Acme Pros Office Cleaning 1423 Stonemark Dr. Worthington, Ohio 43085 August 27, 2011 Mr. Andrew Jones President Star Reach Computer Games 1212 Woodward Park Drive Columbus, Ohio 43229 Dear Mr. Jones: A Recent discovery of the use of cleaning products containing phenol and methyl alcohol has led to worry and concern by those who hire outside cleaning services. Acme Pros Office Cleaning would like to take a moment to address the issue and offer assurances that we do not use these products. The incident involved a cleaning company in Mexico City, Mexico. The company reportedly required its employees to use cleaning products which contained phenol and methyl alcohol. Both of these chemicals are found in embalming fluid. Use of the products has been linked to more than 400 employees at a major Mexican based company becoming suddenly sick and sent 80 employees to the hospital. Use of these products is banned in the United States. They have never and will never be used by Acme. Our company would also like to take this chance to reassure you that you, your company, and your company’s employees are completely safe with the products we use to clean your building. We use only the best and safest cleaning products. We also closely monitor our suppliers to ensure there are no changes in formula that could cause problems or illnesses. Please feel free to call me or your Acme representative if you have any questions or concerns. The safety of you, your employees and our employees is our top priority. Sincerely,

Michele Hladik Marketing Specialist
