The rise in inventory across all property types seems to be a sustainable trend that underscores the longterm potential for both buyers and sellers in the market. Our data confirms that despite the increased supply, there has been healthy absorption which reflects a continued strong buyer interest and market vitality. The persistent presence of high interest rates continues to play a significant role in market dynamics.

For sellers, the current market scenario offers a stable platform. While setting the right price remains crucial, the environment is conducive to attracting serious offers, provided the properties are priced appropriately.
