SOUTHLAKE BUSINESS CHAMBER AND COMMUNITY ALLIANCE HOLD CHRISTMAS DINNER Business professionals and community philanthropists alike came out on December 12 to the Southlake Business Chamber and Community Alliance general meeting and Christmas dinner at Morisset Country Club. They enjoyed a two-course meal while celebrating the year’s achievements. All donations went toward the Christmas gift recipient, Southlake Community Services.
SOUTHLAKE’S ORANGETHEORY FITNESS TAKES HOME THE DRI TRI TROPHY Southlake’s Orangetheory Fitness franchise competed against other local locations in their second annual Dri Tri competition last month. Each team had six members represent their team and complete tasks like running 1.55 miles, rowing 1,000 meters and completing weight room exercises. They came out on top taking home first place and the golden trophy. Last year, Southlake came in last, so it’s safe to say they made strides during 2017.
UNLEAVENED FRESH KITCHEN SERVES UP HEALTHY MEALS The minds behind Pure Café, Protein Fit Kitchen and Modern Market have opened up their newest Southlake venture: Unleavened Fresh Kitchen. The fast, casual restaurant serves up healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner options seven days a week. They have loads of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options, so everyone can find something to munch on. Plus, they have healthy options for kids that will get them excited about eating right.
