imprint to proceed with the payment, in part or in full, of your purchases, including the usual costs payable by the buyer.
These costs are increased :
• For voluntary lots, a surcharge of 3% of the hammer price (i.e. +3.60% VAT included).

The Auction house have no knowledge of the maximum amount of your secret orders deposited via interencheres.com. Your bids are formed automatically and progressively within the limit you have set.
The execution of the order adapts to the bidding pace according to the current bids. The bidding step is defined by the following intervals: up to 19€: 5€, from 20€ to 199€: 10€, from 200€ to 499€: 50€, from 500€ to 999€: 100€, from 1,000€ to 4,999€: 200€, from 5,000€ to 9,999€: 500€, from 10,000€ to 1,999€: 1,000€, from 20,000€ to 49,999€: 2,000€, from 50,000€ to 99,999€: 5,000€, and from 100,000€ and up: 10000€.

8. Conditions de stockage
Pièces, accessoires et militaria : Les lots de pièces détachées et accessoires divers sont vendus en l’ état, stockés dans les meilleures conditions et sans aucune garantie de fonctionnement.
Véhicules : Automobiles et motos, camions et blindés sont vendus en l’ état, avec leur carte grise ou non et devront être certainement révisés aux soins des acheteurs. Un certificat de vente publique sera fourni à l’acheteur par la Maison d’enchères Rois & Vauprès.
L’ enlèvement des lots devra être réalisé avant le samedi 5 juillet 2025 après règlement intégral.
Les frais de stockage sont offerts jusqu’ au samedi 5 juillet 2025 inclus.
Les lots n’ ayant pas été retirés par les acheteurs avant le samedi 5 juillet 2025 seront rapatriés dans un lieu de stockage sécurisé aux frais de l’ acheteur. Des frais de stockage seront appliqués comme suivant : Pièces & accessoires 10€ HT / jour et pour les véhicules 75€ HT / jour.
Pièces, accessoires et militaria : Les enlèvements des lots, après règlement, pourront être réalisés le jour même de la vente : le dimanche 8 juin 2025. Puis à partir du lundi 9 juin 2025 : sur rendez-vous uniquement. 02.33.44.44.44 (du lundi au vendredi - de 10h00 à 12h00 et de 14h00 à 17h00). Adresse d’enlèvement : Military Classic Center - Route d‘Isigny - 14450 GRANDCAMP-MAISY.
L’ expédition des lots, après le règlement et jusqu’au 5 juillet 2025, sera réalisée par Military Classic Center : 02.33.44.44.44 / auction@military-classic.com - Forfait de colisage : 40€ HT + Frais d’envoi.
Vous pouvez nous contacter pour établir une cotation d’expédition. À partir du lundi 7 juillet 2025 : Les lots n’ayant pas été retirés seront stockés aux frais de l’acheteur à l’Étude Rois & Vauprès enchères : 2 Rue Jean de la Varende - 14500 VIRE NORMANDIE.

Véhicules

9. Armement
Les armes proposées dans la vente aux enchères sont neutralisées ou en cours de neutralisation aux nouvelles normes européennes par le Banc d’Épreuve de Saint-Etienne (France) en 2024-2025, à la charge de l’acheteur. Les armes doivent être déclarées avec cerfa et certifi cat médical de moins de 1 mois ou licence tamponnée ou permis de chasser validé (art.R312-56), par l’acquéreur.
Aucune remise ou expédition de lots ne pourront être effectuées sans présentation des documents précités. Un délai de 3 mois est appliqué après la vente pour réceptionner les armes auprès du Banc d’Épreuve de SaintEtienne (France).
L’ acheteur reste responsable de son achat dès son adjudication et en règlera au minimum les frais afférant. Les coûts de neutralisation disponibles sur : http://www.banc-epreuve.fr/neutraliser-arme/ Les neutralisations sont effectuées selon le décret n°2013-700, les arrêtés du 02/09/2013 et 12/05/2006 et le règlement d’exécution (UE) 2015/2403 de la commission du 15/12/2015. Après la neutralisation, l’arme ne pourra plus tirer de munitions, elle sera classée en catégorie C9 comme arme de collection.
Il sera délivré un certifi cat de neutralisation.
Les acheteurs hors Union Européenne doivent se référer à la législation en vigueur de leur pays pour l’importation du/des lot(s) remporté(s) durant la vente aux enchères.
8. Storage conditions
Parts, accessories and militaria : The batches of spare parts and various accessories are sold as is, stored in the best conditions and without any guarantee of functioning.
Vehicles : Cars and motorcycles, trucks and armored vehicles are sold as is, with registrationor not and will certainly have to be revised by the buyers. A certificate of public sale will be provided to the buyer by Rois & Vauprès Auction House.
Removal of lots must be completed by Saturday, July 5, 2025 after full payment.
Storage fees are offered until Saturday, July 5, 2025 inclusive.
Lots not picked up by buyers before July 5,2025 will be returned to secure storage at the buyer’s expense. Storage fees will be applied as follows : Parts & accessories 10€ HT / day and for vehicles 75€ HT / day.

The collection of the lots, after payment, can be done the same day : Sunday 8th June 2025.

9. Arms
The weapons offered in the auction are neutralized or in the process of being neutralized to the new European standards by the Proof House of Saint-Etienne (France) in 2024-2025 at the expense of the buyer. The weapons must be declared with cerfa and medical certificate of less than 1 month or stamped license or validated hunting license (art. R312-56), by the purchaser.
No delivery or shipment of lots can be made without presentation of the above mentioned documents. A period of 3 months after the sale is applied to receive the weapons from the Saint-Etienne Proof House (France).
The buyer remains responsible for his purchase as soon as it is awarded and will pay at least the related costs. The costs of neutralization available on : http://www.banc-epreuve.fr/neutraliser-arme/
The neutralizations are carried out according to the decree n°2013-700, the decrees of 02/09/2013 and 12/05/2006 and the implementing regulation (EU) 2015/2403 of the commission of 15/12/2015.
After neutralization, the weapon will not be able to fire ammunition, it will be classified in category C9 as a collection weapon.
A certificate of neutralization will be issued.
Buyers outside the European Union must refer to the legislation in force in their country for the importation of the lot(s) won during the auction.
