Miles for your Mind Challenge

May 1 – 31 V I RTUAL CHA LLENGE • Move and gain your miles! (walk, run, cycle, and swim) • Track your Mileage- utilizing Fitbit or any tracking device of your choice. To calculate family miles, use average balance method (total miles/family size) • Aim for 100 miles in 31 days- averaging 3.2 miles per day • Post updates on Facebook of your progress • Total miles must be submitted via messenger by May 31 Age Restrictions: All are welcome with parental consent for minors. Families highly encouraged. Prizes: Challengers who complete 100 miles will be entered into a drawing to win prizes.

May 1 – 31 • 10 am – 5 pm HARDSTAND FITNESS CENTER Score as many three-point field goals as possible from five positions behind the three-point line in one minute. Play during staffed hours throughout the month of May. The winner will be selected on May 31. Prizes: Swag bag and social media bragging rights.
