GROWT
Hello Team MHMC,
We are excited to speak to you in this month’s bulletin. As we continue to improve our healthcare system, it is important for us to ensure continuous learning. As the main healthcare providers on the island, we set expectations on customer service, leadership, and patient care. The Learning and Development team continues to focus on patient satisfaction through customer service by ensuring we all have the skills needed to engage with our patients and their families in a meaningful way. Additionally, there must be continued career progression of our employees through succession planning that provides them with the skills, coaching, and development needed to ensure the core values of our organization remain intact. The L&D team is interested in employee growth on both a departmental and personal level. We want to use this opportunity to encourage people to visit us to discuss what a future at MHMC can look like For the organization’s goal of excellent patient care to be achieved, it is critical that all employees of the organization work together to ensure that policies and structures are followed.
P H O T O B Y M A R T I N R S M I T Hand carried through for us to become the leading choice of health services.
As we come to the end of the year, it is important for us to reflect on the progress that we have made MHMC but most importantly, we must continue to plan and take decisive action to further propel our efforts to become a world class healthcare service provider.
