FRESH FAVOURITES that entice

Believe it or not, spring is nearly here. At Milieu, that means it is time to spruce up the menu. Owner David Dai and the team have added some exciting, delicious dishes to the already stunning culinary line-up.

callop pie! Think about that for a moment. It boasts succulent scallops on a seafood chowder base and is encased in fluffy, flaky pastry, served with a side salad, dressing and a slice of lemon. This is one of the new creations available now at Milieu, in addition to its other favourite pies such as the pork belly, and lamb. Milieu is well situated in Wrights Road in the heart of busy Addington. Open seven days, it serves the industrial and office complex areas, and on weekends it is a wonderful, casual meeting place.

an open lamb sandwich, or chicken teriyaki stir fry on steamed rice. Another signature dish – chicken tarragon – is always on the menu. So too are lambs fry and bacon for breakfast. Some of the items to look for soon on the new menu are chilli scrambled eggs with relish, and an embellished favourite, the tandoori chicken salad.
