Onthenextpage,youwillbeableto seethefamilymembersinyour accountinformation.Ifyouwishtoadd familymembers,click“Addfamily members”andfollowthepromptsto doso.Thenclick“Save.”
Toselectabenefit,lookundertheplan youwishtochoose.Then,clickon “CoverageLevel”toseethecostof yourdesiredoption.Forexample, EmployeeOnly,Employee+Spouse, Employee+Children,orFamily.Then click“Select”tochoosetheplanyou wishandclick“Save.”
Todeclineabenefit,lookatthetopof thebenefitselectionstepandselect “Decline/Waive.”Filloutthe Acknowledgmentandclick“Decline/ Waive”again.

Youwillbeautomaticallyenrolledin BasicLife/AD&Dcoverage,whichis paidforbyHLP.However,youwillneed toselectyourbeneficiariesandspecify thepercentageeachwillreceiveinthe eventofapayout.
Addyourchosenbeneficiariesby clicking“Add.”Fillouttherequired informationandselectthatperson.
Assignthedesiredpercentageof moneyeachbeneficiaryshould receive;thistotalshouldamountto 100%amongallrecipients.

Onthelastpage,youcanreviewyour benefitsandthecoststhatwillbe incurredperpayperiod.Ifyouwishto makeanychanges,click“Finishup” atthetopandclicktheselected benefityouwishtochange.
