MONTHLY SUMMIT MEETINGS We've held Monthly Summit Meetings in the past If we continue with this program, we may shorten these meetings to 30 minutes 2. WEEKLY UPDATES A weekly snapshot of our activities can be sent via an email blast 3. COMMUNICATION ALTERNATIVES Other methods of communication include regular updates to our digital slideshow and social media posts. We've also introduced an employee newsletter that highlights our team, our projects, and our achievements ell the truth. That happens o be our top core value. Based on survey results, our areas of opportunity are Training & Development and Pay & Benefits, and we want you to know that we have a renewed focus on investing in you. For example, to help offset inflation and high gas prices, we spent more than $14,000 this summer PPhotobyGinnyShikle hotobyDeannaCrum to put almost 3,700 gallons of fuel in your personal vehicles and helped you buy groceries by giving you $25,700 worth of Kroger gift cards In addition, our Show Up For Safety incentive program netted you $35,500 for the first quarter and $32,000 in the second quarter. With two more quarters to go, there's still a chance you can earn even more!

Anonymous Survey Participant The constant changes from the top and no promotion from within make it really discouraging when you see so many people be hired on to be over employees that are just as qualified as them but they would maybe need just a little training. I do not believe in the ESOP. Anonymous Survey Participant What exactly is ESOP? Can we have a company 401k match instead? Anonymous Survey Participant My only request is more affordable health insurance and a matching 401k. ESOP may be beneficial but it has not been explained to me.
