IRVING AUDITORIUM, MONDAY, JULY 2, 1951, AT 4:30 P. M. O’CLOCK.

The meeting opened with prayer by Dr. Swanson.

R. #172 Minutes Approved

On motion of Mr. Pearson, seconded by Mr. Williams, the minutes of the meeting of June 7, 1951 were,approved as read. Mr. Frank Loeffler of the Loeffler-Greene Supply Company discussed the bids on pumps let at the last Board meeting, and made suggestions which the President said would be considered and reported on later.

R. #173 Motion was made by Mr. Pearson and seconded by Mr. Williams that approval be given for the Re-election re-election for the school year 1951-1952 of administrative, instructional, secretarial, of School custodial, and Service Department employees, with the exception of the personnel who rePersonnel fo ceived letters of notification that their re-election would not be recommended or assured, subject to the rules and regulations of the Board of Education relating to Leaves of Absence,1951-1952 Retirements, Resignations, etc.; these employees to be re-elected subject to assignments and salaries to be fixed by the Board of Education according to the 1951-1952 budget and to be included in the minutes of a subsequent meeting; and all instructional employees not under contract who are recommended for election belelected, all assignments to remain the same for the school year 1951-1952 as that of 1950-1951 unless individuals are, or have been, notified to the contrary. The motion carried on roll call, all members present voting "Aye*”
