Planning
Our Planning Process is thorough; including data collection, site analysis, community engagement, and strategic visioning. We start with in-depth data gathering for your project, including local demographics, local regulations and an on-site analysis. Based on this information, we develop a needs assessment to pinpoint opportunities and challenges and develop goals and objectives. Local input is crucial, we strive to involve stakeholders in developing a vision that reflects project goals and community pride. Our Planning Department offers a wide variety of planning documents that can assist you, your elected officials and your community in making the right decisions to enhance quality of life.
Landscape Architecture
In our Landscape Architecture Process, we focus on understanding your specific goals and the unique aspects of your site. This involves thorough discussions and site assessments to ensure our designs align with your vision. We develop several design concepts, continuously refining them with your input. Our aim is to create a final design that exceeds your expectations; balancing functionality and aesthetics while staying within budget.

Engineering
Our Civil Engineering Process is tightly integrated with our Planning and Landscape Architecture work. The Civil Engineering Department starts each project by understanding your specific goals, conducting detailed due diligence, focusing on existing infrastructure, understanding site constraints, coordinating with governing bodies on site-specific requirements, and performing a preliminary engineering analysis. Our goal is to provide engineering solutions that seamlessly align with client’s desires and overall site design intent.
Grant Writing
Our grant writing process is highly competitive with a 90% success rate, totaling over $46,000,000 in secured funds. Our approach begins with an in-depth understanding of your project and your community needs. Our grant writers develop applications that align with the project’s vision, affirm the grant objectives, and highlight the unique benefits to your community.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of our success. Our grant writers work in tandem with Landscape Architects, Planners, and Engineers, ensuring comprehensive insights on design, budget, and implementation. This collaborative approach encourages project feasibility and strengthens your grant applications. Our strategic, team-based methodology has proven effective in maximizing grant success and securing the essential funds needed to create impactful park projects.
