How to Register for Programs at the Mahogany HOA A Guide for Residents, CMCA Members, and Non -Residents.
Step 1: Browse for Programs Our programs change on a seasonal basis, so the best way to browse for up-to-date offerings is to go to our Program Guide. Here you can view our full selection of sport, fitness, STEM, and art programs for adults and youth, as well as drop-in sports, workshops, and summer camps. Our Program Guides are located under the Programs tab on our website (www.mahoganyhoa.com).

Step 2: Go to our Registration Website Our main website is www.mahoganyhoa.com, but to register for a program you will have to go to https://central.ivrnet.com/mahogany. You can get here by clicking ‘Member Login’ on our main website, selecting a program’s name in the program guide, or by searching https://central.ivrnet.com/mahogany. Once you are there, log into your profile.
Step 3: Search for your Program and Enroll Now that you are logged in, use the search bar to find the program you are interested in. Always make sure to confirm that the dates and times are correct before registering. To add the program to your cart, select ‘enroll in occurrence’ or ‘enroll’. Every program will have the option to enroll, meaning you are registering for the whole program. When a program has the “enroll in occurrence” option, it means that drop-in is available, and you can select the specific dates you would like to attend. The cart will automatically adjust your total to charge the prorated amount.
Step 4: Checkout and Attend the Start Date Click on the ‘Cart’ button, which will bring you to the checkout. Here you will confirm the price, answer some short questions, sign waivers, and complete payment in a few short steps. Once you have completed the checkout process, all that’s left to do is attend your program!
