Pay slips are provided monthly via email. You can submit an email address to the Accounts Department if you do not have an email address on file to receive your pay slip via email.
You may visit the Accounts Department to request certified copies of your pay slips in person Mondays – Fridays 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Job letter request:
Collect a job letter request form from the HR department.
Fill in all requested information. Submit the form to the HR department. Once all information is correct a job letter request requires 2 business days to be completed, Mondays – Fridays (weekends and holidays not included.)
You may collect a form or your completed letter between 8:00am and 4:30pm at the HR Department.

Effective Date: 1/12/2020 Policy:
1. An employee who resigns his/her appointment after giving the prescribed notice or because of ill health, or who is dismissed shall be granted the accumulated vacation leave which he has earned. That leave shall not be included as part of the period of notice of termination of service.
2. The provision contained in (1) of this clause will not apply to an employee who, resigns and fails to give the requisite period of notice.
