OCTOBER PU L S E

Stay updated with the Pulse Monthly - October 2021 edition! In the Human Resources Department, as part of our continued development of our internal communications to our team members, we introduce the Pulse Monthly. In this edition: - Department Feature - Employee Status Changes - Service Interruption & Changes - MHMC Monthly News - Hot Policy of the Month - What's Coming... Mc Carson Bledman Deputy Manager - Employee Engagement Reward & Recognition / Editor Hello Team MHMC, Last month we celebrated with many of our team members, recognizing their contribution to the overall functioning of the complex. With the hectic nature of the environment which we work in, it is easy for us to go along our day-to-day task and forget to say thank you to the many team members who ensure that we are safe, clean and functioning. We should never underestimate the power of saying “Thanks”! So this gives me a perfect opportunity to say thanks to each of the 1000 + employees who work with us and contribute to our daily success. MHMC is grateful for your dedication, loyalty and resilience. Now we can’t stay reminiscing, except maybe for the lovely Jounen Kwéyòl food we consumed over the last few days! But let me not linger and let’s look forward to November…and by the looks of it, it will be a November to remember…..have you heard? What are we up to……it is Staff Safety Month! Our Quality team has rolled out many exciting initiatives which aren’t only just fun but zone in on areas which we need to make sure that each of us are safe and working in a conducive environment. I encourage all of us to participate! This edition like the preceding versions seeks to inform everyone and again…..Keep you in the “Know”. Enjoy the read and ensure you let us know if we are keeping your attention In the meantime until the next edition, remember to follow the protocols to keep yourself, family, friends and colleagues safe:
